Purchased a PNY GeForce4, Ti4200 video card via CompUSA.com internet site the second day of their recent sale (3/15 thru 3/20). The expected shipping time was "usually 48 hours". On the third business day after placing the order, I phoned customer service to check on the status of this order since the order comformation status email hadn't been updated since the origional order was placed. I was told this item was out of stock and discontinued. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive a early notification email from this company regarding this problem. Because of this delay, I was unable to purchase this same item offered by another retailer (Best Buy) at the same sale price within their sale period. I don't think CompUSA ever had sufficent quanities of this item on stock before promoting this sale and only used it to attract potential customers to their site in hopes of selling them something. Very reluctant to do web business with CompUSA ever again without confirming that the product was definitely on hand and ready to be shipped. I suggest you do the same before placing an order with them.

Ordered from the UK especially as it is impossible to get these drives in the UK. I spoke to the guy who deals with Paypal, Steve and he was very friendly and helpful and I can't say anything bad about the company. My delivery came about 2 weeks later due to the delay at Customs. The drive arrived in perfect condition and worked an absolute treat. Cannot fault Thortek one bit. I will certainly not hesistate to order again!

No email confirmation that I know of was sent, however I recieved the Seagate Barracude drive within 3 days, extremely well packed, double boxed. Looks perfect, haven't tested it yet. Great price too.

Memorymedia certainly has a great selection of memory products at reasonable prices; however, in my experience, the advertised prices are not reliable. I was looking at memory prices on pricewatch.com when I came across a reasonable offer for 512 MB of SDRAM for my PC2700-capable motherboard. Memorymedia's ad instructed buyers to mention Pricewatch in order to get the lower price, so when I ordered the RAM via their site, I did. Shipping was pretty fast, but when I received the memory, they still invoiced me the price on their own website and not the one listed on Pricewatch. Consequently, I filed a complaint through Pricewatch, but didn't get any response. Finally, when I got my credit card statement, it turned out that Memorymedia, in addition to ignoring their promises on Pricewatch, had charged an additional $3.10 to my credit card. Where they got that amount from, I have no idea. I have subsequently tried to contact the company multiple times, but it seems that my requests for an explanation of their conduct are being consistently ignored. I will certainly never do business with this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone else, despite the fact that the amount of my dispute with them is relatively small. Either you're honest or you're not - to me, there's no middle ground.

Have placed an order but it seems like they don't have the act together cause the product has not been sent out eventhough it is now over a week. Try to contact them via web, phone and email. No replies what so ever. I wonder who had posted the comments on this reseller for a good prompt delivery. I am in process of contacting them so, I can see where things are hanging because they had took out my money but the product has not been in transit, that is if they have it the procduct. Hope this review gets on the latest review for this reseller cause I would like to stop future purchasers to think again.

I purchased a barebones system from these scam artist, after finding them on pricewatch. They charged me to assemble and "TEST" the system (which I thought was a rip-off, but figured I wouldn't have to spend time troubleshooting) and when I received it, only the motherboard was plugged into the power supply. Obviously not tested, the OS wouldn't load. I switched out CD-ROM and tried different CDs with no luck. Finally, they agreed to refund my money, so I mailed it back to them. After 6 calls and 2 letters I have still not received ANY of my purchase cost back.

I ordered XCM 360 FULL CASE *SMOKE BLACK* INC. ALL BLACK WIRELESS CONTROLLER SHELL with their so-called Best Price Guarantee program at a price of $47 (excluding shipping) instead of at the usual price $70 on 5th September 2007. I was tempted of buying item from them because of low shipping cost. The next day i received shipping info stating that typical delivery day is 3-6 days but i dont mind about that because my previous order from consoleshop took only 2 weeks to arrive. 2 weeks has passed, my order hasn't arrive yet. I started to send some email to them to inquire regarding my order. They respond by stating they have courier difficulty. Again, a week passed by, try sending some more email to them, no response from them at all. For nearly 2 months i've been sending email to them in which none of it was responded, i gave up. Now i turn to the ConsoleShop forum and it turns out i wasnt the only one who has the same problem. One of the forum member started to do class lawsuit after gathering a lot of information about the ConsoleShop. Later after that, the forum is closed, and the link to the forum at ConsoleShop site was removed. Out of ordinary, i decided to give out a very bad review regarding their site at one of their item's review, namely the item that i ordered from them, SMOKE BLACK case, by saying ConsoleShop is scam, and by giving out this link. The review does show up at first, few hours later, the review got deleted. DAMN YOU CONSOLESHOP!!! I CONCLUDE THAT CONSOLESHOP IS SCAM!! DONT BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE!!!

I, STUPIDLY, ordered from this site, $104.41/€73.09/£57, they took my cash immedietly, and did not give me a tracking number, but i thought since i did order on a saturday, i would have to wait till monday t get it, 4pm monday still no tracking order, so i emailed them, about 30 mins later i got an email stating that i would receive my goods in 3-6 business days and my delivery had been upgraded to UPS instead of express mail, i found this a bit fishy considering i live in the UK and it would take much more than 6 days for my order to arrive, i then emailed them stating i either wanted an immediate delivery of the tracking number, and if they couldnt provide one to give me a full refund since they have clearly not shipped my order. At the moment i am waiting for a reply, and if they provide me with some bullshit answer, i am gonna get serious, my uncle is a lawyer, which is good for me coz then i can take this company down so hard they wont know what hit them, but if i am wrong and they provide me with a refund or even, *small chance* a tracking number then i will come back and report my findings, but im giving them till 4pm July 1st 2008 to get back to me with a reply, i will then threaten them with my lawyer, and believe me, nobody will hear of this company anymore, if there is one thing i cant stand, its those F*CKING scam artists, anyway, wish me luck. UPDATED: (1/7/08) Well, i seem to have scared them, they have provided me with a UPS tracking order, and according to UPS my package is on its way to be shipped across to the UK from France as i write this, so, if all goes well, i should have my package in 2 or 3 days, again, i will update this once i have my package, but i certainly wont be ordering from these guys again. UPDATED: (2/7/08) well, i got my stuff today and everything was fine, in fact im impressed, my parcel travelled from France to Scotland in just 1 night, but the only problem is, i dont know whether its coz they are like that intentionaly or its because i threatened them with court action, i mean, they may in fact try their hardest to do things as they should, but i will never know, my best bet is if you wanna test this company out, buy something cheap to start with and see if they provide good service, im gonna try ordering an xbox 360 controller shell but get it shipped to my friends address, but this time i wont bug them with emails, i'll just wait this time, then, this way i'll find out what they are really like, because you never know, maybe they have changed. Anyway, they certainly arent a scam company, maybe just really unoganized or something, or maybe most people on here have been the unlucky ones, try this company at your own risk, and good luck, i hope you get the same service i did.

Their web site lists the Nikon Coolpix 5700 for $705 after mail in rebate. I called them and spoke with a salesperson named John. The first question I asked him was is the camera was in stock?...he said yes. I asked if he was sure it was in stock and he said yes the camera is definitely available. I agreed to order the camera and after I finally made it clear that I would not buy any of their inflated priced extras John told me that the camera is not in stock and that I would have to back order it. John and I exchanged a couple nastygrams via email in which I told him that what he is doing is a scam and that he is a total dumb--- for thinking he can get away with it. Here is the email that I got back from John: "From: stop4camera [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, July 21, 2003 11:33 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: john@stop4camera A scam I guess it worked on you didn't it I cant believe an educated guy like you could go for a coolpix 5700 for $800 so I see who is the total dumb ---, have a great life..." I filed a complaint with the FTC by phone at 1-877-FTC-HELP. They indicated that there is a good chance that it will get investigated if there are other complaints. I encourage other people to file a complaint. It is easy to do by phone and there was no wait. You can also file a complaint via the FTC website at www.ftc.gov. What Stop4Camera is doing is dishonest and I believe illegal...we need to let them know this is totally unacceptable. "

After trying two other NYC places for a good price on a camera, and getting a major PIA salesperson pushing hard for me to buy ultra-high priced add ons, (299.00 for a 512 memory card???) I finally ordered from Stop4Camera. I read some bad reviews about them too, and was a bit worried, but "John" wasn't real pushy about accessories, although I did buy a 5 year warranty for 79 bucks. Frankly, I was worried the whole time until the camera got here today, a day early, shipping was free, and the camera is new in box, and the whole deal went fine. Truthfully though, it was a nerve-wracking experience wondering if it was all a scam, or if we would ever see the camera. I would probably elect to buy locally next time even if it meant more money, but only because these cheap deal camera guys have ruined their own reputations by screwing people around.

The new bios chip worked great, and I'm going to let local computer dealers and friends know to get replacement bios chips from Biosman. Why; the chip had the latest bios update, Biosman takes regular bank debit cards, (most other bios replacement companies don't), and the service was very fast. (I got the bios chip from Biosman after only 3 business days from order date)

Ordered a replacement BIOS + extractor for a bad flash I did one night. Very speedy and prompt service. They also answered a few questions I asked through e-mail in a timely manner. Their website is very informative, helpful, and has accurate and easy-to-follow instructions on what you need to do before you order a replacement BIOS chip. Ordered items arrived and work as expected. Overall, great shopping experience and I would gladly shop there again.

I needed Krill for my cholesterol and found that they had one of the lowest prices. Source Naturals website listed them as one of many web sellers so I researched them and made the purchase. I purchased three bottles and because my total was in a certain range, I received a free bottle of vitamins from a list of free when you purchase x amount. The shipping was very reasonable as it was coming all the way to the west coast from the east coast, it's 6 bucks for orders under 100 bucks and free after that. They sent me emails to keep me updated and I could track my order from there website. I saw on Monday the 22nd that my order had been placed on WAIT, with a probable ship date of the 24th. Their site says that they do not keep tons of stock on hand because of freshness issues, which i was glad to see, I wanted my Krill fresh. The package shipped on the 24th and I got it on Saturday morning of the 27th. I truthfully wasn't expecting to see it until around the 30th, and I wouldn't have been upset it it had been that long, but it was nice to get it as soon as I did. One final thing is they take Paypal. I am very pleased with the service and products. Gotta luv the name..

Still waiting on two of the four items purchased (CC was charged for the full amount!) in late May. Initial shipment did not address the two missing items in any way (notice of back order). Requested additional information from the company and was told the items would be shipped when they were available...no ETA!!!! It's now almost July and I'm still waiting for this company to get their you-know-what together. This is not the first time I've had issues with SmartBomb...I am officially NOT ordering from them again (vitacost.com is far, far better).

On May 20th,2008, I ordered a GPS unit from 86thPhotovideo.com and the billing seems to come from Wisetronics of Brooklyn, NY. I entered my order and received a notice to call in order to complete my order. I was told that I had to buy a huge set of RAM in order for my unit to work, implying that the system listed was without RAM and thus would not work. I then said OK to this additional memory stick. Within minutes I found out that this large extra charge was not needed as the GPS unit was more than adequate with the RAM as originally ordered. I was flat out lied to by their representative. Since nothing had been shipped, I attempted to cancel the order. To make a long story shorter, with the help of the credit card company, I rejected delivery and sent the unit back. I eventually got credit for the charge with NO 20% restocking fee. These guys are NOT to be trusted as they are scam artists of a high order, with no honesty or integrity. The State of NY should put them out of business.

I suggest everyone who has a bad experience go online to their state Attorney General Site and file a consumer complaint on these companies. It is investigated and is made public record. I recently purchased a Panasonic Pv-gs300 from Wisetronics.com. I purchased it in accordance with the website, by Mon the 18th so that it would be shipped and arrive for Christmas (Star banner ad that stated: "Purchase by Dec 18th to receive by Christmas") 12/20 I received a phone call from a sales person representing Wisetronics.com (extension 201), who informed me that he attempted to contact me Monday and Tuesday and left messages on my machine. As a result he informed me that I would not receive the camera by Christmas, unless I “purchased a 6 hr battery and had the shipping expedited.” I checked my caller ID and voicemail and answering machine and there were no attempted calls from any number associated with Wisetronics, all the numbers that contacted us during those two days were recognized and none were blocked or hidden. I also was informed by the same sales rep. that the standard battery that ships with this camera is a “15 minute battery” and I should upgrade. When I did not accept the upgrade he indicated that my camera would be shipped with a 15 minute battery and would arrive after Christmas. My order was then moved to "backorder" status, even though when I had purchased it, it was in stock. I contacted Panasonic, and verified that the standard battery to be shipped with this camera is a 2-3 hour battery. I sent an e-mail Dec 22nd to their email address and did not recieve a response. I also saw their website has a clause indicating I could be charged more than what my online receipt indicated. I attempted to contact Wisetronics Customer Service one last time. I got through to Jennifer, who answered the phone all three times I called. She was pleasant at first, until I attempted to get her help on clarifying the claims the sales person made. She became evasive and aggressive stating, "that I only had two options, to cancel the order, or wait another two weeks until they got more in and then they would e-mail me and confirm that I still wanted the camera." She also indicated that this was potentially an imported camera which would be the reason for the shortened battery. When I asked her if my order was listed as an import or domestic she couldn't say. I asked her if it was PAL or NTSC format and she couldn't say. The camera is listed as NTSC which would have to be domestic, but she kept interrupting me when I would ask her about why the salesman would have told me that it has the import battery. The call was at about four minutes at this point and she evaded again saying, "Sir I have already spent more time on this call then i should have and my supervisor is giving me 'the eye'." I indicated to her that if I was not able to get sufficient information and understand what specific battery and type of camera I was getting, I was going to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection. A that point she stated, “Then I am cancelling your order.” I asked why. She responded, “because we don’t need people filing complaint on us when we are trying to provide a quality product and service to them.” I told her not to cancel my order, but part of service was to make sure I was getting what I ordered. She restated my two options. Then I asked to be connected to her supervisor so I could explain. From four minutes until approx 17 minutes I was on hold. A man answered and asked me what he could do. I apologized for this being a "long call" during the holidays, askd clarification on the type of camera I was being sent. He asked me for my order number, then said give me one second - and then hung up on me. My end of the call was still open, and I was not on hold. This was at about 18 minutes. I called back, Jennifer answered, she put me on hold, another several minutes passed. I hung up and called back. She was very rude and aggressive with me, and restated that I only had two options and said what I listed above. I was shocked. After over 30 minutes of attempting to find out information on my order, I simply said, “Jennifer I don’t understand why this has to be so difficult to clarify information on my order, but it seems like you want me to cancel my order. You win, I will cancel my order, please remove my order from your files. I will be filing a consumer protection complaint in connection with this.” She said, “Fine sir, thank you and have a Happy New Year (as if she was talking to someone else in a robotic but happy tone)” and then promptly hung up. I had no confirmation of the cancellation and my account on their website still shows an order at this time. That call took place between 12:00pm and 12:30pm on 12/29/06. Do not do business with this company and make sure you read reseller ratings on every company. You will find similar experiences across the board.

Hurricane Wilma caused more damages then we thought and as a result we need to (yet Again) move locations. We are working feverishly to get all orders processed and will have an update for those who ordered within the next 24 hrs." I paid via paypal and the payment was accepted, yet here it is nearly three weeks later and still no item, no update within 24 hours either to let me know if the order was delayed. Very dissatisfied

i ordered a replacement 1.6, xbox motherboard w/ upgrades for $129.20 and never recieved product and merchant will not reply to any further emails once i initially complained of not recieving product, which he says got lost before shipping this was november now its jan still no word and ive continued to send e-mails with no response!!! I FEEL THIS MERCHANT IS GUILTY OF FRAUD!!!!

I would not recommend to use this service and am considering to start a fraud process on pay pal if I don't hear anything in the next 2 days.

placed an order with this store a few weeks before Valentine's Day as a gift for my husband. I called to customer service and had the shipping address changed two days after the order was placed and the representative didn't correctly enter the address(left out the mail box number). I spoke with customer service several times after that trying to make sure the package would be delivered on time, reassured every time that everything was fine and I should receive it with no problem. The day after V-day I tracked the package to find that the address was wrong and the package had been returned to sender. I contacted customer service again that day and was told that if the order was in stock it would be shipped out that day instead of me having to wait, and that I would receive an email or a call letting me know. The next morning with no email or phone call, I contacted customer service again and was informed that the order wasn't in stock and I would have to wait. I decided at that point with the poor customer service and the new rudeness of the representatives I would simply cancel the order and go elsewhere to get my husband's gift. I was told by that representative that the order would be cancelled. The call was ended early because of the lack of customer service (I was basically told that it was my fault that the address was incorrect and there wasn't anything they could do about it). The next week I called back to customer service after tracking the package to get an idea of when I would receive my refund, and was told at that time that the package would be shipped again once it was returned (THE PREVIOUS AGENT HADN'T EVEN CANCELLED THE ORDER)! I cancelled the order again and am still waiting for the refund!! I will go elsewhere to purchase my husband's (late) gift. I will not do business with this company again and would not recommend it to anyone I know!

I use the site to host my personal domain, personal pages and database back-ends (php and mySQL). I haven't had any problems with them for the last 5 years (but haven't actually needed customer support yet). The site is fairly fast and hasn't had availability issues. It includes drag-and-drop design and admin interfaces (which I don't use) and a centralized account management system. While I can't vouch for their ability to meet small business needs, it's been great for personal pages.

They operate out of PO box in Montana and it is difficult to contact them. There are several complaints with the BBC on them. They operate under several different names.

Ordered a book on Dec. 14th. They sent a phony email out 2 days letter saying it had shipped. Can you believe they do that ??? It had not shipped at all. They refuse to respond to emails, they ignore their own customer support web page, accept no phone calls. Absolute worst customer service ever. Had to initiate a Charge back from my credit card company to get a refund. Don't get burnt by these sucm bags; stay well clear of them!

Not sold at the advertised price, after I placed the order I received a call saying the shipping was quoted wrong and when I continued with the order because of the late date (wanted to receive it by Christmas still) it added over $100 to the price. I was really disappointed and then I ordered a grill cover that was advertised on the page with the grill and when it arrived it was the wrong cover...it was huge and will not work. Researched the product I needed for a while and kept returning to onestopshopcatalog.net, as it had the lowest price by nearly 40%. The site isn't the most modern, and the company uses the yahoo shopping baseline, so I knew it was a small business. There was nothing on the store in any reseller rating sites I could find. I took the plunge on Saturday morning, and recieved my confirmation quickly. I went with the cheapest ground shipping, which was resonable for the weight of the product (large battery charger), and was a bit surprised when the product arrived Wed evening. Alot quicker than I expected honestly, which told me they didn't let the order sit around. So bonus point to the store already. Knew something wasn't write with the product as soon as I opened the manufactors packaging. Something smelled funny, as in burnt. Inspected the charger and it appeared new, not a scratch, marr or anything, but it smelled. Plugged it in and nothing, no indicator light, nothing and the smell increased. Tried one of my batteries for a moment, no change in indicator lights so I was pretty sure my nose called it right from the start, the unit was defective/DOA/etc. One strike against manufactorer, but now I was going to see how well this online store handles things. Wrote an e-mail in the evening explaining the series of events and the request for replacement product and arrangements for returning the defective product, and sent it off. I woke on thur. morning to a short and appologitic e-mail from them, stating the replacement would be shipped out that day and how to return to them the defective product. So more cuddo's to them. While I've had my share of problems with online shopping, and even in store shopping, sometimes defective products just get home with us. I think the manner a store handles that, especially online, really tells the story. So many cuddos to onestopshopcatalog.net

I would have had no problem with that though, I just had low expectations. JC sold us a server so old, it didn't recognize partitions bigger than 2TB. Like, we're supposed to ask that the partitions ought be able to see more than 2TB. It's 2019 Man! Stated that we'd be running several VM servers and capacity was important to us but, that didn't stop him from sending us a really outdated server. We also didn't receive the drive trays with the initial order. Emailed JC and received no reponse. Had to call him as, he did not reply to emails after the purchase.

I ordered a Nissan remote from these guys on April 20th, almost 2 weeks ago now. The same thing has happened to me that seems to have happened to everyone else here. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered... When I paid they said that my order would be shipped within 72 hours. It was actually 5 days until they sent me an email saying that they had shipped my item, which was a lie because when I try to track it at usps.com it says that "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on April 25, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." Which means that they havent actually shipped it, they just printed an electronic label for the package and then sat on it. The funny thing is, after I read these reviews I decided to buy the same remote on eBay, since I needed 2 anyways. I ordered it on April 22 and received it in the mail on April 26. And to top it off, it was only $18 on eBay, whereas OriginalKeyless charged me $37 for the same remote. My advice: if you really want a remote, make sure to check eBay first. Dont waste your time with OriginalKeyless.com, unless you are prepared to wait a month or more for something that you could get on eBay in 4 days and for half the price.

I ordered a phone unlocking code for a telephone which I purchased in the UK to use there, and wished to use in Canada while there. I received an email explaining that "on this occasion we have no solution available to unlock your phone. We apologise ... You will be issued a full refund from ourselves, please allow up to seven days for this to reach your bank account (although it is usually faster than this). The refunds generally go straight into your card account or bank account." I responded to the email requesting payment, and also requested payment through PayPal, but no response or payment was received in 12 days. I sent another email, this time to the email address on the web site, not the one which had told me that they could not provide a code. The refund came through very promptly after that.

I ordered a Samsung LN52A850 from DealCost.com on 1/23. I had been doing research on the TV and merchants for several months before I made my purchase. I located DealCost through a price comparison site. I had never previously heard of this merchant. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Not only did DealCost offer the lowest price on the TV, but they had a free shipping option and I was fortunate enough not to have to pay sales tax. DealCost does place a follow up phone call to offer the usual extras (cables, surge protectors, wall mounts, warranty, etc.). When I told the rep I had already purchased those elsewhere, I wasn't subjected to any high pressure sales pitch. There was a mandatory 3% insurance shipping cost (which isn't listed as part of the price; their FAQ page clearly states that this is a mandatory and additional charge), which is half of what I would have paid in sales tax alone if I had purchased the TV locally. The shipping options ranged from free (for a 14-21 day delivery) all the way up to $249 for 3 day. I opted for free, and was very, very surpised when my TV showed up today, seven days later. Shipping was from Brooklyn, NY to Fargo, ND. Even with the insurance cost, I have calculated I saved about $670 compared to the local big box store. Do your research, but don't be afraid of DealCost if you've never heard of them before. I am ecstatic with my overall experience.

Placed an order for a 58" Panasonic vierra Plasma TV, They delivered within 10 days by using a dedicated van, their deliver driver was very polite and helpful and careful with bringing it into the house. By using their van the box the TV came in didn't have a scratch on it. The TV itself works perfect. They were easy to communicate with over the phone and did exactly what they said they would. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future as long as the price is close to the lowest price shown. I would clearly give them a five star rating, more so because out of the several items I have ordered on line, they are the only ones that I had no issues with. In todays world that's impressive.

The pin bar strategy is simplistic genius. I’ve started looking at the other strategies too but their pin bar one is really excellent and very straightforward. I truly cannot believe my experience so far. Like others, I got an ad in the post and took a look at the website. I'm a PE teacher during the day and while I love my job, it doesn't pay a fortune so when it comes to ways to make some extra money then I'm all ears. After getting through the course which, although seemed short, was very concise and covered everything clearly (I have to say that they do have a unique way of explaining difficult concepts in basic terms, very quickly), I then put some money into my trading account with an online broker. The institute staff told me that the best strategy to start with is their pin bar one which I have found to be incredibly easy to implement. You don't need spreadsheets of data and sophisticated systems, they have a KISS (keep it simple, stupid) rule which is that the best ways to make money trading are often the most straightforward. I've placed 6 trades to date and a total profit of £1,285.19 which is a really big deal for me. Given that I'm spending 15-30 minutes in the evening before bed going over the charts then it's really amazing. A big THANK YOU to the Institute of Forex!

I have been very faithful to GKG for almost 10 years. When I first started using them, they were great. That is not the case anymore!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! The customer support is THE WORST! They are rude, their phone support people don't seem to know anything about computers. Some sort of phishing attack got on one of my domains and they had the nerve to email me and tell me that I caused the issue, so they were going to charge me to remove the problem. After about a year of back and forth, they first admitted that it was their problem, then later said that it was my problem and I needed to fix it (even though I once again gave them proof that I could not possible be the cause). The final straw was that they not only didn't offer, but didn't even have any knowledge of a 10 year old technology that I requested be added to the server. So I moved and cancelled all my hosting. I then got an email from them a week later saying that they were suspending a site for non-payment that I had already cancelled!! Even their automated systems can't get it right!

Because GKG.net has failed to deliver agreed upon services, our website has been down for over a month. They're communication has been almost non-existent. GKG.net first failed to notify us that their mistake caused our site to not receive security certification (necessary for clearance as a safe site for people to visit) despite our payment. They then took almost a week to rectify the problem, which was, I was later told, just a matter of them making a phone call to a third party. Immediately after that, our site was (and still is as of the date of this reveiw) 'unavailable' - completely missing from the internet - and GKG failed to respond to our email inquiries for about two days. Phone calls to their 'support' numbers led to a generic answer message that did not even confirm that we had reached GKG. My calls and additional emails finally generated a lame response, saying that they were aware of the problem and were 'working on it'. We were not told what the nature of the problem was. After another couple of days without hearing anything and seeing not progress toward resolution, I emailed again, requesting a detailed explanation and a timeframe for resolution. A few hours later, I received an email saying that the server for our site had crashed, and that the backup drives on the server crashed, as well. As I responded to GKG, their message told me that their hosting service obviously failed to build in even simple redundancy which would ensure that clients' sites would not fail if something easily foreseeable at GKG failed (such as a piece of hardware, like a server). A hosting service should never have only one server, and any given site should never reside only on one server - should never be at risk from such a relatively simple and not uncommon failure. This explanation essentially suggests that their assertions of having 'almost no down time' is dishonest. GKG has been getting more and more complaints through social media, which further shows that they should stop falsely asserting that clients have minimal down time through GKG hosting services. Terrible provision of technical services. Terrible communication. Terrible efforts to resolve the problem.

My 1st 4 or 5 orders went thru without a glitch. They do have a great inventory, competitive prices and everything over $25.00 ships for free. Back at the beginning of July I placed an order. It was the month in which my CC expired in the middle of the transaction. 3 days later I've got an e-mail from them saying the CC was declined. I clicked on the link provided to re-place the order using my new up-to-date CC. Never heard from them again. I've been trying to know if this order went thru, no confirmation email, no nothing. Their phone # only has 2 options. #1 to place an order, #2 to check on a current order. Both options are useless to reach a live person, the phone doesn't get to ring twice when I'm prompted to leave a message which I have done already 3 times, these at my expense because they don't have an 800 number. My previous order included a TAMIYA WEATHERING MASTER KIT ''C''. The Silver color arrived all crumbled and as a result it got all over the other colors. I must say that they do take care with their packaging, this was a defective product shipped probably without looking at its condition. I'm still willing to be their customer. But they will have to be more reachable, contacting them has been frustrating and no emails or phone calls are returned. Those follow up emails one get after the order has been shipped, seem to me like canned emails. I REALLY hope I'm wrong. JUST IN!! MYATOMIC IS GOING OUT OF BUSSINESS! BUYERS BEWARE, this site is taking our money but not shipping orders. They claim they have an issue with PAYPAL that is tying in a lot of money from them. Smells like BS to me, why they didn't have the capital to absorb the temporary Paypal supposedly withhold ??? Not everybody paid using Paypal, I used a regular CC, my card was charged and never received anything, I already started a dispute with my bank. Is MyAtomic suing PAYPAL for bringing down their business?? I don't think cuz it smells like BS.

This business engages in deceptive and fraudulent practices. -- This business' website boasts a 24-48 hour turn around on orders placed. One might expect an order to then be received in possibly 1-2 weeks. My order, from the date it was submitted to the date it was received, took 4 weeks. -- Four days after order submission this business received payment for order. -- This business emailed a false/fraudulent shipping notice 2 weeks after order submission. The tracking number provided in this email continued to state "Electronic Shipping Info Received" and never progressed to further delivery updates. -- This business admitted non-delivery of order 3 weeks after order submission. When I emailed business inquiring as to the delay of order, they responded in part, "The order will ship tomorrow." To be clear, this statement was made one week after their email notification that said "Your order has shipped." -- Two days later, and no activity with the originally provided tracking number, legal action was threatened against the business via email. They responded with unprofessional, overly personal email containing self-pity and self-deception. In part, their response stated, 'I do everything right and this is what I get; no matter how much I give, people just want to push me down; if you want Chinese trash, order from there.' -- Nearly a week later (4 weeks in all) the order finally arrived. It was shipped with a different tracking number then that originally provided. There was no email notification of a new/different tracking number. One might presume the original tracking number notification (Your order has shipped) was provided as a deceptive delay tactic. -- Did my order finally arrive? Yes. -- Was it a pleasant, confident buying experience? No. -- Would I recommend this company or purchase from them again? Absolutely not. I have a few suggestions for the business. -- Operate your business with professionalism and integrity. -- Be honest about your production and delivery times. -- Receive payment when you are prepared to produce. -- Send shipping notice when you are prepared to deliver.

If you are looking for a winner, Boss Tools is my choice for the least trustworthy on the Internet. They charged my Visa back in early June, supplied the regular cheery excuses and have never shipped the almost $100 worth of product. When I realized the nature of their business I stopped dealing with them directly. Frankly more concerning is the value of the BBB statement regarding this operation – “As a BBBOnLine Participant, this company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, and accordingly meets all BBB membership standards.” Using the BBB online search tool for “Boss Liquidation Inc.”; (the business listed by the bureau through the BBB link on the Boss Tools site) offers only “There are no results for 'Boss Liquidation Inc.'.” One complaint that should be on record by this time is mine. I received confirmation of a filed complaint from the Windsor BBB two weeks ago (Friday, July 24, 2009) and have heard no more from them. Two weeks is not an eternity but long enough to allow the situation to fester unnecessarily. So for me I will continue to fight to get the products I paid for and view the BBB logo as nothing more than a badge some business use. (I just went to a few trusted sites where I have been doing business for years. They do not have a BBB logo. Maybe they don’t feel the need for one.)

They then sent a different model which was faulty. This was sent back and communication was extremely poor. After waiting another 2 weeks I requested a refund. The company will fight you on this and ignore emails. I eventually got through a week later after phoning every day and was told the refund would be processed and could take up to 14 days to return to my account. I assume this was just to buy themselves time as in the end I had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back. They will delete all bad reviews/comments from their Facebook page but there are many more of us who have experienced such problems!

I ordered a laptop in March 2018 for my son, but like many people the delivery was delayed due to lack of stock. When the laptop arrived, the speakers did not work even after software and driver updates. I contacted nSpire to return the item and request a refund, which they agreed to quickly. This was the start on April and at time of writing; 10th January 2019, I am still awaiting a refund. Firstly, Ava at nSpire Laptops Ltd, said there were issues with their tech team not updating the order. Then they purport that they changed card processors from Barclays and were unable to provide a refund so I should contact my bank. I didn't have the original email for the order (found it now, but still need more info), so put in my claim and requested further info from Ava. I got a response and was advised just to give the amount to my bank and they would refund the money; even though I explained that my bank would require the information (this was 7 months ago). To date, even after several requests for the information, they are still unwilling to provide it. Next up, I was told that the company had been sold to nSpire Group (UK) Ltd. Zack has advised me they know nothing about the order and this was the old companies doing... Zack, you were one of the people who replied to my email back in April when you were a Manager for nSpire Laptops Ltd and you're married to Ava!... not like you know nothing of the order..... Apparently, according to Ava, she has been discussing the refund with Zack (over coffee when you first wake up?!?!?) as to who should pay it... I don't care, just give me my money back I am entitled to!! Ava is now not responding to any emails and they've just walked off with £179.99 of my money..... Whilst Zack states they are totally different to Ava and don't have anything to do with her (apart from being married to her?), they still use the same email domain and email accounts which Ava did. In fact, the email address you have to contact Ava is owned by nSpire Group (UK) Ltd. I've put in a Subject Access Request to get the data from both companies as they are clearly in brach of GDPR holding my details and lying about it. If you are experiencing the same issue as me, you need to send this to both companies as they are both in breach (providing details to a third party without consent and holding data without consent). I sent in 2 Subject Access Requests (one to nSpire Laptops Ltd and another to nSpire Group UK Ltd) back in November 2018, which they have not responded to and have now blocked all communication with me and various other customers they have defrauded. They are illegally holding my personal data against my wishes, have broken the law and have now been reported to the Information Commissioner Office for a breach of GDPR. In addition they’ve taken the Trustpilot link down from their website because we’re all being too honest!! No answering of phone calls anymore and nothing via email. They moved from Bournemouth to Weymouth doing this scam, so expect them to move again shortly as the heats on them. In addition, I'm just starting a petty claims court proceedings against them at the cost of £25, which seems to be the only way to deal with these people. All I can say is they are rogue, should be avoided and will deliberately mislead you to make a fast buck. To those who had a good experience with these guys, you were very lucky indeed!! Don't waste your time and money with this place. They suck! Ordered a new ipad and they sent a scratched up used one. Had to pay to ship back. Still waiting after a month now for ipad. I wish these big companies would read these complaints and stop using these $#*! holes.

Ipod for $60 at this site and apple had them for more. I picked up a couple for christmas last year and came back to this site for other present shopping. The website is out of the dark ages and doesn't have facebook and twitter all over it which I think is good. They have good products for cheap prices.

I've contacted them and they told me that I have to authenticate the email address even though i told them i can't because i made a typo, I've sent them proof of my PayPal email and receipt but they have ignored me. I was looking for a hosting service primarily for my email as my current provider only offered 5GB and no suitable upgrade / price point mix. I looked around a few hosting services and was ready to sign up a couple of times and luckily I realised even though the offered 20GB storage, they limited you to 1 GB per mail box. I would be worse off. Then I found DreamIT, with these guys you are free to use your allotted space anyway you like I can have two 5 GB boxes if I like. Also their fully hosted (Web and Email and everything else one would expect) was a great deal to email only option I was looking at. So I signed up. DreamIT managed the transfer of my emails (including forwarders and filters) and sites (and two SQL DBs) from old provider to new and tech support was great and responsive. New site up and running within about 12 hrs, no emails lost at all. Highly recommended.

Serviec reliability. 3 Support responsiveness. DreamIT run some of the fastest and most capable hosting hardware available today. Modern CPU's, high speed memory, and the fastest SSD storage available. In the time that I have been with them I have experienced only a single outage and this was entirely out of their control. None the less, credits were provided far beyond my expectations, and with out any of the normal hassles that other providers love to put you through. Support is second to none. Jamie is a legend when it comes to support. Usually I get a resonse within 15 minutes of submitting an email request. And even when I'm satisfied that my issue is resolved, he is continuing to work in the back end to not only fix the problem but to ensure that they understand why it happened and improve things to prevent it from happening again. I ordered the 42 inch folding wire dog cage from MrPearl..But I bought it to house 2 stray kittens that were abandoned..I am caring for them until they get bigger and I will find a good home for them.The cage was an excellent quality product and reasonably priced..The kittens have plenty of room to play and grow without being all over my house.. The cage was so easy to set up with no tools required...The item was shipped directly to my door..shipped quickly within a few days..So you dont have to order this dog cage just for a dog.Any animal would love it..and I am a consumer who would tell you if this item was crap because I would want someone to tell me honestly if an item was not good.. Ordered 3 bird feeders which were advertized a Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder. Although they seem to be somewhat squirrel resistant they are not squirrel proof by any means. As I write this I am looking out the window at a Squirrel eating out of one of the feeders. I am pleased with your service and may do business with you in the future.

placed order by phone on wednesday, paid for overnight shipping, and was assured I would get my in-stock item by friday. thursday my credit card company called to confirm I had placed the order, and I said I had. my card was charged for the full amount. i never received an order confirmation email, so called to confirm on thursday. they had my email address wrong (fair enough, as i'd ordered over the phone). corrected that info, and was sent an "invoice" pdf, but no tracking number. i continued to not get tracking info, but figured since I'd been charged, we were on schedule. I created an account on their website, but my phone order didn't show up when I logged in. on friday, when the package hadn't shown up with UPS (they delivered another item from a different source), I called again. was told that it had shipped out friday for saturday morning delivery (free shipping upgrade). i really needed it for the weekend, so i accepted this. it was not delivered saturday. they are closed on weekends and couldn't talk to anyone until monday. monday i called again. it took them several minutes to find my order in their system. they said not only had it not shipped, but it was now backordered and would ship out the following wednesday. i canceled my order. my credit card has not been reimbursed yet, but it's only been a day, so it may just be taking a few days to show up. rocket camera had a great price, and were always very nice when i talked to them on the phone. but i can't help but rate this transaction as a total fail.

My husband ordered a Tracking system from Rocket Camera 2-12-2010 $482.99 we checked out website” investigated” we thought... One thing we did not check unfortunately was BBB website! PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN to these reviews!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. Not only is there service crappy they STOLE our CREDIT CARD information and bought $542.82 in furniture. I have PROOF! Rocket Camera called and left a message for my husband to call back 2-16-10. My husband called him back that afternoon he stated he “could not send the tracking system except for COD due to people disputing credit cards after they had already sent the product”. He went on claiming that they were a “very small company and the tracking systems were to expensive to have this happen”. “Preceded into a story about him calling a customer after, they disputed credit card and the customer sent him a box of dog feces back instead of product”. My husband stated he was going to talk to me about this and call him back because he was a little skeptical seeing that we had already gave this company all our credit card information. Well I was already calling the credit card company to see if we had any problems. GUESS WHAT…. There was! A charge had been made to a furniture company that day 2-16-10 for $542.82. I canceled card and proceeded in calling the furniture company. Of course there was no information to give until the next day due to online transaction. I called back the furniture company the next day they looked up the transaction. They ask if my last name was LOWE. I said no then they ask if I knew a GREGORY LOWE? I said NO, but the name struck a bell with me I had seen it somewhere the night before. “BBB WEBSITE” Gregory Lowe is the contact of operations for Rocket Camera. Plain as day there it was. NOW Rocket camera will not answer the phone after 100’s of calls no answer!! We have notified the police department in our state plus California. We have a case number and will proceed with this till the end. There is no excuse for a thief and as it looks in the prior BBB reviews this company has been known for calling there customer’s thieves well they need to think about what they are doing before they open there mouths. We understand that this is not a great amount of money, and we don’t have to cover it due to credit card protection, but we work HARD FOR OUR MONEY!!! We are trying to provide for our children and teach them right from wrong. How do you do that when you just let something like this fly? This is NOT RIGHT! This company should go down, and if we have anything to do with it, IT WILL!!! It has been 2 months since I placed & payed for my order on 13th October '18, and I have not received my item or any email since. I have emailed them through '[email protected]' more than 5 times and not received a response. The email address provided on there website '[email protected]' is phony, along with there social media feeds. They do not respond to any form of attempted contact. I messaged them on Facebook also and they did not reply. I have also tried to contact them through the 'Contact Us' option on there website, with no luck. I originally came across this 'company' on Amazon. They seem to no longer be trading on Amazon, at least not under the same name. I wish I had read these fellow reviews before I had purchased on there website. Do not trust the 5/5 reviews, there are so many people reporting that they sent bad products, or like me, that they didn't send anything. DO NOT USE THIS 'COMPANY', THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED, PHONY WEBSITE.

I placed a order on 10/30/11 and selected expediated shipping. On 11/5/11 I had not received my order and should have. I notified customer service via email and received a refund for the S&H but no response to my questions in the email regarding the order status. On 12/31/11 I still had yet to receive my order and emailed customer service a second time and included my first email, and also stated I had never received a response. Also, if you looked at the USPS.com tracking #, the post office was only electronically notified of this order, it was never picked up by them, nor given to them. I never received a response to my second email, either. I have yet to receive the order or a refund of my money. I have called and no one ever answers because they are "out of the office" per the voicemail message. I would not order from this site. The prices were the lowest but when you don't receive the product, it's not worth saving a dollar. I registered a complaint with the BBB.org. Google the company reviews and you will see numerous problems and complaints. The parent company, Lavender Sky LLC, has 3 online maternity sites and all have complaints. The owner/ceo is Amber Luttrell, who happens to be the person that has answered the phones based on other complaints I have read!

I received order and shipping confirmations, read and understood all aspects of the sale, prior to confirming my order (ie. signature required (I made arrangements ahead of time to accommodate this)Shipping and Handling charges were clearly stated and did not seem out of line for the item I ordered.) The price was excellent and the only vendors which were close were on e-bay, etc. I'd have to say that the experience from Cal's was excellent, seemless and flawless in execution. My Trijicon scope arrived well packed and in its original pelican case, perfect condition and all paperwork, accessories, warranty card, etc. are in order. New, perfect item @ an excellent price. Ordered a set of CrimsonTrace grips,supposedly to fit a S&W M&P 45c back on 6/6/11. Once received,it was determined they were not for the 45c and further examination into it actually showed that they make no such grip for that particular caliber of the M&P compact, although they were listed on the order form that they would, in which I have a copy. I realize this is not your fault and it was probably just a typo on your site. I returned this to you along with a letter stating that this item should qualify for a full refund, not subject to a restock fee, because had it not been listed as fitting my gun,it never would have been ordered. Be that as it may, I have received no contact from you guys at all. You have been dead silent since you got my money AND your item back in your hands. The only answer I got from you, if you want to call it that, was on 7/20/11 after I initiated contact with you to see why I haven't got my refund yet.. On 7/20/11, I was emailed back by your billing dept that a refund check had been "generated".. okay,what's that supposed to mean ??. C'mon, you write a check,enter it and mail it - what's this "generate" crap ?. You've been holding onto my money for nearly 2 months without good reason.I purchased and returned the item in good faith to you,so why the games people ? You have ignored numerous phone calls and emails to you to find out what the delay is, so its obvious keeping customer relations intact isn't important to you. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Thought they were a UK company because of .co.uk address. Ordered a MacBook charger which I assumed would arrive before I went away on a long trip. It arrived weeks later when I was away and Royal Mail returned the package to sender. Batteryfort did re-send the package on my request but it was a US charger. Since then they have not responded to my numerous requests to send a UK charger. Why they think anyone buying from a UK website wants a US plug, I've no idea. Six months on from my purchase, I still don't have a charger I can use. I must have about 10 automated emails from them saying they will respond within 48 hours. Other review sites all say the same thing about this company. AVOID!

This is nothing short of a scam! Ordered a mobile phone on the basis that it would be delivered within 6-8 days. 20+ days later I have not received it. Had one email saying that it would arrive 6-8 days after it was dispatched from the warehouse - this is not the same. I have emailed them 6 times and told them to cancel the phone using the email address they sent from which is the same email on the website and in their terms and conditions but have had no response. I have called the telephone number on the website (and in the terms and conditions) and got an automated service that puts you in a queue and then cuts you off after 1 minute. Did this several times. Used the chat service and told them what the problem was, I then waited over half an hour for a response but got none. All this time it told me I was number 2 in the queue. Have now asked my credit card company to recover the money. All this has wasted a lot of my time. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I purchased a textbook from JustTextbook.com and did not receive any notice for a week and a half about any shipment when I should have gotten one in 3-5 days! I had to e-mail them about the shipment so they finally sent me a confirmation e-mail that the book was shipped. But then after a couple more days I find out that they cancelled the order! They didn't notify my or anything. I sent an e-mail asking why it was cancelled but I never got a reply. I have never encountered such a rude company! I am never shopping from them again.
