I'm so happy I found this card, there's so many different things with instacash and investments I feel good that I have something to fall back on when I need it.

They have the worst banking customer service ever. No one replies to you in a timely fashion. Glitches that mess with your funding amount and transfers. Debit card perks not being activated. Transfer never completing. Fix your business. This is my money. Stop playing games with it.

I don’t understand why it takes 5 business days when they can disperse the loan amount almost instantly... I jus paid of my loan and now have to wait up to 5 days.. what the heck! Makes no sense.. I wish I would of read these reviews before taking the loan. Also I have a insta cash balance due and I am trying to repay it early but I keep getting an error. I pay $20 a month for a membership and now I have to wait for my escrow money. Cmon! Also yeah this doesn’t build credit if anything it went down lol

Money lion states they take $19.99 out a month for membership fees, but after a year of payments they're stating my bi-weekly payments 31.99 was membership fees and I never made a payment on the loan through their company. They made sure they took their payments for over a year. Payments stopped no one ever contacted me. Now 2 years later put on my credit report. DO NOT USE MONEY LION they are very misleading and they will not work with you to settle!

I been using moneylion for over a year...got the credit loan.paid it off on the 15th April..here it is the 22 and nothing . Also I think they suspended my account for late membership fees. I don't know I'm so confused...ain't got no straight answer from no one either.

I've had a MoneyLion Plus membership since July of 2018. I've ran into several issues over the course of my membership and it has always been extremely difficult to get problems resolved. Hold times are always extremely long and the agents answering the calls have to send everything up for review. I've been on hold for 20 minutes today to discuss an issue I'm having with the app, but I think this is just going to be the call to put an end to the membership. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking to build credit, use a Self loan or a secured credit card instead.

I tried to update payment on app and was not allowed called to update payment And was told I could not do it that since I missed one payment my 1st and only missed And they told me they were gonna send me to collections if I didn't pay in full how is that possible when I'm calling to make the payment and update payment method

I was approved for $200 instacash for the first time. Then I paid off whole on my payday. Now I am eligible for only $25 cuz the app not detecting qualifying income. I can see my last direct deposit under financial section and my bank transactions. But on Under instacash income center it wasn’t updated. They should fix this bug by adding some refresh or sync option with back transactions on income center

I used to really love this company, there's been zero problems since I've been with them, until now. I've been trying to figure out a mysterious charge that popped up on my bank account from them. I've literally spent up to eleven days now trying to get a hold of somebody. Everyone from customer support told me the wait time is ten days. Yesterday the customer support person said that they HAD to reach out to me by the end of the day. Someone did but all they wanted was my information, and then there was nothing. Now the person that I'm talking to literally is telling me that it was for a loan payment, but my bank transaction is showing I already paid my loan, my membership, etc. Trying to talk to someone is a total joke. I can't imagine what would happen if someone actually hacked into my account, and accessed my information. It would probably take forever before someone even responds to help me with the situation. This isn't okay. The customer support needs to be better! This is someone's money we are talking about here.

I am having all kinds of problems with this app I just want to borrow 45 00 and when I try to Putin my new address it just won't let me click anything or go any further it's very frustrating !!

I used this account because I was short on cash and seen that they have instant loans (payday loans) and gave it a try I found it strange that they only let you request $50 each cash out with a max of $150 limit just to see that the fees to instantly deposit the money was $4. So they pretty much made an extra $12 from me plus the money that was paid back ($162). Here’s where it gets sketchy, they money was automatically taken from my account on February 28, 2020 it’s March 6th and my account still says I owe them money for the instaloan. I was told that it took 5 business days for the funds to be shown on my account and it has 5 days today (March 6th). Y’all took the money so quickly from me but not quick to update your systems. If this is not resolved immediately I’m creating a dispute with my bank.

They have destroyed my credit I don’t understand that When are supposed to help build your credit they show multiple miss payments on days that aren’t supposed to be payment dates for example I have one pending payment April 3 miss payment on April 5 missed payment on April 5 and I miss payment on April 7 understand that on April 3 I submitted a pay off in full and they didn’t even pay off the balance so now I’m gonna get hit with Miss payments again on non-payment days

Only problem I have had with moneylion was waiting for two weeks for my credit reserve account to be disbursed to my checking account after paying off loan.

Been using MoneyLion for several years now and while you have to applaud their creativity, their app, products and customer service is brutally bad. Their Instacash takes over a week to reflect on your account despite having cleared your checking account, their loans take weeks or months to pay off, there are various unscheduled debits for membership and loan repayments that occur randomly and without warning, their 'shake the coinbag' is the most artificial stupidity ever created and their suggestions for loans and other financial products don't lead anywhere and nothing that you can not research yourself. So glad I never opened a checking account with them; once bitten, twice shy. STEER WELL CLEAR. You have been warned!
