Excellent Customer Service today. Joel!!! Great job. Working with Joel this morning was the best experience I have had with AppyPie to date. he worked with me until my technical issue was resolved and didn't just cut, paste, and send me several links for me to figure out on my own. I got my issues resolved in a timely fashion. Great job Joel.

I want to thank Javed for his patience and understanding so that I could get exactly what I need for my business. I actually was going to quit and request a refund but he walked me through step by step and together we got it done! he was kind and informative and i'm thankful for him

I had two issues with our app that needed to be resolved, and Joel was a great help in the process. He was willing to test on his iPhone and then submit our case to the development team to do more testing. He also investigated our options to improve our customer experience and proposed a solution. I appreciate his thoroughness and communication skills. Thank you, Joel!

I purchased the plantium feature for my app do to my lack of acknowledgement I became so frustrated I called in to cancel. But they transferred me over to Joel Perez he was so kind helpful and patience there is no way I would of been able to do it without him. His customer service was phenomenal never in my life I had someone to take the time out with me over the phone for service he was so professional and helpful.

wonderful tool. the best app builder on the market anyway. i taken lifetime licences cause i plan to keep it for long-term, right from the very firsts month to not waste too much money on monthly plans. some support guys very friendly (vik, nick), some other are just idiots (asking for money to do a task included in my plan, several times). despite this communication issue, all problems managed to get solved (sometime you just close and re-open the chat to get somebody else). now i have a wonderful app i can enjoy with my clients. just check for house station live in your favorite store. it's everywhere! even on windows and blackberry, that's the thing i love about appypie. hundred features, even app promotion and monetising. and of course a sales team for custom design. don't hesitate to ask them discount, especially on lifetime licences, sales team really treat well the faithfuls customers. michael, www.housestationlive.com

This is my 3rd year with Appy Pie, So far I have 2 customers Platinum Accounts (Life Time - Android, Apple, Windows Platforms...). I started with 1st customer App @ Sep-2015, my customer was happy with the service (with some challenges at the bigging), with my 2nd customer App @ Feb-2016 the service (Helpdesk (Arabic & English...), customer support, Developing Team, QA...) got more matured. Now I am willing to continue my business with them with more customers from the Middle East.

Well i'm so freaking happy that appy pie team gave me peace of mind, as i have basic skills and these experts help me to fulfil my big dream! and the coolest part is i gave them my apple id without any hesitation as i trust them! so you can definitely proceed with appy pie! as testing purpose i have subscribed one month plan, now i am going to upgrade lifetime plan!! well deserved! thanks a lot team god bless you all!! :)

Overall I am happy with AppyPie. The platform is very straight forward allowing those with basic computer skill (think Powerpoint level) to create mobile applications. The only issue I've experienced has been regarding service. I've emailed on a couple of occasions with no response, and have been provided different answers to questions from different employees. Again, product is good, but customer service could be improved.
