AVOID THIS COMPANY. I told them to cancel an order they ignored me and will not answer my emails. I have had to take action against them to recover my money. AWFUL COMPANY.

I ordered a guitar for my son on 3/8/22. It was supposedly in stock and would be posted within 2-5 days. The next day the order was “confirmed” and money taken out of my account. Since then this company has completely ignored every message I have sent to them asking - first - for an update, and - more recently - for a refund since they are clearly not in a position to fulfil this order. We needed the instrument urgently and not having it arrive within the promised timescale has been frustrating and disappointing. I only wish I had read the reviews on TrustPilot before I ordered. I will be keeping an eye on my account to make sure my “support tickets” and messages sent to customer services do not get deleted as they seem to have done with other customers. I have taken screenshots as evidence and I am getting ready to ask my bank for a chargeback.

I’m being totally ignored by their post sales support. I bought product with the delivery promise of 2-5 days. Support gave crazy, non concrete answers while I asked when I can expect realisation of my order. Finally, I’ve been advised to contact Roland directly and check with their supplier delivery estimates. So unprofessional and rude!!! Plenty of times I requested cancellation of my order and my money return. No answer on this! So I lost my money, and they are not communicating at all now. Hope some supervisor of this ignorant support will finally read this opinion and do something with that.

Ich habe am Freitag (Black Friday) ein BOSS SY-200 für etwa 237€, also etwa 100€ günstiger als sonst, bestellt. Am gleichen Tag erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass das gute Stück per UPS auf den Weg gebracht wurde. Nachdem ich negative Bewertungen NACH meiner Bestellung über diesen Shop gelesen hatte, war ich etwas verunsichert. Aber ich hatte ja per PayPal bezahlt, also war ich ja auf der sicheren Seite. Heute ist Dienstag (vier Tage später) und ich halte das Gerät in meinen Händen und was soll ich sagen?!? Es ist alles super und ich denke, ich werde hier nochmal bestellen.

I placed an order 7 entire weeks ago, and have yet to receive it.

With days stretching into weeks between responses, they have been deliberately vague about when they are able to ship my order. 2 weeks ago, when pushed with a refund request, they promptly responded with a promise of shipping the coming week.

This deadline came and went with 0 contact.

Their international website frequently goes down for no discernible reason. Meaning replies are sometimes impossible. No available emails. Their landline never picks up.

I am in the process of claiming a refund. Frankly, their treatment has been horrible.

The small discount is not worth it. I recommend avoiding.

I didn't receive my product and I've ordered it three weeks ago. It was supposed to be here in less than a week but it's not. Very disappointed.

Also the communication with the company is very poor, they respond very late and the help is not enough. Still waiting for my product but definitely not buying anymore here.

Pagué por mi pedido el tres de abril y lo enviaron el 15 de mayo. Me llegó el 19 de mayo. La comunicación con la tienda es muy mala. Me dijeron que me lo habían enviado cuando en realidad no era así y, vamos a ver, tardaron UN MES y pico en enviármelo. Entiendo que la situación con el COVID-19 es muy complicada para los negocios, pero una cosa es eso, y otra tardar un mes en enviar el producto sin avisar de ello en la página, antes de hacer la compra. El aviso que tienen en que el retraso de es unos pocos días hábiles. Si hubieran sido claros yo habría hecho la compra sabiendo que iba a esperar un mes, y no hay problema con eso. Espero que mejoren la comunicación y la transparencia y que aprendan de esto.

Yeah, so it was pretty much a disaster. I paid for my order April 3rd, and it was shipped May 15th. I received it May 19th. When I bought it there was a disclaimer due to COVID-19, saying we could expect a couple days of delay due to the unusual situation, which I absolutely understand. But those weren't a couple days, it was a month a two weeks. A month and two weeks in which communication with them was terrible, they first told me my order was shipped when it actually wasn´t... I totally get they were overwhelmed by this unpredictable situation, but that's one thing, and they way they handled things was not right. I can only hope they learn from this and improve their service in the future.

Ordered item on the 15th of May, they took out the money the very next day & nearly a month on & im still waiting for the Roland go mixer.
Also created a ticket 2 weeks ago asking where is my item.
Still no reply!

Musique Shop exists since 1964 and they deliver more than 100 orders per day to more than 7 countries.
I bought a Roland FP-30 and in one week I had received it. I cannot be happier with this purchase.

I spent £300 with Musique at the beginning of April, with no idea that the product was not in stock. After no update or shipment, I contacted and was told it would be sent during the month, as it was not in stock (wish you had told me this first). I waited, still nothing and eventually in May I requested a refund. Nothing. No refund, no answering the phone, no email, no product. No happy customer.

I purchased a Casio Digital Piano from London and recevied it after 6 days. The product looks good and works properly. They responded to my enquiries and told me that due to Covid-19 their delivery is later than that mentioned 48 hours. The price was excellent and I am happy with my purchase. Thanks musique shop!
