All parts I ordered through the service was shipped out within 5 days of placing order and was received by me within 12 days of placing the order. Very friendly staff as well - replied to queries quickly and was very helpful. Packaging was done very well. OEM parts for my Montero Sport was readily available and quite reasonably priced as well. Will be using this service again for sure.

I ordered my part o
9 days ago. Was to receive tracking info 3-5 days. Still never received email w/tracking info. I emailed to cancel for full refund. Now they are telling me they don't do refunds even though their website states they do and specifically states "By depositing a refund amount to the Visa/MasterCard or American Express card that you used to pay for the order" and yet they still won't.

I’ve ordered a few times from here and always get super fast delivery to the UK, I had problems with one order but was quickly sorted out but the very helpful staff at megazip

I found an OEM oil level sensor for about one half of the local price in Australia, including shipping costs.
Good service, kept me informed of the order progress.

I own two imports and prefer to use OEM parts when I can. They are older so the difficulty in securing manufacturer's parts gets more difficult each day. Megazip has all the parts manuals so you know exactly what the part is called and its part number. The customer service agents are quick to respond to questions and solve issues. Shipping is always prompt and packaging is appropriate with no waste of material, i.e. box oversized for order.

Living in Canada it gets to be a real mission to find something on line that does not end up costing double or more once shipping, customs duties, handling charges etc are added. My experience with Megazip was amazing, parts were very fairly priced, no exhorbitant shipping/handling etc charges, excellent feedback from the company and all the parts arrived packaged carefully and on time.

From Japan to Canada in just over a week at a very reasonable shipping cost. Part fit perfectly and saved lots of money too! Would definitely order again.

Couldn't get the part needed to fix car was told 6 to 8 weeks, in USA,called megazip had the part in less then 10 days and saved lots of money, car is up and running, Thanks megazip

I really appreciate their service in providing parts for items which we aren't able to find in the US. My first order was great along with delivery which was sent to my residence. My second order was great but my delivery was different from my first which was not sent to my residence. I found out my part was at the post office for two weeks until I emailed about my order. Customer service was quick with a reply. Not a real big problem but it was confusing not sure why the mix up. I will continue to buy parts and recommend Megazip to others.

Excellent company, best and cheapest source of parts for my 1997 Suzuki Sierra from Australia. I have told all my friends with older Japanese vehicles about this site and they are blown away by the availability of parts, price and ease of ordering. Even with postage and prices in USD prices are more than half the price of what is available in Australia, if you can source them!

I purchased a specialty OEM part for a 10-year-old Lexus from Megazip. I had concerns about ordering from Japan to Europe, but gave it a try. The part was delivered quickly and conveniently, and with considerable savings over purchasing at a local dealer, so I was very satisfied. Will definitely use again!

I recently bought a pair of KYB rear shocks from Megazip. After installation the shocks made loud noises while going over small bumps or divots. I contacted them, and they basically said nothing could be done for me. So I bought another pair of shocks, different brand from another company and they are working great. Moral of the story "I had to pay twice for my shocks, thanks to Megazip".
