Loop Mobile

After receiving my Apple Watch I realised it was the wrong one. The images on their website do not necessarily choose the watch that you have clicked. Look closely people. I am wanting to send it back but I have tried contacting Loop Mobile in many ways; email, phone, web support page and they will not respond. Zero service!

Bought a pristine iPhone 8 which was the cheapest from an online reputable shop. Was a bit sceptical at first but for the price bit the bullet to see what I would receive. Several days later as I ordered it over Easter so expected a delay with the public holidays to receive it, but the phone arrived a day or two after Easter Monday. Opened up the generic box with OEM charger and charge cable and there was the phone without a scratch, basically appeared brand new. Set it up and nil issues so far. Battery health was 87% which I was happy with and is holding charge quiet well. I would have given 5 stars if the phone wasn’t floating around inside the non OEM box as couriers being couriers, it had potential to be damaged. Will buy again from Loopmobile when I need to update and would also recommend anyone to consider them when wanting to save money buying a refurbed iPhone.

The product is great and it came in a timely manner but I was not notified that it was at the Post Office so couldn't locate my ohone for days. It was hard to get in contact with anyone on the phone about it

My iPhone played up within 10 days and the refund guarantee was honoured no problems. I bought a replacement phone from Loop without a second thought. I thoroughly recommend Loop - the guarantee proved very important to me, the alternative was a loss of $1,000.

I ordered an Apple Iphone on the a week ago.Till now I have not heard from them the status. I wrote to them on their website but received no reply. The order confirmation email said to download the Shop app to track. I have downloaded but cannot tract until I receive a tracking number. I hope my review will 'encourage' Loop Mobile' to do something.
Please let me know the status

I have a problem with the product as it’s says that SIM card is not there as it was in phone for 3 to 4 times.
So I am thinking to send it back. As I was not expecting this things will happened.

My phone arrived fairly promptly. The provision of a tracking number helped me find when the parcel was at my post office,
On examination, the phone looked brand new. It took me a few days to get a sim card, but once in, everything is working fine.

I got exactly what was advertised. First time I ordered, I accidentally ordered the wrong iphone, they refunded me no worries, I ordered a second phone and it looks like it just come off the shelf of a major retailer. I’ll buy again and again from loop, they are awesome

I purchased two refurbished iPhones, one for my son and later one for myself.
