I should have bought two from the start. My daughter stopped sucking her left thumb then compensated using the right. Callous on her left thumb started to heal after 2 days and getting better every day. I tried everything before this, nail polish, hot sauce, wrapping her thumb with cloth tape, formulas specific to deter thumb sucking, ointments, polish, you name it... we tried it. I only wish I knew about this sooner.

Read reviews on Amazon, checked out prices on Ebay, but ended up buying here because of the 30 day guarantee. My 4 year old is very excited, but not more than Mom and Dad are! We actually have a 3-D, ultrasound picture of him thumb sucking in utero! His teeth are already deformed from such HARD thumb sucking for almost 4 years. Really hope this works!

This was an excellent product for my son! He actually picked it out himself and was very excited to use it. It only took three weeks of using it. He started out using it every day during the day and at bedtime. However he very quickly only needed to use it at bedtime and by the third week had completely weaned himself.

Great customer service, however product Did not work for my daughter. Saw a little progress at first and Around the 3rd week she learned to manipulate her arm to get thumb in mouth. Never took off the nipits, just learned to get thumb in her mouth regardless if on.

Are child well excited at first to use the product eventually within about 3 to 4 weeks figured out how to still suck her thumb while sleeping with the bands on so it was a total waste of a product for us we are disappointed in our purchase

I recieved my order but my child switched hands. I bought another one and we thought it was working but after the 1st 6 weeks she had not stopped. So we tried it again. During the 1st time she kept getting a raw place on her poor little arm so we bought a pair of leg warmers for her to wear under the nipit. Also she had figured out how to streatch the material nearest elbow to suck all night long despite the lock ties.. By now she still sucks her thumb and we have spent over a hundred dollars to help her on this device... Way too late for a refund. But she had PAIN EVERY DAY IN HER ARM for having it bound up in that brace all night!! It cant be good for her!! Im thinking of going to see a lawyer about suing for her pain. I think that this thing is a fraud and claims things that are False. I think that it is harmful to the proper developement of a childs arm and muscles to wear that type of brace for such long periods that overnite wearing causes severe pain for the children.

I cannot recommend the NIPIT enough! My 6 year old son sucked his thumb very unconsciously when he was tired or upset. We took the summer to use the NIPIT. He wore it for about six weeks straight and no longer sucks his thumb, not even when sleeping. It was amazing!!

I think this product is clever and useful. But I think it's also incredibly overpriced and insulting to parents who are desperate to help their children kick a bad habit. Please consider lowering the cost for those who can't afford to pay this much.

I would have liked to have been able to order 2 of the 1 pack kits. I have 2 thumb suckers and each would want their own stickers and chart. However,I was unable to add 2 of the 1 pack kits to my shopping cart. Leaving me ordering a 2 pack kit.

I find this review slightly misleading because I am reviewing the shopping experience not the product. I don’t want shoppers to be misled by the number of positive reviews for an expensive product.

When I googled a solution to breaking the thumb sucking, your website came up. The method to breaking the habit seemed good. The reviews convinced me it was a good idea. Finally, purchasing was easy with the link provided. The price is fair, with no shipping or tax. But, if it works, then the price is outstanding because it will save in the long run for orthodontic bills!

Seems like a great product. Can’t wait to try it out being our 4 year old has not had success with a few other products. Shopping has been great. Realistically, with covid 19 I’m sure the demand is high so 4-7 business days, free shipping is decent turnaround. Look forward to using the Nipit.

Website was fine, but some of the reviews contradict the information provided, so I'm not exactly sure what to expect. Will my daughter still be able to reach her thumb to her mouth? Just with discomfort? I'm not sure that will stop the habit.

It's been about two weeks since we started using it and my son hasn't stopped sucking his thumb. He uses two hands to be able to suck his thumb and also sucks his thumb when we take it off to take a break. He doesn't complain about wearing it.
