The quality is second to none, My daughter is very slim and many garments are baggy on her, all the clothes she bought fitted perfectly and were very stylish and well made.

I am today returning them as the sizes come up extremely small. I have to return so not very pleased.

I love them and they are well suited for Zumba and also I dance a lot n Saturday night. They are VERY LiGHT and easy to move especially for supple dancing..

I wanted size 4 shoes but the ones sent were extremely small- and were way too tight and did not appear to provide much support being very thin soled

I paid for overnight delivery on Thursday and did not receive my item until Monday. As a consequence I had to buy it somewhere else on Sunday as I needed it for Monday morning. I had to pay £3 to return the items and was not refunded my overnight postage charge. Poor.

I have bought 3 pairs of shoes from Move. The Eloise shoes are SO comfortable even though I don’t normally wear heels. I can dance for hours in them.

There leotards are stunning and made out of great material, although the sizing can be a bit odd I still love the website.I got a size 10 and it fit like a size 8, my size is normally a 10 so this was a bit confusing but I got the size 12 and it fit so I was happy either way .**

I have had no previous problems with ordering, quick, easy and good quality products but.......
I ordered 2 items which was under £50 so paid for postage £3.95 I had an email to say that the leotard was out of stock and a refund was automatically done! Obviously not the postage as I had another item on order (which was only £8.95) When I went on the website the leotard was still available for me to order so I phoned up to query it! It was confirmed that the leotard was out of stock but the system wasn’t up to date.
My second choice was a leotard which was more money and if the system was up to date I would of ordered it originally making my order free delivery, I called again and I must say the person on the other end was quite harsh and couldn’t see that I had paid twice for delivery which in fact I shouldn’t of paid any! In the end she refunded one £3.95 as a good will gesture, not really the customer service you expect when it was your fault the item was out of stock.

The checkout wouldn’t accept my payment for 2 days and then finally it went through. I ordered next day delivery but didn’t realise it was last the cut off point for the next day so I received them a day later after the event. The shoes are not as comfortable as previous pairs so I intend on selling them on

paid for next day delivery and they didn’t arrive next day so had to go buy more shoes as they were for my daughters bday , so will be returning these for a refund I emailed to ask why they hadn’t arrived next day delivery and never got a response

well thanks for nothing, The first leotard supposedly for a 10 -12 year old would not have fitted a 5 year old so we had to send that back, wasted time effort and petrol, we then waste more time and money ordering a much bigger size which is on your web site for all to see, and you still send the wrong size, why not email and explain that your going to send the wrong size, or is that to simple? instead you send the wrong size again and then YOU offer not to deduct the 3 quid postage, well thanks for nothing you have wasted our time money and patience, your customer service is very poor, if you knew it was the wrong size why send it and why dose it take 5 days to reply to a very simple question, more time wasted, you advertise sizes you do not even stock and do not have the common sense to avoid a problem with simple communication.

I ordered some leotards, they arrived a few days later. They were exactly what I ordered. What more can I say? Previously I had telephoned to order leotards because I was unsure about the size I needed, the young woman who answered was very helpful.

my daughter accidentally put size 4 black jazz shoes she had mistaken us sizes had to order new pair straight away as they were need for a competition im still waiting for refund for good apart from delay for refungbthem

I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes from different brands. Unfortunately non of them turned to be the right fit for me so I had to return them.

The 1 star is given because I did not receive a full refund for my order. The company stated that I damage 1 pair of the shoes and therefore they do not classify for refund. I tried them at home, on the carpet which make it impossible to be my fault. Don't to mension that all of 4 pairs already looked like worn/tried on.

Hope it will be resolved. otherwise keep in mind that you might not get your money back.
At the moment cannot recommend Move Dance as a trusted company.

Normally I would have nothing but fantastic words but slightly disappointed this time round - ordered 3 of the same catsuit and had one with slightly different panelling. Paid for next day delivery but didnt receive it it till 3 days later. Sent an email for a refund and no reply.
