I had call to contact customer service this week and was impressed by how quickly I received a response and then how quickly everything was dealt with. The minor issue I had (I just wanted some information re: returns) was dealt with entirely within 24 hours (that included a first response within the hour). I would shop with Needle and Thread again, secure in the knowledge that the customer service is first rate.

Returned 3 dresses nearly two weeks ago I have confirmation from the courier that they have arrived but I have not heard back Needle and Thread or had the money refunded. This is not the right time to be keeping other people’s money you should be ashamed.

website is easy to navigate, customer service was excellent the no exchange policy is disappointing but Becky from the customer care team assisted me with returns and ordering another item and honouring the easter discount.

I ordered 7 dresses in total across 3 different orders. Each time I ordered the dresses arrived beautifully wrapped and within the week. Returning was super simple and I the refunds were quick.

The shipping was quick and the size is perfect uk 14, i’ve ordered two dresses one is pink and the other was supposed to be periwinkle purple. I got both dresses in pink. Thankfully as soon as i emailed the customer service they shipped the right dress in the same day and it took 4 days to get delivered to my country which is quick. The customer service is amazing and the quality of dresses is out of this world. Thank you????????

I have been saving for the dress for my 30th it came beautifully presented in a lovely box adding to the occasion.
Previous purchases came in a box and were ill wrapped however this time I was not disappointed :-)

I’m so disappointed I ordered the Pearl Rose Gown £510.
The money was taken promptly on the 17th June. I had placed orders previously and the dress had been delivered really promptly and the correspondence from the team was good.
This time my dress still hasn’t arrived and I’ve reached out 3 x now to customer services with no response. I’m going to request a refund without even getting to see the item.

I ordered next day delivery. My order did not arrive and it took two days to arrive. Also the dress was yes beautiful but an awful fit aroynd bust area. Would have needed altered to sit properly as the sweetheart design sat far too low.

I brought this dress for my sister but sadly it wasn't the right size for her. The process to return the dress was easy and straight forward and the money was back in my account without a matter of days (from when it arrived back at Needle & Thread).

Beautiful dress which I ordered in a size 14 hoping it would fit as I am usually a 12 which was out of stock. Sadly the dress did swamp me and I reluctantly had to return it. My refund has come through promptly and I would gladly order again from this company.
