I made a card with a photo. I had made a mistake with a word and would have been able to have corrected it when I noticed the error on confirmation email.Also a photo on the back cover did not download even though it was showing on the card before I ordered it. I received the confirmation email 6 hours after the order was received and so the card had already been dispatched. I was told by the Moonpig rep that this happens with Macs and was offered a 50% discount on resending the card. This was a sympathy card so that was not an appropriate result. He also recommended that next time I check with them once I send a card from a Mac for confirmation. Next time I'm using Apple.

I ordered 2 card 16may.for birthday 28may and 4june.i phone god knows how many times send emails.tell me some one will answer you? All day today 27.5.2020. My granddaughter card no good now her birthday tomorrow. So please just send my money back

Very poor service, no communication that my delivery will be late. If you give the option for guarantee day of delivery, then deliver on that promise.And when it wont show up for that date,don't just take my money but give me the option to cancel it before you start processing it.So poor.

Really angry. I ordered a card on on the Friday to be delivered Monday. Still not arrived!! I know there's limited staff with covid, but this isn't an excuse when an agreement has taken place. Don't say it will be delivered on a date if it doesn't!!!

Have used moonpig since it started but wont be using again.card sent to my grandaughter arrived 2 weeks after her birthday. Card i ordered for my sister in law arrived 10 days after her birthday...now i know post may be a little late but this is ridiculous

I received my Giant 12 photo card on 22nd May for my daughter's 40th, with 5 out of 12 of the photos with the heads missing! I emailed Moonpig to complain twice, asking for a refund, or the card to be re-done, and todate have not had a reply. I also queued on their Chat line twice, being 85th and 77th in line, and both times was cut-off at 20th in queue - obviously designed that way! Atrocious, non-existent Customer Service - DON'T USE THEM!

We used this in the US and it is customary for US transactions for which a foreign bank to be used to be so notified so that we are aware that foreign transaction fees might apply. Worse, one of my cards to my mother NEVER arrived. Customer service sent me a nice email saying they will respond in 24 hours. That was over 10 days ago. I think their idea of a response probably was that email.

I ordered a large card and chocolate and paid extra for special delivery to guarantee arriving in time. They sent the chocolate out on special and the card by Royal Mail which guarantees nothing. I have one order number, but they split my delivery and when I tried contacting them they are not taking calls. I have emailed them for a refund in delivery charge and card as they've missed my deadline. The email address offered by Moonpig has bounced back so I cannot make contact. Nice one ! Hide behind a computer screen I won't use them again

I received a gift pack from Moonpig I received a gift pack from Moonpig sent to me by my son which cost £32. I received a small bunch of dead flowers, A flat balloon and a box of chocolates that you could buy the equivalent of in a local pound shop.I made a complaint to Moonpig directly who were unwilling to make any sort of amend unless they received a photo of the product. I explained that I'd thrown the products away as I didn't really want to keep a deflated balloon or a dead bunch of flowers. I don't think that's unreasonable? Moonpig customer service is appalling, their gift sets are overpriced with extremely poor quality products. The word 'RIP OFF' springs to mind. Buyers Beware. EXTREMELY UPSET & DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY

My sister's birthday on a Monday, so ordered a card and gift on the Friday before and paid £6 to ensure it was delivered on the day. It was delivered on the day with the wrong gift, I will not be using them again. Funny though, my sister has a coarse sense of humour, a box of chocolates was supposed to accompany the card with the message, "Happy $#*!in birthday", attached. Instead she got a toblerone with the message 'I love you' on it. Some one received some chocolates and won't be pleased.

Order two cards for an event, website said they would be here on time. 4 days later I get an email blaming royal mail for a delay in delivery. So I order cards off funky pigeon. Got the cards from funny pigeon on time posted via royal mail, and two weeks late I got the moonpig cards which where no good as the event had already passed. Emailed customer service at moonpig as I was unhappy about this, got an automatic email back saying they would be in touch soon, then never heard from them again. Would not recommend. The funky pigeon cards turned out to be great and came within 4 days. I know which site I will use in future.

Wrong size garments and complaints ignored, ordered a women's medium size t shirt and it came as a size 10 , would not fit my Petit daughter and when I complained I've been totally ignored, never use Moonpig again

Firstly, this order for my mum was never ever received. To start with, they didn't send it on the correct day even though I had ordered it 24 days before hand - they said the van had broken down. THEN they said they'd send it out the next day - that was last Friday and it still hasn't been received. I am utterly disgusted them. I will never ever use moon pig again. I have been in touch with them 4 times and and nothing has been done to rectify this. AVOID!

Poor all round Unfortunately it has been a while since I used Moonpig but had heard good things. I placed an order, taking into account the small disclaimers about "1-2 day delays at this time". A week later, the birthday has been and gone and yet no cards have arrived. On contact with customer services I was simply pointed to some small print in T&C's which apparently says cards can now take 5 days to deliver from order process (they took 2 days to process the order) and no refunds are allowed unless they miss this date. 7 day turnaround does not seem practical and is not shown clearly at the point of purchase. If it had been, I would not have used the service. Surprised and disappointed by: 1) Misleading sale 2) Awful customer service response 3) The fact my fiancée had no birthday cards from me or our children All round - very poor

Painful, painful, painful US website. Initially I was unable to logon. It took 2 hours to receive a "reset password" email. I entered the original password - which would not be accepted as the website recognized it as a previous password. What gives?? Then I created a card, set up the address and payment details, then could not get past the deliver-to page as it insisted on a phone number (fair enough) but would not accept (xxx) xxx-xxxx, or xxx-xxx-xxxx, or xxx.xxx.xxxx, or xxxxxxxxxx number formats. In frustration, I searched for competitors but I guess moonpig is blessed with poor competition. In desperation, I went back to the phone number and found it would take a UK format number (wth?), but then rejected it on the final confirmation page. What?? Finally, it accepted a 0xxx-xxx-xxxx format. So painful. I did like the card choice, but the overall experience was bad.

Over the past four weeks I have received two bouquets, sent by family, of your flowers. They have arrived on time, and have been sensationally fresh and beautiful and I have now decided that I shall use no other company when I am sending flowers. Thank you so much.

Moonpig are an absolute joke, ordered a card and flowers - and 7 days of calling my mother in law still nothing. Checked online...showing as delivered the day after being ordered!!!! Been trying for several days to call...after half an hour in the phone given up. So tried emailing today.....just had an email saying that they won’t be responding to emails!! Both me and my husband are key workers and can’t always get to the shops, trusted Moonpig - feel complete let down and ripped off!! No card, no flowers and over £20 out of pocket. WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AGAIN, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - MOONPIG ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

What customer service I have spent a week phoning a number that you've switched off I've tried the live chat get cut off and I've emailed everyday no answer all I want is the card I paid for for my husband not the one I got for a 3 year old girl mistakes I can understand a customer being blatantly ignored I can't

I hadn't used Moonpig for a while and won't be using them again any time soon - be aware and avoid disappointment. My online account says 'Order sent' but nothing received even after 5 working days and so not in time for the Birthday. I hope the refund is quicker.
