Just had the best service from Jon who was so very helpful and friendly after a hour long conversation he was very professional and personable which was lovely.
He helped me fix my budget add in special savings all while having a conversation and joking with me which at 7am was really nice

I was a little bit nervous about giving someone else my wages every week at first.
But the my budget team are awesome. The process works amazingly, it is stress free worry free. All my bills get paid by the they budget my money for up coming bills, they asked me for a financial goal and budget towards that. I tried talking to my debts and sort stuff out and it was hard and frustrating. The team spoke to my debts for me and got them to work with the my budget team and had an amazing outcome, I really can't thank them enough. They have organised and arranged my financial affairs to a worry free, stress free affair.
Something I haven't experienced for years.
I highly recommend the my budget team, and I will be staying with them from now on in.

I used them for 4 yrs. Great app. Great system. Terrible customer service. Dishonest. They will say anything to make money. Happened time after time. I have tried to resolve issues with them and their employees are obviously told stay on script and refuse to disclose the truth. As soon as an honest company with good customer service develops an app like theirs I am gone. Thieves.

I joined my budget about 4 years ago. I was not in a very healthy position and my finances were a huge source of stress for me. They came along with all their skills, knowledge and understanding personalities and took the worry away!. Over the years i have been caught up in some emergencies were i needed money and they somehow were able to work my budget so that i survived!. I love when i call it doesn't matter who you talk with they are all very kind and understanding.

Sounded promising at the beginning, $1000 set up fee, and $35 weekly fee (was originally higher). Yearly total came to over $3000+
Something that they offer you can do yourself.
Was a total waste of money.
They are not a bank, if you need money urgently and are stuck on weekends you will need to wait the next business day.
The fees are much higher now since I was a customer in 201x
Customer service was ok, but for the money you pay it should be allot better.
Bills did get paid but there were some mishaps (phone and care rego not paid twice even when I sent the bill details and they confirmed they had the information).
I can only warn others to stay clear of this expensive service, honestly you can set up a budgeting account easily with your own bank - and save a hefty $3000 per year in the process.
Think about it, using this service for 1 year $3000, 5 years $15000 or 10 years $30000.
You do the math.

I was a member for five years. The only reason l used the service was because l had a gambling addiction and there was no other competitor. For regular payments once set up, it works. But for individual payments, l had multiple errors with money sent to wrong accounts at wrong dates, no apologies and poor explainations re actions and the real reason. No interest on monies in account. Also, as a casual worker, they have no way to run a budget that allows for differeing incomes. You must enter a fixed income, then annoy you over and over if you are either over or under it. They dont action complaints. Prey on vulnerable.

I recently joined My Budget and I have been dealing with Tamara in the set up stage.
I had to add a few things onto my budget at the last minute and Tamara made no judgement, she just made it work.
I honestly felt like I was dealing with a friend who had my back.

After being skeptical for 6 months we gave them a call. Like most we were on guard with our hard earned money when we met them. We met with Rachel Adams who is genuinely a compassionate person in her role to work up a great solution we thought was not fathomable..

Processes have staked up and customer support has been great . We have observed that the staff that my budget attracts are genuinely caring and personal out of the financial services sector. After all helping people in need atracts a certain person to stick with it.
At least give them a call so u can make an informed decision. Rachael details below.

I lost myself after recently separating from my Husband. Everyday life was a struggle, without even thinking of how to manage my money and start again. From a personal aspect, the conversations were hard, but Jess and Alice made me feel so much stronger and I began to realise, I can do this. Our chats about building a budget were easy and calming and I soon found myself feeling a lot more at ease. 2 months on, I have savings in the bank and am still living comfortably. My son and I are happy and the anxiety of money has disappeared. My Budget certainly saved me.

I would to say a big thank you to one of your staff members by the name of Chelsea.She bubbles with personality makes you feel important fantastic people skills.I am going to miss her as she advised me she is moving on to another dept.My budget is very lucky having a employee like her. We've been with MyBudget for 10 years now and it has been the best decision we ever made! It provided structure, accountability and if something terrible happens they have friendly staff just one call away to help you work out your financial needs. Since we signed up, we have paid off debt, refinanced, saved for a home and we've been on several overseas holidays... they truly are a personal trainer for your money.

It’s been over a week I’ve been trying to get contact with you, you know your systems will be down for quite a while and don’t advise not to have our wages go to your accounts, I have 4 kids and I think we might be going to bed hungry thanks to you yet you have all my savings and wages and won’t even reply to a damn email

I noticed the app not working on Saturday, then again on Sunday. I figured there was weekend maintenance so I wasn’t concerned and no notice of outage was provided by MyBudget so left it. Come Monday the email rolled in notifying that it would take 24-48 hours for the system outage to be resolved, if any bills are due or transfers required they would need to be done manually via phone. My first few call attempts were Tuesday, multiple fails, I could not even get through to a line. 30 calls throughout different times of the day Wednesday and nothing, same again Thursday. I have tried again today another 20 times and still have been unsuccessful. On Wednesday I wrote them an enquiry via the website and still not response even via email. I am really worried. All my bills are now late, I have no access to money for food or fuel. I just know this would NEVER happen if my money was sitting in a normal bank where I could access.

I want to continue using MyBudget as they just take the time off my hands in the way the manage my bills and pay the right people but this outage is unacceptable, for it to now be going on for 8 days .. something isn’t right. The amount of money you pay $40+ a week in fees and you can’t even get through to a phone line. Im really disappointed and concerned.

Come on mate, it's been a week now, surely you have answers as to why your system is down, all our money is there and can't get access to any of it. You wrote an email saying to remember the important bills to ring up and you will manually pay it but the thing is, most of our important bills are the ones you guys are the ones that set up, therefore we don't know the account numbers. It's starting to get real frustrating when you can't access your own money.

I have been completely blown away so far by the immense time spent, patience and professionalism of the MyBudget team and in particular my Account Manager Tamara - she is FANTASTIC! My only regret is that I didn't bite the bullet sooner to join the MyByudget family. I cannot wait to see what I can achieve with them

Cannot call, cannot access money, updates every 24hrs when initially promised to update ever 4hrs. No answers if our personal information has been hacked. Cannot access budget and payments for over 6 days and now in arrears.

I have been with my budget for a month now and I wish I knew about it years ago,
Best decision I have ever made in life, no worries no stress everything is organised all I have to worry about is doing my weekly shop.

I have been with Mybudget for 3yrs, for the most part- they have been useful. However, there systems have been down for over 2 days. While issues occur, I find it concerning that a company managing many people's livelihoods do not have the IT systems equipped to manage it. I have had payments missed during this time & I wouldn't even bother calling, as wait times were terrible before. Why has it taken such a large company over 2 days to resolve this IT issue? Why is there no timeframe for resolution. The emails from Tammy will begin to be seen as lip service if there isn't actually any resolve.
