Recieved horrible, grainy prints and put under the hassle of sending them back to get a refund. The shipping barcode they sent hasn't worked with FedEx and I'm still stuck with worthless prints and out $54.00. I hope customer service will do something.

My review is based just on the product I ordered. Not on the company. They were wonderful, receptive customer service is amazing. With that said, I ordered a piece called a stand out. It's quite expensive but the quality is poor. The board bows and does not sit flush against the wall. And the picture started peeling from the board within a couple of days. Definitely not worth the money and really disappointed.

This is by far the best online photo company I have found! I wanted to make a photo book of my daughter’s wedding to send to my sister-in-law in Denmark for Christmas. I tried Snapfish, Shutterfly and Mixbook.. The first two were very difficult to use and I gave up. (I’m old). Mixbook was easier but even with paying extra for shipping it wouldn’t get here soon enough. Then my daughter told me about Mpix. Making the book could not have been easier!!! And their standard shipping got things here faster than others express shipping. The book was wonderful!! So well done! It was so easy and reasonably priced that I have made several more books. I highly recommend this company. Their prints are great too. They have gained a lifelong customer.

I ordered over 200 pictures for my son's graduation from Mpix, based on a photographer's' recommendation. However, the quality of the wallets I received was very disappointing. Their photo paper is super thin, even thinner than a regular photo you would get at any other retailer for photos. It is wobbly in your hand when you move it! I am embarrassed to hand these out, honestly, but due to the timeline of our events, I am stuck with them. They are nothing like other senior pictures I received from friends. The website showed them stacked thick, and I feel it was not accurately represented. Also, the printing on them is quite small and very hard to even notice, and I made it as big & bold as it allowed. I am disappointed I decided to try a new company for such an important event to us, and assumed paying more than competitors would generally warrant higher quality.

This is definitely not a 5 star company. Not even close. When a company has not even one mediocre review on their website, there’s dishonesty. With that said, I ordered what’s called a “standout”. It was anything but. It is basically a sticker made from your picture, and slapped on particle board. The packaging was actually outstanding, but that’s it, The sticker was already peeling and the board was bent. Customer service agreed to mail out another one. Again, packaging far exceeded the crap that was inside. I had really high hopes, especially coming from a supposed high end photography company.
