Pool Warehouse

I purchased some skimmers from pool warehouse and their website said that there was an optional Float valve that could be purchased for the skimmer and also had a picture of the float valve on their web site. After I received the skimmer I tried to get the float valve and they did not sale it and I also found out there was no such thing available on the market. I had not need for a skimmer that did not have a float vales and called to return the skimmers. They said I can return the skimmers if I paid the freight and paid a restocking fee. By the time I did that I would end up paying the $246 and receiving nothing. I asked them to stand behind what they sold and give me a return authorization with a prepaid freight sticker and refund my money. They refused to do this and refused to stand behind their advertising. Attached is the screen prints of what was on their web site and it is very clear that they misrepresented their product.

Placed an order at beginning of summer. There were some issues- no fault of theirs. They handled it professionally and were friendly and courteous. Their customer service was good along with management.

Worst customer service ever! Pool blew apart in only 3 years, NO return calls or help. Highly recommend anywhere else.!!!!! They take your $ and run!!!!!

I got nervous when I was checking out and completed the credit card info, after I submitted it the screen went back to the checkout. So I had to pay all over again. I hope I wasn't double charged. I never received a confirmation email nor any information on my tracking.

So far it is alright. I will know more about your companies service once I get the product. I hope I receive it in the time frame on your web site because I have been unsuccessful with your competitor.
