I will say that browsing the website can be slow-going so it is best to know the make and model you are looking for prior. Order process was very simple otherwise. The chair arrived the next day and it was the exact item I ordered and it works like a champ. I did a lot of shopping around and this place had the same selection, if not better, and the lowest prices of any site that I came across. For Real! Even lower than Wal-Mart! Give it a whirl...

I first ordered from OfficeWorld because they had by far the best deal on the printer I was shopping for. It was after the tsunami, and there was some correspondence back and forth about availability: real people, with real names, writing real correspondence, regarding me as a partner in the transaction. I looked them up, and lo and behold, they are in Eugene, Oregon, just down the freeway from my home in Portland. Free shipping, personal, flawless service, and a local company employing people in my economic watershed: one very loyal customer.

I choose OfficeWorld.com because of the reasonble prices, great customer service, next day delivery, the ability to store frequently bought items in my own shopping list, the ability to view past orders and the quick communications when there is a problem with my order. The extra discounts each month are a bonus. The products I receive have all been as described and in good condition. The only complaint or perhaps suggestion I have is to have a better/more filters when doing searches on the site so when a more common word is used, we can narrow it down better than just a brand name.

An incredible experience – placed my order on Wednesday evening and received Friday of the same week!!! The pricing is ‘too good to be true’, our order was for Avery Business Card Stock that retailed at the local Office Supply for roughly $19.00 – Office World price was $10.64 a pack!!! Highly recommend shopping for Office Supplies here and most certainly, we’ll be back!!!

It seems like the labels we purchase and have purchased for years are now coming in seperated section, dirty on the inside like someone ran over with a pallet jack and just put them back in the box, they are slightly different sizes or a shade of pink in color. other than this issue, we are satisfied with Office World.

I ordered design paper that indicated 100 per pack. I was excited to find this product online and even more so when I was told it would be delivered in 2 days. I needed the paper within one week. Then the item came and I only receive one pack of 25. A complete disappointment. When I contacted customer service, I was told they will refund my purchase AND I can keep my pack of 25. Gee thanks BUT I need 100. The problem was not solved. A correct solution would be to immediately send me 3 more packs of 25.

I have been ordering my At A Glance calenders from OW for 4 years now and always satisifed. This year the item was not packaged well and a little bent but it was delivered overnight with standard shipping.

I usually ordered my plastic album pages from Century Photo, but they were having some management problems and were unavailable when I needed pages.
