I purchased the four person infrared sauna for two reasons: #1 I could lay down fully on the bench (I am 5' 2") #2 I can do hot yoga in the unit. There is plenty of room for both. The united arrived within one week. Great price and great customer service when I called to have one of my questions answered. The unit heat up to 140 degrees within the first 10 minutes. Set-up of spa took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. LOVE!!! Wish I would have purchased sooner.

I have the Joyous 2 person sauna and I love it!! It is helping me to detox and boost my immune system. Excellent quality for a reasonable price. Both my sister and I both have the same one and we both love it! Super easy set up and easy to use. Definitely would recommend it. :)

I purchased the Tosi 3 Person sauna for my husband and myself for Christmas this year. I have been wanting one for several years and the only thing I regret about my purchase is that it took me so long to decide to buy one! I absolutely love everything about it! Beautifully crafted, easy to assemble, performs as claimed! We use it daily and I feel amazing! Customer service is second to none! We had a end shipper issue and JNH Lifestyles resolved it immediately and to our satisfaction. Thank you for such a fabulous product!

I purchased this well-made sauna a few weeks back and was given a shipping expectation of a couple of weeks, I was pleasantly surprised when I received just a week after ordering it. The sauna came efficiently packaged and it was a breeze following the instructions and snapping the sauna together, in total from unpackaging to putting the sauna together it took a total of two hours with my husband's help- Super Easy! Using a home drill made it very helpful. ;)

I have been using the sauna every day since then and I am definitely feeling the benefits of using this sauna. I am sleeping better, my muscles ache less, and I am burning an extra 150 calories because my heart rate elevates to my cardio workout zone.

The bonus with this sauna is the company and customer service that comes with it. I have used chat, phone and email in purchasing and servicing my order and all forms have been quick, thorough and the service is always friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend purchasing your quality infrared sauna from JNH!

I ordered a Joyous 2 Person Infrared Sauna (Open-Box, 2019 Edition). I received my sauna within a week. I was so excited I put the sauna together and used the sauna the same night. My husband and I put the sauna together within an hour, it was very easy following the instructions and other YouTube videos online. I purchased my sauna on February 7th and have used it every day. It is so relaxing and refreshing, I initially thought it would be a little tight for my husband and I to fit, but it’s a perfect fit for both of us. I have created a gym setting within my home and it has been the perfect addition, it is a great way to relax after my workouts. Customer Service has been very helpful from the beginning. I called a few times with numerous questions before my purchase, and all questions were answered plus additional information. There was never a long wait when waiting to speak to a customer service representative.

I love it, it works really well and only took two hours to assemble with my 16 year old, super easy. If it came with a thermometer I would give it 5 stars.

We purchased the Joyous 2 person sauna and based on the reply we got back we were expecting it to take 4-5 weeks but we received it within a week. It was so easy to assemble, I even did it myself. I highly recommend JNH and look forward to doing business with them again.

I would highly recommend purchasing the joyous one person sauna. I tried a total of four different Infared saunas at various local day spas until I stumbled across this gem and immediately fell in love. It heats up fast and was easy to assemble. The delivery process went smooth. I also appreciate the quality of the speakers.

I am a senior citizen who has been using saunas at health clubs for about 50 years. The new technology of FAR-IR saunas is quite superior to the heat your skin with hot coals and then sweat method that I am used to. Items in the sauna like eyeglasses and MP3 players do not get hot to touch as infrared is generated within the body and radiates outward and only affects the body. I had my doubts whether I could handle acquiring such a unit for my home. Based on other reviews, I bought one, with an extended warranty. To my surprise I was able to put it together myself, using dollys to move heavy packages and panels into position for easy lifting. It did take longer than 1 1/2 hours to assemble but was not at all tricky or difficult. JNH Lifestyles has managed to hit a grand slam home run here. They have a very creative concept, intelligent modular design, precise manufacturing, a friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure sales team and the finest customer service department you will find anywhere. If a home sauna is what you want, you have found an exceptional source for a superior product.

From the minute I made the phone call to purchase my sauna till the day I received it Kristian was amazing. The service is amazing at JNH.
I purchased the 3 person sauna, it is a good size although I have never gone in there with anyone. The blue tooth stereo is awesome.
My husband put it together all by himself in less than an hour. He said it was very easy to do.
If you are looking to purchase a sauna I would highly recommend to purchase one through JNH.
The price was right and I have no complaints about it.

Just got our Ensi II about a week ago, assembled it a couple of days later, and have been using it ever since. Really relaxing and just the right size for us. We are very happy with it.

I just recently received my JNH Lifestyles 2 seat infrared sauna. I couldn’t be more pleased. The deliverer was pleasant and efficient, the three boxes neatly and safely packed. My husband put it together with very little help from me. Like many of the others he felt the directions could have been better presented, but overall was very pleased with the quality of the engineering and how everything fit together so well. We found it helpful to read the hints of those who previously gave a review on this product to make up for the factory directions in assembling it. I have used it twice now and enjoy how comfortable the heat is and ease of use. I have it in my office/workout room. An added bonus is that my swivel TV that I use for my treadmill is directly across from the sauna and with the volume up some, I can see and hear it perfectly and will definitely watch it when I am not in a meditative mood. The Customer Service on line has been excellent. I used the instant (on-line) contact several times before and after purchasing the sauna. They get back to you immediately with clear concise answers. I also feel very confident with any product offering a (5) year warranty.
