We work with Mailjet for almost 2 years now (only because of DSGVO) but this is really the WORST email tool EVER! The email editor has soooooooo many bugs! The WYSIWYG-Editor is not reliable at all! You can change settings but the tool doesn't care! It even changes settings on its own! No joke! And now we even can not delete text!!! Or copy anything in a text box!!! Tried with several browsers! That's absolutely ridiculous!!! And unbelievable frustrating! We can't understand how you can offer such a BAD BAD BAD tool! There are so many more bad issues, like adding contacts or searching for some... Anyways, despite DSGVO we quit now! It's just not possible to work with!!!

I discovered Mailjet a few months ago and I was really excited about the features and the interface. I started designing some emails, I created some subscription forms and I started to use the service. Well... the disappointment came quite fast. The system doesn't work well. I started to get problems with DNS so the whole tracking system stopped to work all of a sudden. After 3 weeks waiting for a response to my very detailed support request. I decided to move on to somewhere else. The system has problems, the interface lacks a few important features and they don't respond to support requests.

No customer support at all. Waited 4 days for an answer and they don't ever read my question properly, than since that 3 days goes and still no answers..
Meanwhile all mails went to spam-box and my domain name is dead...
Thanks to their SPF that isn't compatible with Google Domain.
Don't think of using them...

WHAT IS GOING ON! Right now I am unable to schedule or send ANY emails. I have not 1 but 2 open tickets with a urgent mark on them. It's been 3 days and no one got back to me with any piece of information whatsoever. Some of our emails refer to critical issues with first responder and the supply of masks during this pandemic. This is inexcusable that a company who supposedly provides 24/7 support has not addressed or even acknowledged the issue. Ticket N° 1275012

At a company, we were going to use Mailjet for sending transactional emails. I was excited that Mailjet has an advanced WYSIWYG editor and we'd be able to create email templates without additional coding involved.

After completing an initial setup everything worked fine. I was able to send few test emails to myself and my colleagues. But some days later I suddenly got blocked from sending new emails without any reason provided. The support is dead and not answering at all.

Just for details. I validated the domain for emails sending and setup all DNS records that Mailjet required.

Good news I was (and still is) on the trial mode and didn't pay for any plan.

Update #1. After two days I received an answer from the support (ticket #1272958) and the account has been unblocked. Seems there was a false phishing flagging on the Mailjet side. Hope won't happen in the future. Going to see how the service will perform in our real case scenarios.

Terrible service, paid then suspended. I started my account, sent a few test emails out and then paid for the bronze package. Almost immediately after paying, my account's sending activity was suspended for no reason! I had set up everything I needed to, and there was no problem.

Said I needed to contact support, and according to other people they might not get back to me in time to send a time-sensitive email (directly mentions things happening on Monday, May 4th).

Absolutely ridiculous.

It took two days to get a response from their supposed "24/7" customer service.

Even though I set up everything before hand AND sent a test email first, I got suspended.

Nothing was mentioned about a "probationary" period, before signing up.

When I finally received an answer TWO DAYS later, there was three questions I needed to answer about "how I got my emails", "do I clean my list often", and "can I set up the domain settings" (which I had ALREADY done, so clearly not looking on their end).

Staying with a one star review for now due to poor customer service, poor service, and shadiness of only suspending my account AFTER I paid.

I will update my review and rating depending on if I get a refund or not.

I have provided all the documentation related to the registration of the company to MailJet, purchased a paid account, validated the domain and sender email addresses etc.. yet every now and then they keep suspending the account without any notice and without any reason. The MailJet account is used in production capacity and so we cannot have it closed randomly out of anywhere. Yet when it happens there is not even a single phone number that we can call to resolve the issue!!

Avoid this service like the plague! They are non responsive. They will block your email campaigns for absolutely no reason. They have certain thresholds a customer must reach and I destroyed every threshold! They even sent me an email and yet they still withhold the campaign. They will send it at a time they choose and not the customer. Also, they will not respond to any emails or tickets. It has been 3 weeks. I refuse to work with this company and I advise EVERYONE to do the same. There is hundreds of other options that do the same thing MUCH BETTER!

So easy for them to respond back to a negative review after a few hours although I have tried to email them AT LEAST 7 times with absolutely zero response. They are so quick to charge your CC and equally as quick to avoid any correspondence after they receive money. I had to get my credit card company involved because this is a fraudulent company. Thankfully I got it refunded.

I was charged 79.95 eur twice while I expected 12 months free on Crystal Premium Plan. The invoice from 20th Feb shows that my coupon for 12 FREE MONTHS was applied. This is the reason why I didn't expect charges for the next 12 month but I was charged twice already. This is a bug, issue, error in MailJet billing system!!!

Their customer support said that it is my mistake not theirs and don't want to make a refund

Being able to unsubscribe should be a basic for all mailings. Not easy with Mailjet. You actually have to log in to an account to even change your email preferences.

This just seems wrong for a company handling mail.

On that basis alone is my review.

Our company recently joined on Mailjet hoping for the same service as described on their website.
But same that I read on this blog: we are facing very slow feedback when having troubles. For now 1 month of usage we face lot of return block emails by our users and no help from Mailjet on this matter.
Since last Friday we are unable to send out our newsletter and are desperately looking for help to solve the issue. We cannot miss our weekly campaign because of Mailjet lack of response??

We signed up for a pay package and we wish to have fast feedback PLEASE

We have been using Mailjet for a couple of years now. The only way I can describe them is poor. Poor at solving problems, poor at building good and useful software. Their automation tools are very hard to use and understand, their WYSIWYG builder is extremely buggy, and I have had deliverability problems for a while now - which they couldn't help with. I went to look for the support ticket to backup this comment, and surprise, its disappeared. Which many things seem to do in Mailjet.

Every time I submit a support request their response is essentially "yes that is how it is".

Edit: Why would I give you another shot when I bring problems to your attention you just say "thats how it is" or "this is being worked on" and then never provide an update. In situations of the former the customer support is horrible, contradictory and rude.

Sending of e-mails suddenly suspended on account for absolutely no reason, impacting our critical applications that use Mailjet for alerts. Despite issuing 3 different tickets, account is still suspended, this is despite responding to every question in each ticket, even sending response twice in one ticket reminding that it's urgent. Ridiculous level of service, even with paid plan. Mailjet should not be used for any critical applications.

Note: The response from Mailjet is false, multiple response to questions in a ticket were sent.

This is by far the worst email system we have used. They have no customer support (not even an 800 number), don't help customers reach their goals, and avoid helping customers with problems they encountered on THEIR platform. Run don't walk.

I created account on mailjet few months ago and created basic mailing list with 100 contacts, verified domain and send first newsletter to my contact.
After that my account got suspended withou any more information why.
Support not answering contact messages.

EDIT:
I am sorry but I dont see the reason to publish the support tickets. Your support service should answer all the tickets not only published ones.
