I tried 100 rounds of 9mm ammo from Luckygunner, Knoxville Tn. The ammo in question is made by /stelth/ based in Arizona. Every shooter knows ammo prices are quadrupled which adds to the frustration of dud ammo. About a dozen duds out of a 50 round box is unacceptable. Imagine a real self defense situation where you draw your weapon and all it does is click! If you're wondering, I fired 100 rounds of 2 other different brand ammo's this day, flawlessly. The main point is this company's customer service is below terrible. They blamed me and my weapon and instructed me to contact the manufacturer for resolution. I didn't ask for a refund. I want to ALERT the shooting community about this brand of 9mm ammo. Lucky Gunner can't be bothered with things like quality control, satisfied customers and return business

I have made 3 orders with them for a total of around $1500. All the orders have been shipped within a day or so and everything has been correct. The prices are very competitive.

due to covid19 no one has anmo, found lucky gunner, they had what I needed shipped the next day received ordered 5 days later, very satisfied!!!!

I have no idea how there are 100% positive reviews, absolutely no idea. What I do know is that my son was sent a Fed Ex with, what appears to be heavily water damaged boxes inside. Every shell was scattered within the box, as the boxes which hold the cartridges inside, could not stay together through the shipping process, because of the damage to their original boxes. The cartridges and the sleeves within the original boxes, all over the shipping box. (Two pieces of packing paper, no bubble wrap or peanuts did not help). You simply cannot blame FedEx when they did not open the shipping box, nor pack it. After a call and some photo's (which should have been enough), I was still getting emails asking for more information and it felt like they were somehow suggesting the shipper had damaged the package, even thought they were told that the shipping box was pristine and no extra or other tape on it. Here is the kicker. Then they asked if we would count all of the cartridges to see if they were all there? That's Hardly the point. Since I have no intent on keeping them, in light of the apparent water damage, it does not matter if they're all accounted for. That's like rolling pennings when they are not in the sleeves, ain't happening. So,we shall see how they handle it from here. I will update if they make it right or if they don't. Accepting responsibility, especially when the issues are clear and obvious, is where I would begin.

I've placed a few orders with Lucky Gunner over the last year, have split more orders with friends as well, and I'm seriously loving this site.

On first glance, it doesn't wow you with it's glam factor and doesn't have many of the more advanced search components of other sites, but their prices are seriously competitive and compared to a lot of other online ammo suppliers lately, their shipping prices are awesome.

For the bulk buyer, like I am... it's just perfect. Buying a box at a time is always going to be cheaper locally, but for the bulk ammo, I have rarely found better prices, even after shipping (vs. the almost 10% sales tax where I live). Shipping is very fast... each time we've gotten our ammo in about a week with normal shipping. That's just about perfect to me.

And maybe this isn't an important part of their review to some, but they have really good customer interactions... the one time I've used customer service, I was responded to within an hour. They engage with their fans on Facebook, too! Shooting sports are already great fun, but this sort of interaction is above and beyond and does much for making customer loyalty (thus this review!)

I shop here, and my buddies shop here now. Pretty much any shooter I know, I recommend Lucky Gunner to as well.

I ordered three boxes of ammo from LG's website, and my package was on my doorstep in less than two days. I had previously ordered the same thing from a different online reseller, that was March 27, today is April 14 and they still haven't shipped. LuckyGunner will be getting my business now.

This is my second order from Lucky Gunner... System had an issue and ordered the wrong ammo. I worked with lucky Gunner and they wre very helpful in resolving the issue very quickly.

Will order form them again.

I tried to stop my order just minutes after placing it. Next morning I got an email saying that it has already been shipped and to return it via FedEx or UPS for a full refund. Tried going through FedEx and they won't ship unless you have a permit to ship dangerous goods. Now I'm stuck with ammunition that I will never use! Tried contacting Heidi but still haven't gotten a response... Horrible.

I purchased 1000 rounds of 9mm (Armscor). 90% of the ammo was dirty! The ejected casings were burnt and my gun was extremely dirty as I cleaned it. I continued to shoot it but had many, and I mean many, failure to fire, failure to eject and even double feeds. At one point, the bullet squibed. I would never purchase through luckygunner again. Could have inflicted serious injury to me.
