6 months in, no problems at all: from viewing in the showroom, ordering, delivery, installation, use and routine maintenance procedures. Would highly recommend, Never any pressure to buy and really easy to deal with.

I had spent a good few months researching hot tubs / going to garden centres etc and was a little nervous purchasing a hot tub from a company I had never heard of and at the other end of the country but I must say I am very happy. A great price plus able to pay monthly. All fully installed and now 7 months in still very happy. I would say its a purchase im very glad to have made.

Blue Whale were great to deal with from day 1 when we first thought about purchasing a hot tub they were very informative about everything from installation to running costs
We had an issue with the blue tooth system which they sorted out straight away
They delivered the tub when they said they would
Can not fault the tub or the service from a blue whale

Bought the hot tub November 2017, the guys were great, very helpful and informative, no issues on the day. Had few questions couple of days later, the staff at the end of the phone were fantastic. Had the first annual service, again went like clock work. Would recommend without hesitation.

We purchased and received our hot tub from Blue whale spa in September 2017.
We have had excellent service from the team .
One small problem appeared after two months , and was fixed promptly.

Installed within 2 weeks of ordering, the 2 guys that came and fitted it was fab they done a great job and went through how to use it step by step , the tub itself is amazing we love it , best thing we have bought we use it most nights even over the winter, my son also bought a hot tub , he got his first an we used his and fell in love with it , its its amazing

I brought my Hot Tub through Costco but all my dealings were with Blue Whale.
The service dept were very informative and talked us through everything the delivery team arrived on time to install the hot tub they talked us through everything we needed to do and nothing was to much trouble.
We have had to ring them a few times since installation as we had forgot things although everything was written down for us.
Again they were very helpful and informative.
I would have no hesitation recommending Blue Whale to anyone thinking of getting a hot tub the service we received was second to none.

We received first class service from the initial telephone conversation right through to the day of installation of our hot tub from Blue Whale Spa. We have been so impressed that we have already recommended BWS to our friends and family who are thinking about investing in a hot tub. We were so confident with the company that we went ahead and ordered ours without even seeing it and we have had no regrets.

I purchased a Hot Tub from Blue Whale Spa last year and i must admit the service has been second to none, very impressed with the staff after having a few minor problems, but these were dealt with very fast and resolved leaving a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend.

The hot tub has been absolutely superb – kept its temperature which I set to 39° daily. It’s been easy to clean and look after, the flooring supplies have worked well to keep the water fresh and it’s a pleasure to use I would highly recommend them because I think for the cost you pay for spas, yours is reasonable but you also do expect a high quality spa that’s exactly what I got. I have used it most days it really relaxes me this was a six seater with a recliner and the pressure of the Jets was great.

Absolute dream to order from...... can honestly say the people they employ are at the top of there game.... there fitters are extremely knowledgeable as is customer service and everyone else who I spoke with during and after delivery...... a high percentage of companies tend to be less receptive once they have your money these guy's were there 100% before, during and after
Highly recommend this company.

i am so pleased with the service and products I have received from Blue Whale Spa......from the very first conversation with the sales team to the installation and after sales service.... we are delighted with our hot tub and have used it much more than we initially thought we would.
It has become a great place for our family to sit and chat and spend quality time together
I can not recommend this product and company highly enough.

I found BlueWhaleSpa prices to be extremely competitive and loved the fact that the hot tubs were made in house rather than the usual cheaper Chinese versions.
Service from ordering to installation has been great!
Highly recommended!

Good product & price had the hottub 1 year and enjoying it through all seasons.
Tip: pay attaention to the heating modes to get the right settings for you.

I’ve paid over £4000 for a hot tub and just past the 12 month warranty the tub has started to blister. Phoned up blue whale spas and sent them a video and they said it was out side of the warranty therefore it wasn’t their problem. so be very careful when purchasing a hot tub from this shower. Blue Whale should not be allowed to trade get
Your self a professional company who looks
After thair customer blue whale we will
Be going to court 16 months for a hot tub
To larst is disgusting especially after admitting it is a manufactured problem

We realised a few weeks ago that we would not be able to go on holiday this year, as two of our family members are in the vulnerable category, and we wanted to be able to enjoy being outside and feel relaxed in our own garden instead. We looked online for our dream hot tub and our son found Blue Whale who were still doing deliveries and had the hot tub with everything we wanted in it; two recliners, 65 jets, waterfalls, fountains and which could run on either amp. We spoke to Fiona, who made the ordering process super-easy and was organised and efficient, and we managed to secure a delivery which was guaranteed to be non-contact. We also spoke to Joe about the delivery and he was really knowledgeable and helpful. Dan and his colleague delivered our hot tub on Monday. He rang beforehand to confirm when he would be arriving and was thoroughly professional throughout. He also offered to run us through the set up once the tub was filled later that evening, which we took advantage of. His instructions were clear and concise and it was very easy to set up with his guidance. Now the hot tub has been set up, we have used it every evening - it is so lovely and warm and it is wonderful to look up at the stars with the different coloured LED lights and music of our choice playing through the hot tub via our iPad. The massage jets and foot spas are just great and the worries of the day just melt away. We have been highly impressed with everyone at Blue Whale and absolutely love our new hot tub.

I took us over over 6 months to find the right hot tub to suit us , spoke to 6 other companies , had 2 come around to the house , but in the end we kept going back to the Blue Whale Spa website , as soon as we ordered the tub we knew we'd made the right decision. Delivery was within 2 weeks as promised and tje build quality is excellent , I looked under the tub as they were setting it up and all the wiring and plumbing is very neat (which as an engineer I always look for)
Had it now for nearly a year and used it almost every day , one of the led lights failed so I emailed Blue Whale and got a call back that day , they sent me 2 new led units which are so easy to fit ( they did offer to send an engineer out).
We have had countless friends around enjoying themself in it and would recommend Blue Whale Spas to anyone

I spent a lot of time looking at hot tubs on the basis it was a lot of money to spend and it was something I had wanted for a lot of years, so it had to be just right.
From the initial contact to the final delivery and set up the service was excellent.
The sales person Martin was very friendly and extremely helpful when discussing what I was looking for and came up with the perfect hot tub spa and accessories to meet my requirements.
The hot tub was delivered on the day it was planned to do so, and the two engineers who came to set it up were brilliant. Ryan went through all the instructions and showed me how to work the spa, he also explained that a lot of information on how to do things was on eutube where I could find videos, the documentation that comes with the hot tub is limited.
We have spent a fantastic summer in the hot tub with family and friends and cannot wait for this summer to arrive.
I closed the spa down for the winter, fully draining and cleaning it, I hope it starts back up without any problems.
I would definately recommend Blue Whale as a company and the product they supply.
