Meanwhile all mails went to spam-box and my domain name is dead...
Thanks to their SPF that isn't compatible with Google Domain.

After completing an initial setup everything worked fine. I was able to send few test emails to myself and my colleagues. But some days later I suddenly got blocked from sending new emails without any reason provided. The support is dead and not answering at all.
Just for details. I validated the domain for emails sending and setup all DNS records that Mailjet required.
Good news I was (and still is) on the trial mode and didn't pay for any plan.
Update #1. After two days I received an answer from the support (ticket #1272958) and the account has been unblocked. Seems there was a false phishing flagging on the Mailjet side. Hope won't happen in the future. Going to see how the service will perform in our real case scenarios.
Said I needed to contact support, and according to other people they might not get back to me in time to send a time-sensitive email (directly mentions things happening on Monday, May 4th).
Absolutely ridiculous.
It took two days to get a response from their supposed "24/7" customer service.
Even though I set up everything before hand AND sent a test email first, I got suspended.
Nothing was mentioned about a "probationary" period, before signing up.
When I finally received an answer TWO DAYS later, there was three questions I needed to answer about "how I got my emails", "do I clean my list often", and "can I set up the domain settings" (which I had ALREADY done, so clearly not looking on their end).
Staying with a one star review for now due to poor customer service, poor service, and shadiness of only suspending my account AFTER I paid.
I will update my review and rating depending on if I get a refund or not.

So easy for them to respond back to a negative review after a few hours although I have tried to email them AT LEAST 7 times with absolutely zero response. They are so quick to charge your CC and equally as quick to avoid any correspondence after they receive money. I had to get my credit card company involved because this is a fraudulent company. Thankfully I got it refunded.
Their customer support said that it is my mistake not theirs and don't want to make a refund
This just seems wrong for a company handling mail.
On that basis alone is my review.
But same that I read on this blog: we are facing very slow feedback when having troubles. For now 1 month of usage we face lot of return block emails by our users and no help from Mailjet on this matter.
Since last Friday we are unable to send out our newsletter and are desperately looking for help to solve the issue. We cannot miss our weekly campaign because of Mailjet lack of response??
We signed up for a pay package and we wish to have fast feedback PLEASE

Every time I submit a support request their response is essentially "yes that is how it is".
Edit: Why would I give you another shot when I bring problems to your attention you just say "thats how it is" or "this is being worked on" and then never provide an update. In situations of the former the customer support is horrible, contradictory and rude.
Note: The response from Mailjet is false, multiple response to questions in a ticket were sent.
After that my account got suspended withou any more information why.
Support not answering contact messages.
EDIT:
I am sorry but I dont see the reason to publish the support tickets. Your support service should answer all the tickets not only published ones.
Keep it that way Mailjet!
