We couldn’t recommended hot tub superstore enough from start till 4 years later. Always on hand to answer questions.
The delivery went smoothly no problems the chaps who delivered were polite and ran through everything with me. This is the best purchase we have bought and we use it all the time. Nothing better to come home and get in the hot tub to relax your muscles.

I had been thinking of getting a hot tub for a few months. With so many companies out there I couldn’t decide. Then I came across The Hot Tub Superstore. They were nearly 4 hours away. They had such fantastic reviews that I was keen to make contact. Damian was an excellent help. He never pushed, just advised. He actually FaceTimed me and we measured the space to where the hot tub would go. I phoned back a few times asking many questions. Nothing was ever a problem. Rachel was also fantastic,once I received the hot tub. I ordered a filter on the Friday and it came on the Saturday at 8am. The aftercare team are also amazing. Nothing is ever a problem. Guy has been excellent. Guiding me through the correct chemicals. This is honestly the nicest and friendliest company to communicate with. Well done guys! I just love my hot tub.

These guys have been amazing from start to finish, had our g2 for a couple of years now & love it! Customer service is these guys top priority! My little one absolutely loves it!

Had my hot tub 2 years and still going strong. Also, had a call from the hot tub superstore to ask if I was still happy and if I had any problems. I mentioned a jet had stopped working. The lady said she would pass my details onto technical support. Literally less than 5 minutes later they called and resolved the problem from me (apparently some of my jets can be turned off, so it wasn’t broken).

So happy with the product and the customer service. 5 star rating all the way.

So We’ve had our hot tub for nearly 2 years now and it’s been the best purchase we’ve made. Last month the stereo unit failed but even though they are 300 miles away they were here to fix it within 10 days. Whilst they were visiting we also booked a service just to ensure everything was as it should be. Great service once again and would definitely recommend The HotTub Superstore.

This is the second hot tub I have had from them , don’t usually do feed backs but have to say
Top marks on both my hot tubs , everyone I spoke to were above and beyond, make you feel nothing is to much , from looking into what I wanted and needed, no sale pitch, from the first person I spoke to and delivery men to after sales people, they phoned me after a couple of months of delivery to make sure everything was ok, if you ever decide to get a hot tub , these are the guys you need trust me I looked for ages, you can thank me later lol .

My family have bought three hot tubs from hot tub superstore over the past couple of years and all had a great experience. Excellent customer service and Ross was very helpful and knowledgeable at organising cleaning products for hot tub. Also had a few friends purchased hot tubs from here too and all had a great experience also. Nothing to much trouble. Would highly recommend and we will be using again in the future.

Fantastic customer service they repaired an item within 24 hours but also contacted me twice to make sure the goods were all fine and working.

I bought this over the phone and received first class service from start to finish. The delivery team were very Professional and took great care in the installation. I have had to phone a couple of times for advice as this is my first hot tub and have received immediate assistance every time.

Second purchase from Hot Tub Superstore and since the first there is a noticeable increase in the number of places available to purchase a hot tub. Stuck with the Hot Tub Superstore as the after sales service is superb, they have always been available on the phone should you have a query. From initial enquiry to the installation of the new tub they have been superb again and I couldn’t recommend them enough .

We have had our hot tub now just over three years and the best purchase we ever made. It was delivered promptly on a bank holiday and swiftly guided into its spot and set up. The chap made it very easy to understand how to keep on top of it. We had a minor issue of one of the knobs being very difficult to turn and they came out and replaced it within days. The actual model of hot tub is great it suits our needs perfectly and is used at least every other day. There is plenty of room for 4 adults and a boisterous toddler who loves it too. Also the guys will do anything to help you in the shop and their expertise and advice is fabulous thank you

Have had my hot tub six years and keep forgetting which filter I have. One quick phone call to them sorted me out. Darren rang me back and organised next day delivery, there and then. Great products, friendly helpful staff and super quick service - love them

Darren could not have been more helpful do not loose him he is an asset to you. The Tornado Hot tub is quite frankly the best thing since sliced bread I now take fifty % less medication due to the hot tub I cannot thank you enough.

We have had the TORNADO hot tub for just over 2 years now. We have left 5 stars for several reasons:

The product itself is without issue. We use it 3 times a week and even now, it performs and looks like new. We could not be any happier.

We have been in contact with the hot tub superstore several times for advice on chemicals, maintenance and general house keeping. Everytime we are met with fantastic enthusiasm to help, excellent product knowledge and just general happiness to keep a customer for life.

They have definitely done this.....

For anyone who is thinking of buying a hot tub from elsewhere I urge you to stop and give the hot tub superstore the opportunity to show you what they are all about and what fantastic products they have.

Both customer service and product satisfaction flows through the veins of everyone who is associated with the hot tub superstore.

The two employees turn up on time, as they said they would, got the hot tub where we needed it, with in 3 hours or so it was up and running, then explained to us the running and the treatment on who to keep the water good, it took just over 12 hours for the water to get to the temperature that it was set for 37.5c, the next day in we went, what a lovely feeling, so easy to use and maintain, the best thing we have purchased for a long time.

On Saturday we visited the store and realised it's been 5 years since we bought our hot tub. We love it as much today as we did then and every time we use it we smile and have a 'wow' moment. It still feels like we are on holiday when we are in it especially after a day in the garden or after a busy day at work.
Our tub is in our garden and not covered by a building so we can enjoy the sunshine and garden view. It's also brilliant at night watching the stars and the moon. We've seen the New Year come in from the tub which was amazing. This is something to consider if you are considering covering your tub.
Our family love it and the younger family members love to spend time relaxing in the tub and chatting together. Christmas day is a big hit with the children.
For the price of a second hand car we think it's been the best money we've spent and we've had so much use and enjoyment from it. It costs us less than a mobile phone contract to run each month.
The service has always been great from the Hot tub superstore and there's always someone on hand to talk to if you have any questions. Damian has been our point of contact from day one.
We are so glad we took the plunge and bought our hot tub and when the time comes we will replace it without hesitation.
