Got a brilliant hot tub in time for the snow, too. Great price compared to what we found online plus the delivery was really fast. Service was great, cant complain there with friendly staff on the phone and the delivery guys.

Fantastic service from start to finish, really friendly on the phone and not pushy, which was great for us. Invited us to the showroom but it's a bit far (nottingham) so we bought over the phone... could not be happier. Lovely hot tub and great quality with a very good delivery service

We took delivery of our new hot tub on Friday and we weren't out of it for the whole weekend! Despite the rain!

Great service from start to finish from the team, everybody very friendly and helpful and clearly very knowledgable about the products.

Our 1000 series model is fab, we're so pleased with our choice.

Just like to say a massive thankyou to h20 I've had my beautiful hot tub for a year now and just had my first service I live in a hard water area and the guys were amazing they not only gave a great service they gave me some great tips too. I'm really happy and would recommend h20 to anybody I can't believe there working flat out in this hard time to make people happy thankyou ????????????

We have had our Hot Tub for a year now and absolutely love it!
The quality is still exactly the same as it was when we first had it.
From day one the team have been great help when answering any queries we may have.
Yesterday we had our first service from John and his partner and they were very good polite and cheerful, even better that they said our was one of the best condition they've seen as its very clear we take good care of it :)

I would not hessite in buying another Hot Tub from these guys

Bought a 2500 delivered to France from H20 in Nottingham in Feb 2019 but as always, wait six months before reviewing.. so wehad to sort out siting and installing myself for which recieved full and easy to follow instructions by email and phone..We had a few issues but every step of the way Paul at H20 was there going the extra mile to resolve and deal with our concerns. I have nothing but the highest praise for the service and the spa.. In this day and age where you hear and read so many horror stories it was exceptionally refreshing to find a company that actually wanted to ensure thier customers were happy and fully satisfied with thier products and services..if you are looking for a spa & have arrived here reading reviews then look no further.. You have found the supplier.. Buy with confidence.. 10/10..!

We plumped for the 500 series because we are downsizing and its only me and my partner now. Was asked to leave a review and happy to, the service was great and the hot tub is really lovely, looks wonderful and seems cheap to run which is a plus!

Visited showroom on a Saturday morning to buy a 4200 model, on advice and sitting in it quite quickly found out it was too small for us! Luckily they had a demo model of the 4500 in showroom as well, we sat in that and bingo! perfect! got a great deal and organised the delivery date. Rob a Tyler arrived on time as stated and with rear access to the property the tub was on the deck in 15min! no messing about. About 1hr to fill it as we have good water pressure and a full instruction on water treatment from Rob! Can't praise them enough! no question was stupid and the installation was superb! Would recommend to anyone after a hot tub as there are some bad reviews out there, I done my research and was more than happy! May upgrade in a year or two and know exactly where I will be going!

Purchased the 1000 series hot tub about 3 months ago. I am delighted to say that I have had no issues with it. It wasn't brought directly through h2o, it was through an approved dealer who was at a country show in Derbyshire h2o came out and delivered it. To be fair we had to drop it in a pit area we had made. This was a bit of an issue but the guys were really good and managed to do it with just two of them.

The hot tub is fantastic! and as we didn't want to folk out for new electrics a 13amp one was what we needed. I am chuffed to bits with the product and the service and would recommend this company highly

A great service from the first inquiry, delivered on time and set up by VJ & Tony, very friendly guys and took me through the operation procedures in detail. Great tub, plenty of power in the jets, very impressed with the sound system, good quality speakers

Just had my first Hot Tub delivered, the 2 men delivering and installing were excellent, polite and helpful and full of information and tips for maintenance. Pauline in the office has been great at keeping in touch and helping with all my questions.

Received our 4500 series hot tub just over a month ago. Been in it every other day since it arrived.

Delivery and installation was a breeze. They arrived on time and didn't take long until it was all set up. Once setup, one of the installers talked me through how it all works and how to keep it clean.

Would definitely use again and recommend.

we had the 2000 series hot tub fitted last week, the staff are all so friendly and professional and nothing as been to much trouble ,had a few teething problems whilst get used to tub but Pauline has been amazing and gave great customer after care which to me is so important when buying something in this price range .love the hot tub so much been in it loads already kids love it to. thanks Keeley and sean

Ordered the 500 series which was delivered a couple of days later. Bought through ebay and was emailed and asked to leave a review of the company. Happy to based on my experience... fast delivery, great hot tub and really good service

Ordered the hot tub one week and it was delivered the next. The guys were fantastic bringing it through the garden and installing it.The people in the office have been really helpful too. We were a bit worried ordering blind on Ebay but have been really pleased with the whole experience.

We have had our new Hot Tub for 1 week now and we love it. The Tub itself is brilliant but so was the service we have received all along. The guys on the day who delivered and installed it were friendly, professional and very informative and this is definitely a company I would recommend buying from.

A superb experience from start to finish, more than happy to leave feedback for the team that worked tirelessly for 2 hours to get my new tub into place. They worked with the crane company and left the process stress free for myself and my partner.
