Bought xnspy but it didn't work. I am busy with ticket number 7 now and each time they ask for screen shots and close the ticket so you have submit a new ticket. Now the 10 days have passed and they refuse to refund. Don't waste your money you only get a program that don't work, an incompetent support and a lot of money down the drain.

They don't really offer a 10-day refund. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.

Just about to cancel my remaining two sites with NING. Ning are now a faint shadow of what they were back in 2011/12 when I joined - a dynamic, cando operation that was totally professional. Today they are a broken, tired operation just limping along on past glories and clients subscriptions who are too lazy to change from them to much better, cheaper alternatives. E.G: Their links on the bottom of their site don't even work now - Resource not found! (??) What sort of operation is this. Sayonara Ning. You were once great - but now - broken and dying.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! We signed up with them to reach out to the contacts we received from the tradeshows that we do. We paid constant contact $250 and they said we would get "premiere support" We called in for questions on our first email 3 times each time waited over an hour and a half. Finally, when we were ready to send the email they flagged to list because it was 20,000 contacts and challenged 4 email addresses and froze the account until we give them physical proof that these people opted in for email. Not sure if anyone does tradeshows but the days of paper are over. We scan badges or put the info right into our computers. Needless to say we told them to cancel our account and told them to refund us the money, they said we need to speak to the account review team that froze the account, we are back on hold for an hour! PS- they said 1 person was infront of us on the phone.

My daughter came to me with her Christmas list and the #1 item on was a drawing tablet. I went on Ebay and discovered exactly what she was looking for, the Wacom Intuos4 Pen Tablet Medium, for slae by Genesis. Their price was amazing, and shipping cost was exceptional for the size, and they answered every question I had very promptly. I was so pleased it took me no time to pres "Buy Now". My daughter screamed out loud on Christmas morning when she opened it. I got the biggest hug ever from her!!! Since Christmas the tablet has been almost constantly in use. MySimon advertises $19 shipping for i4digital. When you actually try to place the order on-line, the lowest possible shipping cost (UPS ground) is $30+. Further, It looks like someone is is posting bogus positive comments on Resellerratings.com for i4digital. If you read all the comments, they are all in just two categories, 1) the bogus positive ones that name fictious sales reps, 2) the actual ones that detail the problems with high accessory prices and high shipping prices. Buyer beware!

I bought a Metis 266 slim case from them. Shipping was only $6!!! Half as much as the next lowest I could find! and I received the case only 2 days later! Although I think their invoice/order status webpages would use a little work, they did send emails to keep me updated on my order. Excellent experience.

Less than 30 minutes later we got a call from Christine telling us that their "promo" price of $43.35 was no longer valid. Price had jumped to over $66.00 each. Talk about bait and switch tactics! Plus their web price still shows $43.35 each. Got to wonder if the previous reviewer (also named Christine) is somehow connected to this scam outfit.

I took a Canon Digital Elph in to be repaired and was told I would get a repair estimate back in 2-3 weeks. After a month, I called and was told that no word had been received back yet. After six weeks, I called and was told that no word had been received back yet. After 3 months, I called and was told that the camera was there and had been there for three weeks but they had called the wrong number to let me know. The next day, I went in the store to pick up my camera and not only was it NOT repaired but the store manager could not explain why or even decipher what the accompanying note from Cannon even meant. After waiting three months, NOTHING had happened. "Brian" offered to send it in again and see what happened. I will NEVER go back to this store. Unless you're buying expensive equipment, they could care less.

as with so many others, when shopping for my Canon 40D, I saw some of the very low prices on some websites. knowing "buyer beware", I stumbled upon resellerratings.com and was horrified about these low, low price places. Penn Camera had a local store and I could not have been more pleased with them. Yes, I paid more for the camera, but I did not get screwed and I will buy from them again. resellerratings is definitely a saver of money and headaches. thanks.

Still waiting on a item that was order almost two weeks ago. They were a few dollars cheaper than other retailers but I have a feeling they drop ship from a wholesaler which is why it takes a week or more to get an item. When I emailed it took almost 3 days to get a response which informed me the item would be shipping in a few more days. I suggested they upgrade shipping to next day to make up for the delay and they simply ignored that request. They have no sense of customer service or concern for keeping their customer's satisfied. Like others this was my first and will be my last order.

I ordered an unlock code for an AT&T ZTE Z221. I had the code within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the unlock code was 8 digits when it should have been 16, and Cellcorner offered no instructions for inputting the unlock code for that particular phone. Now, they are ignoring repeated requests for support. They claim the unlock for this cell phone is a simple IMEI unlock code, but other websites I have now reviewed state that the ZTE Z221 cannot be unlocked that way. I have been waiting for a response from Cellcorner about these issues. I guess I won't hold my breath.

Cheapest price and the code came within the 3 working days as quoted. Semless transaction for unlocking a Motorola Defy locked to T-Mobile in the UK. I was worried buy some reviews and probably would have paid extra to search additional databases as the price was so low anyway... but the guys at Cellcorner came through. I bought a Hallmark Card Studio 2012 update, thinking I was dealing with Hallmark. Come to find out, Nova Development has bought the rights to use the Hallmark name. My software was defective and I got no response from the company, even though I was given a 90 day money back guarantee. Also, there was no information in the package on how to return the product for a refund. Luckily, I had used Pay Pal to purchase it and was refunded my money by Pay Pal. When I looked on the better business bureau website, I discovered that they have an "F" rating with them. Never do business with these folks! I would have given them no stars if that were a choice.

Nun habe ich die zweite Generation im Einsatz und bin etwas ettäuscht. Das Gerät ist kleiner, was gut ist. Die Qualität was sie Akustik betrifft ist aber im Vergleich mit der ersten Generation, schlechter. Im Hintergrund ist ein metallisches Fremdgeräusch hörbar. Eine gute Diagnose ist trotzdem machbar, aber es stört einfach. Frage: Ist dieses Geräusch bekannt und normal oder das Gerät schadhaft? Haben Sie vielen Dank für eine kurze Antwort... Behind the artificial forums, Warwick Estates provides the most disgusting level of customer service that I have ever received from a company. It is quite evident that Warwick Estates peddles a false image through public forums, while it continues to provide the same terrible service as the attrocious service which it unenthusuastically inflicts on my block of flats. My experience of Warwick Estates shows a catalogue of ignored support requests, rude responses and errors in their work.

Placed order on August 1st spoke to somebody a week and a half later to see why my books still have not been delivered according to them the system "glitched" (but it didn't glitch on charging my card) it is now August 21st finally spoke with the same person for some reason the number provided on website only reaches ONE PERSON(weird) as I'm on the phone with her, she magically pulls up my order info and I recieve an email saying that my order is still waiting to be shipped! Terrible service!

I found CompuCoast had pretty good prices on the Noctua fans I needed. I missed a few items and they were happy to cancel the order so I could place a new one. I made a mistake with that new order too but since it had already shipped they offered a return on the wrong item. Very nice to company to deal with and quicker than expected delivery!

I had not received my purchased item after several weeks and I knew there was a problem I contacted the customer service area and the representative was Outstanding. She immediately began to investigate the issue and kept me updated of the process with E-mails. After exhausting all avenues to remedy the issue, they contacted me and advised me of their determination of the investigation, I was informed that I would be receiving a refund. The investigation was in a timely manner and the representative was apologetic but most importantly she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and understanding. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this site to purchased electronic’s, and other goods.

I am a college student and needed to purchase labVIEW in order to complete a course. I ordered after seeing their ad in National Instruments, they need to cancel these people. I emailed saying that the link was not working, just taking me in a loop. I received and email back saying "We are pleased that you have ordered...." The email was formatted unprofessionally, like an amateur or tech geek sent the email. I am thinking that these guys are professional scam artists. Either way, I asked for my money back. No response.

Ordered an HP laptop and when it arrived (on time so I guess 1 star for that) it turned out to be a version for the Spanish market, with continental charger and differences to the keyboard layout. Nothing in the online sales listing indicated this was anything other than a standard UK setup. Not what I require. No response to email enquiring about returns procedure, no-one answering the phone in 'Customer Services', and no response to the phone message left with 'Customer Services'.

I purchased a license of DJ Music Mixer more than a year ago, then I upgraded my pc to Windows 10 and had to reinstall some programs including DJ software. Then the license did not work due to security reason (avoid piracy and using on a different machine). I sent Program4Pc a message and they reset my activation code within 30 minutes, yes it was only half an hour. I really amazed how fast they act. Happy with my software and will recommend it to everyone who need their software.

Found a bunch of radiator fans (EK Vardars) on NCIXUS at a great price (priced better than any other US retailer, $4 cheaper than the 2nd best price I could find) and ordered a bunch. There wasn't enough stock but they sent out as many as they had on-hand. Aimee P. from their support staff was kind enough to upgrade my shipping for the remaining bunch given the long wait. Support was also really quick to respond to my emails which was a plus. Will be ordering from here again in the future.

I managed to find a GTX 1080 on the NCIXUS website and ordered one over the weekend. Unfortunately the stock had run out by Monday when they start processing orders but I was notified very quickly by Melissa A. of the situation and given different options I could choose going forward. We talked back and forth over the next few days discussing what was going on w/ their stock and if I was going to go w/ another product or not and I am pleased to say there was very little wait in between me emailing her and getting a response back. Wed. I received an email, once again very quickly from Melissa stating that the stock had come back in and my order processed. Now I have Monday to look forward to receiving my package. Although there was a hiccup initially due to being out of stock that is something that is completely out of the company's hands and they went above and beyond keeping me informed every day until I finally had my order processed. Thank you so much Melissa A, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Cannot be trusted to deliver as promised. Purchased online AV suite which they claim you get the activation key within 2 hours. which was one of the main reasons for purchasing from them. Mine took over 33 hours to arrive . When I gave them a poor review they just become abusive, even accusing me of lying even after I presented the order and receipt proving exactly when I made my order. They will not admit they had failed but instead even more character assassination followed, a simple apology would have ended it there and then. But it seems TRUTH, criticism and acceptance of poor service is a major issue for this company. Well if they only want great reviews deliver as expected accept when you fail. But being abusive is certainly not the answer its just makes me give them more poor reviews.
