I have used EZ Address for several years and love it. My computer was recently attacked and I lost all my programs when the hard drive had to be wiped clean. I'm giving everyone a warning about these people, I bought there product for $69.99. The product didn't work for me so I asked for a refund. On June 13, 2020 I was told it would take 4 to 6 business days, I still don't have my refund. I was told they put a tracker on my refund, but it doesn't make sense because they don't have my mailing address. They advertise a refund, but jerk you around instead of telling people the truth, there is no refund. I will be turning them over to the better business bureau after I let my attorney get ahold of these con artists. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT.

Yep, some of us don't learn or didn't find out until too late. Not doing research before making a purchase. i have spent over $250 for multiple app and none of them except for Snoopza. Snoopza work perfectly for about 24 hrs then it just stopped. I have not been able to contact support too as all these companies are scam.

I first thought about installing such program on my staff's computers after one of the employees tried to transfer the company's money to his acquaintance's bank account. The incident made me think that our company needs a good monitoring system and a security manager who would be in charge of tracking employees. That's why, I started looking for a good employee monitoring software. I found Clevercontrol when I was reading reviews about different monitoring systems and decided to try it out. The program met all my requirements, it monitored every activity of the employees, so I purchased a year license and hired a person who is responsible for preventing data leakage and fraud. I let the staff know that they are now monitored so that nobody would even try to steal money from the company. Now I feel that our company's budget is safe.

That's why, when I was hired I offered my boss to install employee monitoring software on each employee's computer to know it for sure who is hard-working and who is a slacker. I've purchased their keylogger for Mac and I'm really excited. After my deal with Aobo software that was a huge difference, the price is much lower too. The software is stable and well-written and definitely worth the price. Actually there is no lower price for similar software online. The support is not instant but polite and actually helpful.

It's my first month of using Time Doctor and I am happy with everything that it can do. My client, who is iving miles away from our place, just needs to have a proof that I am doing all his tasks and all the coding part on his website - that is the reason why I used it for time tracking 'cause I heard a lot of people are using it already. This company uses cutting edge technologies and promises to help you grow your business with it. All that is fine, but they don't understand that business owners and managers should be given more assistance to understand the technology they have not had exposure to in the past.

The company promised that they will be able to help our business save a lot of money with the technology they have to speed up product development and processes. Well, all remained a promise. Nothing materialized.

Some people just don't know how to communicate with their customers, I ask for simple instructions and they reply by putting the complaint info online. Now I know this company is low level service it won't get far.

Not much works and IF you can even get to support (because they lock it so you can't even put in a ticket) they are rude and tell you everything is your fault. When you say ok it's my fault how can I fix it, they will say that's your problem. I found the page saying here's the number for the owner but that's a no go as well. The site is clunky at best and not working usually. My family is in the IT business and can't fix these issues. They will not refund, help, support or really do anything. This is a major scam STAY AWAY!

I downloaded a free Sudoku game. It sucked. I uninstalled it using windows. I opened Chrome and checked email. A few minutes later, I noticed my hard drive working hard, so I opened Task Manager. The Sudoku Downloader was still running 10 minutes after I uninstalled the crappy program. You can guess what it was installing. I sure hope Mban can undo it

We had a client with a old exchange and 3 edb files that were corrupted, I purchased their software. It's really nice powerful software and it works very well and uploads and migrates to office 365 and to other exchange systems like a charm and its fast!...and when I needed support: These guys are the best. They actually helped and spent days extracting 100's of pst out of 3 corrupt EDB files for me and my client. The edbmails didn't read the data so they did it by hand. The best service by far! I would recommend their product to everyone that needs help with exchange data recovery and also migration to online exchange.

The software is nice, however, I purchased a personal license for two PC as a lifetime license. Latter Changed my PC. I tried to install the software again but it said I reached to PC limit. I contacted customer service and explain to them to remove the old PC from their database, They said it is not possible and I must buy another license. So the license is not actually a lifetime. Iam a Information science student in France & always had this fancy of starting up something hip in ma college & make it big here( if not a global hit ). Well you know, writing code in the class is one thing & writing code for the consumer web/mobile is another thing. Thinking over a lot of ideas, I decided to come up something cool on the mobile space. Something like Secret meets Tinder sort of an app. This is when I heard about this Marketplace called Gentle Ninja ( infact my Linux professor recommended this to me ).Initially I was taken back :) These guys had the turn-key script of nearly all the famous apps & websites in the world! Surfing through the entire list of apps they had & the mixed review they had online, I finally picked 2 of them( obviously the Tinder & Secret app ). The DEMO looked ok, but being a student, the price was a bit steep for me. So I decided to get in touch with the team behind GentleNinja and spoke to an agent there, who in turn put me to another person in the company. I told them I was a student and needed help. They asked me scan and send my school ID card and know what? they gave both the scripts for just $99! ...which was completely fine for me. I purchased their plan a few days ago, they did nothing for my computer that I could tell. I unfortunately paid for their service before. Then they want me to go on site and purchase another $39.95 plan , I couldn't believe this. They keep trying to interrupt my computer and wanting me to pay them again for nothing? I lost 35.00 on their site. I guess I can just count that up to bad experience.

I've been unable to access an old Gmail account and decided that instead of waiting the 3-5 business days for them to get back to me, I would call and get the matter sorted out. The phone number for aaka was listed as Gmail support, so I called. The nonchalant manner of the "tech" who I'm guessing is from India caught my attention and should have set me off, but it seemed minor enough so I decided to proceed. I allowed him access to my computer and he walked me through the same steps that I had already taken, which got me nowhere, and then he had me open up my Facebook account while he opened up a window that was apparently scanning my computer to find the issue with the email address. It was a basic text window with numbers flowing down, I figured maybe there was some way to use my Facebook account for verification, but instead he just started looking at my photos and asking personal questions and telling me I'm pretty. I was starting to get real suspicious when the top of the text window stated that my email and ip address had been hacked. He then told me that I had to pay $100 to fix the issue so that my email could be recovered. I detected BS and hung up on the guy. I looked away from my computer for a moment, which still had the remote controlling app installed. My picture folder was open and HE WAS GOING THROUGH MY PHOTOS. I abruptly turned my computer off, and now think I'm going to need to have someone clean it for me. I don't know if this "technician" now has access to my information, or what, but I'm spooked to say the least.

I finally talked with a human being who informed me that they currently don't have any activation codes for the software I had purchased and when they got them I would get one. So how do I know when that will happen. Next month, next year? I have already paid for the software, and I expect to be able to use it. The only final recourse I have is to now dispute the charge with my credit card company which I am ready to do. Do not do business with this site. If I do have an issue, the gurusquad community is great and Gs Richcopy 360 support is always very responsive. It can sync with other storage devices or computers, it is perfect for file backup and the software is easy to Implement and very efficient .

It was great when we needed a tool to sync from windows to multiple FTPs, and I like that it can run in the background.

Their Rollback Rx is an absolutely indispensable utility to any PC it will work on. But........... I have had major trouble getting it to work with my AMD based PC. After installation the software stops running after the first couple of reboots. Could not get an answer from tech support. Same problem occurs with Deep Freeze & Drive Vaccine (two of their competitor products). So far Acronis True Image as the only operational way for me to enjoy snapshot technology on my AMD System.

Prezi used to be my favorite platform for presenting, until it gave me less than 12 hours notice that they were shutting the site down the entire day I was supposed to be presenting. My presentation was a life-changing one in front of "sharks" for a business proposition. I'm a college student, and this presentation could determine my future.
