I have ordered miscellaneous parts from mnpctech over the last few years and it has always been an enjoyable experience. I once was just buying a few screws and the online webpage was wanting to charge me $5 shipping for $2 of screws. I sent an email to them and they worked out a reasonable price and shipped them out the next day. Bill Owen is a talented modder and all of his products are quality. Thanks Bill!

I commissioned Bill to do a complete case mod, the VENOM case shown on his website. I must say that his work is absolutely flawless and leaves your average PC user in awe. The communication and collaboration on this case was excellent. I will be sending more projects to Bill in the future!

I ordered on-line on Saturday the 17th, was notified that the package was ready to ship on Sunday the 18th, received the package on Tuesday the 20th. It really does NOT get ANY better than that. The parts were all excellent quality and communication with them was great! A-1 all the way around. Definitely going to do repeat business with them...

I don't expect Bill to respond personally in every case, but he did in mine, and I appreciate it. The products I ordered were fairly priced, exactly what was represented on the site if not even better, and arrived in a timely manner. Parts came in a well packaged box... and craftsmanship was of high quality.

I recently purchased an SC135 case from Bill, and the whole experience was a pleasure!

I am also a case modder, in fact I have another case that's almost a "twin" of the SC135,but, I have to admit, is nowhere near Bill's level of craftsmanship - that's why I ordered the SC135!

My case arrived in perfect condition, complete with all accessories, and worked perfectly the first time I started it up.

I'd highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a quality product at a good price, with a level of personalization you won't find anywhere else!

(As a matter of fact, Bill signs each case with the build date - talk about "standing behind your work"!)

I order a Mitron fan controller on the 16th with paypal and everything went VERY smoothly. Recieved the order in a couple of days. Later when I examined my fan controller there was a manufacturing mistake (No fault of MNPCTech's, or UPS. Product was well packaged).

I e-mailed Bill Owens, and I was suprised to recieve a friendly response a couple of hours later. By early afternoon a refund was sorted out, and I was back on track with my current project.
