Mark has been so helpful and has gone above and beyond to help me offered to test a sample of water from my hottub free of charge even though I didn't buy my tub off him really helpful highly recommended

We purchased our hot tub from the Worthing branch a couple of years ago it’s a propel 13amp plug and play. We’ve been extremely happy not only with the tub but also with the excellent service and advice from Jake linfield the store manager. Thanks to him I’ve got my water clarity absolutely spot on, it looks as fresh as when it went in. Thank you Jake.

Our first hot tub purchase and we are very impressed. Colin helped us make the right choice and when my wife said she wouldn’t be using it because she didn’t want to smell like chlorine, he suggested we buy the SilkBalance Gems package. Very glad we did and have been in it almost everyday since delivery in July. Thanks Colin! Adam

Bought a hot springs hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs 5 years ago. It is a superb product. Keith and James were easy to deal with and the installation process was excellent. After sales care is brilliant - Chris and Karina handle this and both are highly efficient. Would highly recommend this company. They are a pleasure to deal with.

We bought our hot tub in May 2020 from James at Happy Hot Tubs in Cadnam and the service we have received from all the team has been superb from start to finish and would highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase a hot tub to go there. We bought the Hotsprings Propel and our family absolutely love it. We have been into the Cadnam branch today (13/6/20) to purchase some additional accessories and the young lady who served us was extremely polite and helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone at Happy Hot Tubs ?

Purchased our tub from luke at mapplebourgh green redditch. Can not fault the service and the chap that installed the hot tub both are the best. We took delivery yesterday and were so pleased with the happy tub lounge 25 would definitely recommend a happy hot tub.co.uk.

From the moment we walked in to be greeted by Chloe, through the dealings with Henry and then the team arriving onsite, the customer service has been truly outstanding. The personal touch and recognition that such a large investment should make one feel special was fabulous!

We purchased a Happy 25 Hot Tub in August. We had our previous one for 17 years so decided it was time for a new one ! Mark at Mappleborough Green was brilliant and sorted out a delivery date for for us a couple of weeks later. On the due date, Nathan & Tom arrived, surveyed the position and said - "no problem" and got on with the installation. By mid day, all completed and smiles all round. Have been to see Luke in the shop a couple of times to buy bits and pieces and worthy of note is that all chemicals and filters are really sensibly priced. I would highly recommend "Happy Hot Tubs".

l have had many years of pleasure from my hot tub which l bought from Happy Hot Tubs at Cadnam. l have had nothing but good advise when l have had a problem and they offer friendly service and advise on chemicals and accessories. l would highly recommend this company to any one considering buying a hot tub.
