My husband and I had much difficulty finding pants in his size, 42x34. It was time to go online and shop. We found this store online and decided to try it. This company has 5 star rating in customer service and quality product. I was unsure buying online for something we never ordered with a new company... Our experience was very good. If you have odd sizes to buy, or need high quality pants, and you don't want to go to the store or don't know who to trust online for both quality, and customer service, you can trust MinnesotaWorkwear. We will use them again, and will highly recommend to others. Set up your account, call customer service, get help if you need to order online if you need it, and once you have ordered once, you will see how nice they are to buy from. I placed my order for three work shirts three pairs of dickies and three hats! The only things I have yet to receive is my work shirts ? Why I saw that the hats are not coming but no pants as of this date 1/30/ 13. Very disappointed!!

I was billed immediately for 4 pairs of pants on 3/25. I finally received 2 pairs on 4/25. Still waiting on the balance. I had to contact them to find out where my order was instead of them contacting me with the option to cancel or back order the pants as soon as they found out about the back order.

Ordering from Minnesota Workwear was one of the easiest online purchase retailers I've ever used. The pricing was very good, the merchandise I wanted was in stock and the shipping was very fast. I would highly recommend and will be using them often in the future.

I received my order in a couple days and the jacket was just as I ordered.

I placed an order on 3/3/13. The money was removed from my account on 3/4/13. I received an email on 3/6 from support that my itmes were on back order and asked me to reply to support with instructions for my order. I emailed them back on 3/6 stating I would like to order two different items. These were slightly less in price and would like a refund for the difference. I did not get a response other than the system generated email that my message was receieved. So I wait... Then on 3/14 I send another email asking for an update since I hadn't heard anything or seen my refund. Still no response. Then on 3/20 I called the company and spoke with a gentleman who was able to pull up my emails and confirm my order. One of my backordered items was in stock and we changed the order to include one of the original items and of the newer items. He stated they were in stock and would ship the next day. It's been a week, and still no package and no refund. I will never do business with a company again that takes my money and won't respond. To me this is TERRIBLE customer service. I would like this resolved, but no one answers the phone and emails aren't answered.

Support did contact me after this review was posted to resolve the issues I had with my order. There were several issues that they had to resolve, but were more than willing to do what was needed to get me my order. I do appreciate the effort and follow through once they were aware of the problem. I have amended my original review to reflect this. I would do business with them again.

It is now June 25 and still no delivery and we have contacted you twice about this. So, i am wondering about service.

This is the 3rd order I have placed with Minnesota Workgear. This one, as all the other two, was filled promptly and correctly. I will continue to order from them as I am totally satisfied.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and had a slight mix up with the shipping dept. MNWW upon learning of the problem promptly made things right and gave me a shipping credit. I would recommend this company and will use them again

I have ordered several shirts from Minnesota Workwear for my staff, and they are great quality items. They also helped me out when I tried to add an item to my order, even though I didn't get it added in time, they gave me free shipping on the additional item! Great customer service!

I have worn covers alls from your co. for at least 40 years and an average 12 hours a day. They are the most enjoyable cloths I've have ever worn. I have some for just hanging out around our home and some for painting or just dirty work that are no telling how old. They still get the job done. Love them! was diasppointed that printing on outside of envelope revealed sizes and product description - this was supposed to be a surprise gift for two co-workers...no surprise any longer, since one of them brought me the package and the other signed for it.

I have purchased from MW in the past and the feeling has not changed. Satisfaction is always had. The site is easy to navigate, never any trouble finding what I am looking for. The selection is the best and the prices right. Shipping is always quicker then I expected. The quality is top shelf and I know I'll buy from MW again.

This was my first order with Minnesota Workwear and I must say I am very well pleased with the merchandise, the quick delivery time, and the very quick response to a question I had. The shirts are of excellent quality (sometimes being a name brand isn't enough) and the price reasonable. I will be checking back with MinnesotaWorkwear again in the near future for other purchases...It's nice to find a company with so many pluses!
