Prompt delivery, competitive price - pool heater purchased for BestWay outdoor pool, product much better than BestWay or Intex pool heater, temperature dial allows you to set your temperature, once reached thermostat will auto turn off. Great product plug and play as described fits intex and BestWay pools.

There were several issues with the courier DHL who initially claimed we were not at home to sign for it. Who then said they could not find the house, despite delivering on many occasions before. After giving DHL explicit instructions then claimed after 5 days that they could not locate the parcel.
When I reported this to UK Pool Store they were very helpful, immediately replaced the lost items and took it up with DHL themselves.

First rater service. Delivery was the next day and when I rang to clarify details, someone spoke to me immediately and answered my queries. The pool is very nice also.

I have not got a bad word to say about UK POOL STORE it was easy to order and I had received my order within 72 hours just in time for may bank holiday weather.

All but one of the products arrived within 2 days of ordering despite the lockdown. The final item was sent direct from the manufacturer took a little longer. Communication was quick when I questioned the late arrival of the final item.

I paid for Saturday service which arrived on the following Monday. I was then promised a refund which never came. To improve service, try doing what you say you’ll do.

I have an issue with the additional delivery charge to my post code in Scotland. The method whereby the order is accepted with zero delivery charge then two days later a demand for the additional £20 delivery is sent is not good. Your staff were really helpful when I was unable to pay the additional charge on line. I was told that your carrier was UKmail who set the delivery charge. However the delivery was made by DHL (after I had paid the extra cost). No problem with UK Pool Store but you need to sort out your courier.

I would recommend these guys - I needed some spare points for my Pool Boiler and wasn’t sure of exactly what parts I required, when I spoke to team and explained my issue they new exactly what I required and the parts where delivered the next business day.

I have used them for over 5 years now. Delivery is quick and reliable. A few years back I purchased some special equipment for the pool. It didn't work for my type of pool. They took it all back with no fuss and recommended some different gear which worked a treat (and was less than half the price of the other).

Good clean communication - liaised effectively with the manufacturer - good price - expected delivery in 2-3 days but arrived following day on two occasions! It's a pity I don't need anything else they sell!!

I needed to replace the multiport valve and some of the pipes, phoned to get some advice on the required products and then ordered online, arrived 2 days later (as expected with the CV19 delay) and everything was perfect.
