Got in touch with Hot tub master in the summer of last year to enquire about any tubs suitable for my property due to access restrictions.

The team provided me with a selection of suitable tubs, and provided guidance of how the install would take place.

Throughout the order time, the team provided me with any required updates, ensuring that all pre-install actions had taken place.

Had the Chaser hot tub since last September, and used it weekly. If i have had any queries regarding the filtration settings or which chemicals are best to use, the team have been on hand to help.

Can't fault there service....... would highly recommend.

Excellent service,really happy with our hottub we try and use it as least once a week during winter even Christmas, roll on summer.

Our Mount Pleasant hot tub arrived in August 2018. It has been a fabulous purchase that has given us hours of enjoyment and relaxation.

Hot tub master had an amazing show room so we could view all hot tub types and make an informed choice about which one would suit us best. This was important and we've had no regrets.

A hot tub is a large, luxury item. Hot tub master offered value for money for a superb product. We are still extremely pleased with our purchase

We have had our hot tub for nearly a year now and are really pleased with it. We had a problem after emptying and refilling that was our own fault but was guided through a procedure expertly from the help team and was solved in minutes.
The whole process from buying, delivery and aftercare is excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend hot tub masters/ blue whale spas to anyone.

We decided to purchase a proper hot tub after having an inflatable one for about 3 years. The inflatable one was always painful to look after. The new Hot Tub is just fantastic. Easy to go and see in the showroom, easy to buy, easy install and super easy to maintain. A great purchase. Can't beat a soak after the gym or on a cloudless night. Recommended.

I bought my tub 2 weeks ago through Costco, however the service I experienced from hot tub spa from the pre installation to the after care so far had been 1st class , by that I mean the communication from them , about delivery & their needs from my end, the 2 guys that delivered and installed my tub ( Gary & Ian) were brilliant and I enjoyed their company as much as their friendly professional approach to their task, so far I’ve had no problems with my tub & have enjoyed my late evenings relaxing my aching muscles , I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of buying a hot tub

Our hottub was deliverd on time and the guys were great helping to get it all in to place and ready to go,I found the purchase procedure excellent with staff that have a great knowledge,all my questions were answered in detail I can highly recommend them,had mine for nearly a year now and it is great and had no issues.

We purchased out Hot tub in July 2019. From start to finish they were professional, polite and excellent to deal with. From telephone conversations prior to delivery about access to the proposed site of the hot tub to the two guys who delivered and installed it.

From the first phone call I received a 5* service, everybody I spoke to from the salesman to the warehouse men when picking up the hot tub were all happy to help nothing was to much trouble.
The hot tub itself is great.
