The young lady that was dealing with my problem was very nice and tried to help me but was unable to sort it out but not for the want of trying I’m giving four stars because of her but if it was the company I was rating I wouldn’t be giving any.

I phoned yesterday as I had a few issues with my phone. Kealey was a joy to speak to. She was very helpful, patient and understanding. She sent me an email confirming the issues she'd dealt with and gave me advice to help me with another issue. The best customer service I've had for a long time. Thank you Kealey.

I cannot praise Kealey Farrow highly enough for her patience, diligence and persistence in finding a way through the many obstacles that (re)registering and finding how to access my account put in our way. This was customer service of the first order; could you perhaps clone her?

Spoke with kealey farrow today and she was very helpful when part of my delivery turned up , but not my !! She was very helpful solving this problem, and getting straight back to me to let me know what is happening. Excellent customer service from kealey, even tho my phone is turning up a day later than the rest of my stuff

The company lied to me 4 yrs ago & told me they'd taken over ALL Vodafone contracts. They haven't....my other half is still with Vodafone. I'm paying far too much for this service & I can't afford it. I've asked to be put on pay as you go & should've had an email, so I can sign & leave in 30 days. Guess what? No email as yet. I'm contacting Ofcom if it's not with me tomorrow. Don't like being lied to. ?

Aaron, one of the onecom team has made me very happy. I had a real problem trying to download and receive Now TV which was a gift from onecom on my new Vodafone price plan. After 2 days of trying to sort it out, I spoke to Aaron and he fixed it all for me in five minutes. He was charming and helpful and I have nothing but praise for him. Dont ever take a contract from onecome as you will never be able to leave , they have you stuck in a contract for 24 months , however they tell you when you are signing up you can change your plan in 12 months but what they dont tell you is after 12months you call up its another 24months , so im now on a sim only that is costing me 43 pounds a month for 12 months so i can get rid of them , STAY CLEAR ** dreadful company .

David from Onecom looks after our Company Account and I can not fault his Customer Service, honesty and meticulousness. 99.9% of the time if there is an issue its because of Vodafone and not Onecom. David- Thankyou for always being a STAR :)
