National Diamond Outlet

I ordered earrings in February - despite the state re opening on the back of COVID, and many emails from their customer service saying it was shipping soon, still no earrings and it’s the end of June. They claim the earrings shipped earlier this week but still have not received these and am waiting to talk to a customer service agent as I type this review. I am questioning the legitimacy of this business beyond just the poor customer service with lack of follow up. If this does not get resolved today I not only will want a refund but will be putting this negative review on BBB website and social media.

Feeling very concerned that this company may have gone out of business. Their website has been down for quite a while and they are not answering their phones or returning messages. My husband bought me some fairly expensive earrings and the posts need to be replaced but it does not appear as though this company is either still in business or stands behind their products

After a couple weeks of looking online and going back-and-forth, my husband and I purchased my ring over the phone. We are very pleased with our choice, and the all-around experience. I completely recommend this place for all of your jewelry needs, wants or wishes. -Pamela

This was my first time buying jewelry online. I called them and was helped by Dwayne, he took time to explain the differences between options and helped me choose the perfect diamond. The ring looks even better in person, and my girlfriend is now my fiancé and she loves it even more than I do!

I recently bought an engagement ring and was very excited for it to arrive. I spent a lot of time choosing the diamond and setting. It's pretty nerve-wracking to make a purchase like this online, but I was confident I had chosen the perfect ring. When it arrived, I was slightly let down... seeing it on a computer screen was not quite the same as having it in front of me. So I spent a few days considering ... was this really the ring? Three days later I knew it wasn't. But seeing not-quite-what-I-wanted gave me some clarity on what exactly I do want. I set off on a new search, with a different style of ring and a bigger and different cut diamond. Of course the most important thing is that she will love it... and I have one chance to give her the perfect ring that she will cherish for a lifetime. Thankfully national diamond outlet has a good return policy. I paid about twice as much for the second ring, but the style suits her much more. And I'm sure she won't argue with a bigger, brighter diamond -- I just won't tell her how much it cost any time soon.

I'll admit...I was hesitant about purchasing a diamond over the Internet. After doing my research of online companies, I decided to go with national diamond outlet. I knew what color, cut, clarity, and carat I wanted before I spoke with Jason. I gave him a price range and what I was looking for and he gave me a list of several stones in an email that I could look over. I selected one of these and made the purchase!

I have been dealing with issues with National Diamond Outlet for MONTHS and am still dissatisfied and frustrated. I have been lied to, put off and generally treated badly for months

I researched buying a diamond online for about 3 weeks straight. Considering the price and a sight-unseen purchase, I contacted several companies and national diamond outlet offered the best customer service and price. My order arrived yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Great company!

I was looking for a one carat diamond for my fiance's engagement ring and found it on NDOs website for a great price. The customer service team did a great job making sure my order was safe and secured to get to my residence.

Needed the ring in less than the usual time to receive the ring after you buy it (14 business days). The customer service person (Jason Green) worked with me and flagged my ring as high priority. I was able to receive it in time and the ring is very beautiful and great quality.

I spent about 4 months looking for the perfect ring for my fiance, and national diamond outlet worked very patiently with me. They helped me look and find the best exact diamond I was looking for and price matched another retailer who had one very similar, they actually beat the competition price. Definitely recommend, plus my diamond came to with its certification card, always a plus.
