I make no criticism of the nurse who was badly let down by management. I was the first appointment and the computer was non-performing. The nurse had to run around to find someone to rectify. There was no one available except another girl who was not competent. I will not use their service again.

Ordered an e-text online and spent $50 to receive an "Access code". I followed the instructions to access my online book only to discover that I can't get access (even with the code) unless I receive an email invite from my professor. My professor has no "access invite" for the course. There was NO MENTION of this anywhere or I would not have made the purchase. Prior to learning this information, I had to open the package to enter the code (only to find out I can't use it). I am now not being issued a refund because "I opened it". That's $50 that I was just ripped off for by textbooks.com and now I have to pay to order the book again. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH TEXTBOOKS.COM. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

I recently bought a textbook from TextbookRush and I am satisfied with the product because it arrived in the mail in great condition. When I made the transaction online, I paid $61.47 by card. When I received it in the mail about a week later, the printed receipt that came attached to it said that the price was $21.99. Apparently, in the middle of the delivery process, the shipping dropped so I received a book replacement from another seller. I was not contacted about this at all, so I contacted TextbookRush via email and live chat. I was told the same thing both times. I was asking them if I was going to receive a refund because I didn't receive the book from the seller that sold it for $61.47. TextbookRush did a good job and getting back to me quickly, but they have not yet answered my question. It is not the seller's fault, the fault falls on TextbookRush. They failed to contact me about my order when the order changed. Not buying expensive textbooks from them anymore.

I received confirmation on my order at PlanetRX on OCTOBER 7, 2011.. October 31 I received confirmation that the product was no long available and I would get my money back within one to two pay cycles (what the heck?) Now it is January 30, 2012 and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND for paying for a product they did not have! Any idea on how to get it back because now they aren't even responding to my inquiries!

Like many people reviewing this retailer before me, I placed an order before Thanksgiving and never received my merchandise. MotherNature promptly charged my card and that was the end of any activity on their part. I requested several times for them to cancel my order, and also tried calling but never could get a human on the phone. I finally had to call my credit card and have the charge for this order reversed. I've ordered from them in the past without any problems. I definitely will not be ordering from them again.

I got informed that I got in the program on Friday really late and had orientation at my law school on Monday..Panic mode activated! Law School bookstore closed for the weekend so I ordered 3 books from eCampus with Next-day Shipping on a Friday. Cost of books +$60 dollars for the shipping. Got the first book on Tuesday evening - Already got yelled at by the professor. I understand, it happens with online shopping - you come across dishonest vendors all the time. I deserved it! When did not get the other two books by Wednesday, went and bought them through the Law School bookstore. Got the second book delivered on Thursday. Got the third book delivered TWO WEEKS LATER!! Tried contacting eCampus. No response. Contacted PayPal, no help. eCampus is a fraud. Don't buy or rent books from them.

This is such a crappy, over priced and inefficient service. My course started on January 14th so I ordered the textbook that same day... it's a rental for over $40 for the semester ( rip off)... it has taken 2 weeks to come! I'm still waiting for the book! One week to put it in a. Box and one week to deliver it... horrible. I have had to spend 2 and half hours to go to a University library and come back to do my homework...thanks ecampus

I ordered my heavy duty off road scooter 13 April 2020. Mid plague. It takes 3-5 days to deliver. I expected delays but to my surprise I got a confirmation right away. The next Friday when it didn't show I called and it had never left. They said the batteries didn't arrive and it wouldn't ship Friday because they had to be charged. Odd but okay. Need week no tracking number so I called Tuesday to check in. They said a manager would get back to me that day....a weeeek later still nothing. Finally the next week it shows up. My battery died to half in 15 minutes. Cut to two weeks from them and finally got someone to come tell me the batteries are bad. Now it's been a week since the batteries have been ordered and I call to check and there's no order for the batteries. This machine cost 2,700!!! To return it is 20% restock and I have to pay shipping. I was so afraid to buy but I really want my Independence back. I looked into this company for 6 months before I chose it. But I guess I made a mistake. Don't shop with them. The scooter is sweet but it has no power and it's so slow. Due to the batteries being trash. I thought I could go up a little Hill in my yard. I should be able to in this and it flipped backwards and dumped me out.

They were very good with helping return and replacing a new rollator I purchased from them. The first one was jammed in lock position. I didn't have to pay for return shipping. I had a Drive rollator that didn't hold up at all. Tried their Invacare rollator and it seems to be a lot more sturdy, a higher quality rollator. Am very pleases with the product and the service of spin life!!!

I ordered wheels for my walker over 1 year ago and have not received what I ordered or paid for. I have emailed through the website many times and NEVER received a reply. I saved the print out for the order I placed and called the phone number and left multiple messages and no response or attempt to contact me in any way, shape or form. I would not even give them one star but I have to give the minimum at least to tell everyone to avoid this site. Now website has removed address and phone/fax numbers so no one can contact them. Bogus rip off scammers!

I ordered a case of nutrition drinks on 9/21 from RX Zone for my mother who is in end stage lung cancer. I waited for it to arrive for some time and when I called to check on it I was told there had been a price increase and they had never shipped it. They never contacted me to inform me of this even though they had contact information. A company like this needs to maintain excellent communications as many of their customers are in difficult positions and require care and assistance. I would not use this outfit again as they were very rude and unconcerned by their mistakes.

I purchased hundreds 3M masks with them and called the custom service for cancellation. The custom service confirmed cancellation for me on phone. The company called me back to inform me the product will be available soon. I double checked with them that I want to cancel all my orders. Several days later I received email from them that my products will be shipping out in the future. Called my bank and they suggest a cancellation document. Call the company again for cancellation email or cancellation confirmation number, didn't get email or confirmation number.

I saw on their website originally that it would take 4 business days to ship order, which is fine. I understand the delay. To confirm I spoke to customer service before placing the order and asked how long shipping times were due to covid-19 and they said with standard shipping ($11.95) my order would take a little longer to ship but, 4 days at the latest. I am on day 7. Reached out to them and they said it would be another 2-3 business days. That puts me at 2 WEEKS UNTIL IT SHIPS versus a shipping time of 4 days. RULE #1 IN BUSINESS: DON'T OFFER SOMETHING YOU CANNOT DELIVER ON. Never shopping with them again. Not cause my order is going to take 2 weeks after I was promised 4 days but, that fact that they know they are lying to customers and don't care. I contacted them today as a new customer and they said they said there is a little bit of a delay with our shipping but we will have your order out 4-5 days. After reading these other reviews I feel like an update upon arrival would be appropriate. Hopefully nothing is expired!

Cigna the worst health insurance company I've ever seen in my entire life stay away from them completely they had the worst customer service put you on hold for 25 minutes hang up on you and then you have to dial again and be on hold for another 25 minutes can't get a disability claim right even though you pre-plan for 3 weeks prior to your operation the operation has been over 4 weeks and is still under review you cannot get your salary disability on time from them they are totally ridiculous and most horrible company I've ever seen in my entire life stay clear of them Cigna is the worst insurance company ever

I ordered 6 micro-motors that were on sale. I was told that I was going to receive my products in 2 weeks. But only after the payment was made they sent me the final invoice including a note saying that I would receive the package in 4 to 8 weeks. After many e-mail back and forth trying to cancel the order. The owner that barely speaks English (by the way... the worse person I had to deal in my 20 years doing business) told me that the money will only be refund back to my credit card account after 4 weeks. Now, I have to fight in court to get my money back, plus the damages caused by this company!!!!

Do NOT go anywhere near this place. I am on the verge of legal action against them. They charged me 749.00 and want to send me 250.00 set of veneers for their remakes with no refund of the difference. I have repeated for them to remake what I paid for. They are refusing to do their part.I am still waiting for the 2nd impression kit they said they would mail out to me 2 weeks ago. The rep just confirmed it was never mailed out. I ordered these June 11. It is August and I am still fighting with them. The quality is the worse I have ever seen. They are bulky and look like I have a mouth piece in. My tops were so bad, they dont even snap in place. The bottoms wont go down all the way because they are too small. The rep told me today that they I will NOT get any refund. My only option is to accept the 250.00 classic veneers BUT I have to pay 749.00 for them.... Dont touch this company. You will regret it.

I feel like they have made a big difference on my skin. I previously saw a dermatologist, and I was given stuff that was less effective than these products.

However, a district manager in my home based business gave me a card for a free eyebrow wax at the European Wax Center in Morgantown, WV. And let me tell you, it was not only an eyebrow wax, but a true relaxing experience. I loved it. The Esthetician I started with soon moved to another area of the salon and I began going to someone new. Her name is Annalissa. She is a bubbly young lady who, not only explains everything that she is doing and what it does for you, not only in a relaxing sense, but also in a hygienically aspect as well. Needless to say, I widened my waxing experience to a full array of services. This was due primarily to Annalissa. We have since become good friends. Not only for this reason, but because she is a personal professional who is excellent at her chosen career. Although, I will continue to make my monthly appointment with the EWC, I will truly miss my Annalissa. I wish her the very best at wherever it is she finds employment in the future. Barclay medical practice. Staff Sharon was able to quickly access medical information once I rang following an injury. I was gave an appointment within hours of to get a vaccine. Staff Kelly was very friendly as I rang to inform the branch that I was running 5 minutes behind. I told the doctor that I had a fear of needles, she was very professional and fast I didnt even notice. I was very happy with the service I recieved at the university branch. Thank you.

Hard to find in USA other than UK for a good price. I think even your price is to high for this item on sale. Wish it had no pillow, seat pushes one forward as you rise. I turned it around. Have back pillow under legs. Otherwise will have to like it if I want a bath versus a shower.

I had experience in dealing with Steve Nelson who gave one generic plan very expensive! I emailed him but no answer so I called him and he just said that we are an international company and we only have high cost plans if you are looking for lower cost plans better you look locally! He didn't even make an effort to discuss my budgets or what I was looking for in for in terms of Medical Insurance. If you get assigned to him it would be a real waste of time. I have other people say that they had a good experience with Medibroker but till yet for me no happiness at all!

During our 15 years in the Far East we have enjoyed the courteous and efficient services of Medibroker. We have benefitted from the sound advice and information at every turn, given by Amy Spiers in particular, and have always found Medibroker to be instantly accessible and the ideal conduit between us and the insurer, being able to cut to the chase and get common sense service without being passed from one department to another. I was with frontier as they took over At&t and my service was pretty decent until my big move from one home to the next in the same city and town. All moved in I was told I have to get a new phone number and to be put in the system as a new customer, only drawback was I couldn't keep my previous number, but I was told that because im considered a new move and because my number couldn't be rolled over that after a quarter of payments ill say 4 months I would receive a 200$ Amazon gift card initially until the amount was raised due to the installers going to the wrong home, someone in their organization kept cancelling my installation so I never got the new drop. So now its 3 to 4 weeks in my new place and im still without working television and running out of ideas to keep my 7 yr old occupied and stimulated. Finally my home got serviced and thats when the big issues began, my bill was always inaccurate, I was being charged for services from my old address to which they still had that account going and any payments I made to the new account went to the old account . Everyday for over a month no lie, im extinguishing every form of contact for frontier with a promise of vindication, Facebook page, chat room, emails, numerous calls to numerous people with promises of resolution and it never happened. I one day was left on hold by a higher up for 5 hours, its true, I have the screenshot, he was a manager, by this time my soul is weary and my patience thin for im on disability and my income fixed and I really cant afford to foot frontiers mistakes. I had ended up in the Hospital, yes the hospital because of the stress I was under due to frontiers mishaps on my behalf. Dangling in the distant rear was the whisper of my Amazon gift card now at a 400 denomination. I inquire and im told yes your still getting it and at that amount as an apology. I did a survey that ultimately **** off an outbound call specialist because she took it upon herself to disconnect my t.v., phone, wifi, all without discernment or reason because I still payed my bill on time, as founded true and proven just because, she turned me off just because, grrrrrr, so frontier once AGAIN apologizes to me, penalize her but I have no knowledge of as to what, never give me my gift card and I Quote because your out our system now and even though its not your fault you have to be put in as a new customer and wait again 4 to 6 months. I dont recommend them to anyone, beware in the affairs of currency.

When my charter cruise was canceled and the organizer offered no refund, I thought that was covered under "default". Silly me! Since the organizer was not insolvent and had not ceased operations, Seven Corners refused to pay and Squaremouth agreed. Bottom line, Squaremouth is not going to pass up those sweet commissions by going against the "insurers". So I threw good money after bad by buying insurance from them. They are polite, but useless.

First of all, I am not disputing the verbiage in the policy itself. My complaint is regarding the purchasing process of this policy right from the start and the use of multiple brand names to create confusion. I will post this under the under brand names so everyone will be aware that it is really the same company. Half my overseas trip was ruined by a situation out of my control and I incurred hundreds of dollars of charges as a result. The entire airport in Manila was closed for the APEC summit meetings. I was relieved to know I had purchased trip insurance from a well-known company in Chicago, John Hancock Insurancewhich according to the website included cancellation and delay. Upon requesting the appropriate claim forms, the form itself says it is actually American Modern Insurance Group. However, after making sure that was the correct form it appears the forms are actually mailed to Seven Corners. I later found out that Sever Corners is only the processor of claims. It appears that multiple companies are involved and that they are simply using different names to confuse and mislead consumers. My claim for trip cancellation was denied and I was advised (after several emails) to file an appeal under a different reason, trip delay. I spent countless hours filing out all the forms again and providing proper documentation and proof of such occurrence. The second claim with "John Hancock Insurance was also denied. There were no responses to my emails, again for weeks. I also, placed many calls and emails to the zero complaint team" at squaremouth.com asking for further clarification regarding my specific trip insurance policy that I purchased. After about a month I finally was given an answer, simply stating, that I was not covered for that reason under that policy. Regardless of the writing in the policy, I am asserting that I was cheated and completely mislead into purchasing this insurance policy from the start. I am asserting that I was lead to believe I was purchasing from a prestigious name; John Hancock Insurance. This was clearly a bait and switch scheme and absolutely unacceptable. In addition, I was not made aware prior to my purchase the extreme limitations of this policy and that I would be dealing with multiple companies other than John Hancock". This would have drastically altered my decision in choosing such a prohibitive policy from unknown companies.

I ordered 1,000 oral swabs from them and only received 980. I emailed them and got a reply that they would send out the 20 pieces replacement. As of today, I still haven't receive it. I called and it went straight to a mobile phone's voicemail. Of course, I left a message. In addition, I emailed customer service and they didn't bother to reply it. I am done doing business with them and JDCSupplies is not even accredited with Better Business Bureau.

I purchased the four person infrared sauna for two reasons: #1 I could lay down fully on the bench (I am 5' 2") #2 I can do hot yoga in the unit. There is plenty of room for both. The united arrived within one week. Great price and great customer service when I called to have one of my questions answered. The unit heat up to 140 degrees within the first 10 minutes. Set-up of spa took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. LOVE!!! Wish I would have purchased sooner.

My husband and I have had Frontier for almost 7 years and only because they are literally the only option out here for internet where I live. At least once a month we have internet outages. The last experience was be beyond frustrated. 2 weeks ago we lost internet. I waited for it to come back, like I always do, but after a week it still wasn't resolved so I called frontier. Person on the phone told me it was my modem that went bad after a system upgrade. I was already irritated when she said that my new modem would arrive 2-4 days. (How does a business in today's world not have overnight options???) well here we are today, day 4 of waiting for new modem. I called them to find out where this is and they told me that no one made a ticket for this. My modem had not been ordered. I work from home. My cell phone booster runs off internet. 2 weeks without internet is TOTALLY unacceptable. Even after talking with a "supervisor" they now tell me that the best they can do is send a tech out to my house on Friday. It is currently only Tuesday!!!!! Not only have I lost out on work time because I have had no internet at home for this long....not they want me to stay home all day INCASE a tech has to come to my house!!! Also this "supervisor" said that he is sure that the problem isn't my modem at all but a line issue. What else can I do so that more people don't have to deal with this and lose out on time and money with this company!!! Do NOT pay for this if you have other internet provider options!!!

My husband and I had tried for about 6 years to have a family and after we had tried everything we eventually were faced with IVF. It was very scary and there was so much that I didn't know. But after talking with Dr Skinner I felt at ease and determined to grow our family. Everyone at BFC was very loving and explained everything. Once we started our journey with BFC, everything went so smoothly! I had only attended the clinic a few times and the rest of my days were spent on the beach or out doing excursions. We couldn't of asked for a better place to go.

In the interest of full disclosure, my husband and I have been patients of Conceptions for the past 2ish years and recently completed a frozen embryo transfer, which was successful. We are expecting a child in 2020. We live out of state and selected Conceptions because of their success rate. Since I'm pregnant, clearly it was a good choice. Having said that, we have hated every single moment of this process and every single interaction with Conceptions. We can't wait to be able to put all of this behind us and are already talking about how we're going to cope with having to return to their care if/when we decide on a second child in the future. (We will return, though, because of their success rate and the fact that our remaining frozen embryos are in their care.) If you are a person who is happy to follow along blindly and is comfortable with last-minute scheduling, miscommunications, and inconsistent information being provided by different providers, who has not done any research on infertility or assisted reproductive technologies, does not have any opinions, does not want to engage in educated conversations, does not want to know the ins and outs of all the steps months in advance or be able to plan flights/hotels/time off work within a reasonable timeframe, and does not want to offer your opinion or ask questions about why they require certain things or why they choose certain meds/procedures/tests/etc over others, then Conceptions is the perfect place for you. If you aren't a person who fits into that category, be prepared for a very frustrating (albeit, likely successful) experience. Also, be prepared for the fact that it will feel like the person you are meeting with or talking to, including your doctor and/or assigned nurse(s), has never read your chart and knows nothing about you. It felt like they had a script/regimen they were following and I had to remind them in every single interaction that I have certain medical limitations/restrictions from previous surgeries that required individualizing some of my care and altering some of their standard requirements. All in all, this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a medical clinic. My hope is that others can at least be aware of what they're getting themselves into before choosing to establish care with Conceptions. I wish I would've known. I would've likely still chosen them, because of their success rate, but I would've at least known what I was signing-up for. I still get confused when I read all the positive reviews talking about how amazing and supportive Conceptions is; I wonder what those people did differently to have such a different experience. Did they just follow along blindly and not ask questions or make waves? Were they "easier" clients? Were they so emotional throughout the process that having a staff support their emotional needs in-the-moment made up for everything else? Were their standards or expectations lower? I guess I'll never know.

Frustrated Patient

First and foremost, our little bundle is turning 1 in a week. He is the biggest blessing we could ever ask for and is beyond perfect. I did feel a little like cattle going in and out of the office because I was never greeted by my name and felt like they never knew who I was despite the amount of times going in and the amount of months I was a patient, other than my nurse and lab ladies, but everyone was always very kind. My nurses were incredible. Answering questions, emailing, and giving me comfort when I would be trying to hold back the tears for the 20th time. That support despite not always meeting face to face was amazing. I am super grateful we were given so many options on things we could try even though the recommendation was IVF from the beginning. After months of failed med attempts we finally decided to take the financial plunge into IVF... Our first attempt was successful and we honestly couldn't be any happier and with that alone Conceptions gets a full 5 stars. Their success rates are unparalleled and we cannot be any more thankful for our little miracle.
