I have used EZ Address for several years and love it. My computer was recently attacked and I lost all my programs when the hard drive had to be wiped clean. I then contacted customer support and was sent a new download free of charge. Thank you so much - my address file was still there with no loss. What a relief!!

After a catastrophic failure of a computer where the program was lost I contacted Customer Support and they provided a link so I could download the program again. Then with my backup data I was back in business. Thanks

Have used EZ Address Book for years on my WIN7 computer. Just got new WIN10 computer. Contacted support for directions on transferring program and data to the new computer. Followed instructions for free upgrade and data transfer given to me by support. Instructions were easily followed and the upgrade and transfer went smoothly with no problems. Very pleased !

Software is very easy to use and meets all of my needs. The most important thing to me is the customer service. I have only had a couple of issues in the time that I have owned your product (several years now) and each time, you responded immediately and in such a way that I understood everything that you instructed. Issues went away and I was able to get back to work. THANK YOU!!

My older version 7.1 was for Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. The computer it was installed on crashed and that version wouldn't run on Windows 10. EZ Home & Office support service, Jeff, emailed me an updated version immediately for download, without questions. It downloaded and upgraded the older version with ease. Great customer support.

I have the EZ address book and love it. Unfortunately my software got erased when I took my computer in to be fixed. I emailed the company and they promptly emailed me back the next day and they sent me a free download so I could reinstall the software. Fantastic software and the quickest customer service I have ever received. Thank you so much for a great software program and your great customer service.

Thank you for helping me. We have used EZ for several years. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the information off my old computer onto my new one. (I should have opened the Help file in EZ first, but you know how men can be.) EZ Address Book is a simple program that just works like it is supposed to. Just what we wanted.

I am a retired Data Processing Manager and worked at that trade for 32 plus years. Upon retirement, I found the desire and now the need to stay involved with a very swift developing industry. During those years I found Elwood Software to be a "GO TO SOURCE" for the professional way to accomplish my goals. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and product knowledge.

I have used a few address and label software programs over the years and most of them just want to do much more than we want to do in our mission. The EZ Address book is exactly what we need and very easy to use and to transfer the data base from one computer to another. I highly recommend it when you just need a simple easy way to record addresses and make labels.

I love this software! EZ Address Book makes it so simple to create your own database from scratch, or to import from any file you can save as a .csv. I swear I had it set up and running in less than 15 minutes. There are enough customizable fields to track your unique data, and making an address book or setting up a mass email are right there. It's intuitive, it knows how humans work, and is a great investment.

EZ Address Book is by far the best piece of software we have found for our personal use. Easy to add, change and categorize our 400 addresses. The upgrade we received allowed us to print the 5X7 envelopes for the save the date announcements we were trying to get out to everyone.

I only wish there were more than five rating stars ! My experience with ElwoodSoftware has been exemplary. The one small glitch I had in an earlier version was handled rapidly and hit the nail on the head. I'm talking same afternoon service !! That's unheard of in this day and age. As I mentioned previously, good, fast service is a major part of my decision in choosing a vendor. I cannot say enough about ElwoodSoftware. I will look to them first as my software needs arise. Good service, fast shipping, fair pricing and customer care make for a solid dependable business.

I have been using this software for about 4 years and have not had a glitch of any kind. When I did have a problem with my PC, losing access to the software, Elwood software replied to me within 12 hours and I was back in business.Great software, and great service.

When I originally purchased this product, about five years ago, I was looking for an address database to replace my palm that I had used for years. At the time I downloaded it and also purchased the disks un case I needed them. I only put it on one computer and when the computer recently died purchased a new one that didn't have a place to download a CD. When I went on line to download the software, it said that I had used it to the max (which I hadn't). I contacted the company to see what could be done and got a quick response that had the link I could use to download it. Much to my surprise, when I downloaded it, it came up with all my data. I had envisioned that I would have to spend hours in putting everything again. I was so relieved that was not the case. Also this happened on a Holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) and they were there to give me immediate help. Love the product which gives me everything I need and came with the added blessing of working with a helpful, kind and responsive company behind the product. I would reccomend this product to anyone! Thank you Elwood Software...You're great!

I mainly use the program to maintain an address book but also occasionally use it to print labels and envelopes for large mailings. It has always worked fine, been easy to use and has met all my expectations.

I've used Elwood's EZ Letter software for many years, and always at Christmas to print labels for my cards. This year I wanted to upgrade my software and transfer my database to a new laptop, so I contacted Elwood support for instructions. I received a reply from Jeff in a matter of minutes, and the instructions were super simple to follow. I loaded the new software and transferred my database easily. The newest features are wonderful. This software is unbelievably intuitive and therefore easy to use. It takes a very straightforward approach and doesn't bury what you need to do. I highly recommend it!!

I installed Elwood Software in Oct 2016 and have been using it extensively since then. It has and continues to meet all our needs - address book, email usage, xmas card list, different professions list and on and on. The support given on any question is ALWAYS responded to very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a address system that will definitely meet your needs.

I initially purchased this software in 2017 and have VERY pleased with the ease of use, and especially the updates to the entries I have. I just recently asked about installing the software on my Surface and also having all the accumulated information on my desktop also on my Surface. VERY easy! Now I don't have to re-write everything into a new address book every 10 years :) ..........just update, delete or add. Great! Thank you!
