Found a discount for car parking at Prestwick Airport, great prices, much cheaper than other car parking in England. Easy to use, collect car at machine on entering and pop in machine at end and the barrier opens and hey presto! Easy get out quickly and efficiently. Just what you nee after a long flight!

I have used the meet and greet service several times, but on this occasion whilst using Terminal 2 at Manchester I found it awful. It took at least 10 minutes queuing to get in through the barrier to start with and once parked there was a lot of walking through the short stay car park to the departure area. On our return we struggled to locate the car and we may as well have booked the short stay car park. It was not a pleasant experience and incredibly disappointing and not what I am used to with a Meet and Greet service.

I'm not normally one to complain but after our experience I feel I need to. So before booking I read the reviews which were very mixed but more bad than good. I believe that everyone has there own opinion and will always give everyone a chance well what a big mistake this was this time. When dropping it off the service was amazing the gent was very polite and courteous and provided every useful information. The issues started when we collected the car (which there are a lot of complaints about) I called when collecting luggage as requested, then walked back to the car park. As we got to the car park our car pulled in which was great no waiting about. We were given the keys and a ticket and was told we had 10 mins to leave, we packed the car well within the 10 min deadline and went to leave, at this point the car park requested £30 to lift the barrier, confused that we had already paid a lot to park already pressed the assistance button and wanted 5mins for them to answer and after finding out it was NCP and not Maple Manor WOW the gentleman was rude and arrogant and requested I speak to Maple Manor. So parked back up and found a gentle wearing a Maple Manor uniform and asked him about the issue with us getting out the car park and he said it wasn't anything to do with him and that I needed go speak to the driver who dropped the car off, after walking around the car park for a while he was no where to be seen so went back to the gent who was still in uniform who told me it had nothing to do with him and that I needed to speak Maple Manor, I replied to him that he was Maple Manor and asked him to help he just said again speak to Maple Manor he wasn't going to help us. Now 30 mins after getting back to the car park family packed in the car trying to get home on the phone to the office explaining to another employee of Maple Manor I was told that I actually had 20 mins to leave the car park not 10 mins so I asked why was I being asked to more money he said well you called for your car 40 mins before the current time WHAT difference does that make I followed there instructions called them when collecting my luggage then walked to the car park packed the car in less than the time given and then still left with having to pay more money. I WILL NEVER USE MAPLE MANOR AGAIN OR WILL NEVER RECOMMEND wouldn't ever put my name to service this poor

The car park was only 5 minutes from the terminal building.

I have just collected my car from Maple Parking at Birmingham Airport. Whilst in their care the wing mirror has been smashed and is hanging off Phoned immediately- advised by the clearly non caring operator that it has to be dealt with by email Doesn't help me with a care that is now unsafe to drive. Really really appalling service that is going to cost me hundreds to address

for the second time running i arranged at check in to have my car in disabled bay on return as my wife is disabled and again it was,nt it was right at back ,asked attendent why he said i never booked it i know i did,even her blue badge was on windscreen there,s a clue,also had gold valet i,ve had to clean inside windscreen all smears and side windows not opened to clean top won,t pay for that again,i will have to find another way of parking at bristol because of my disabled wife you don,t seem to care .

The car park is conveniently close enough to the airport and the shuttle service reliable and frequent, only scored down because for the second year running i havent been able to exit the barriers despite being allowed entry with no problem? and have had to mess around ringing the office while other cars back up behind me.

Lovely helpful bus driver, nothing was too much for him. Helped me with my bags and getting as close to my car as possible. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the muddy puddles. But I guess no one can control the rain, lol will use this carpark again.

Arriving at about 4-45 am and after a 2 hour drive, it was absolutely superb to be able to drive straight into the multi storey car park.Signs were straightforward and made it a simple job to find a parking space on the ground level.It was far more pleasant to park here than in my previous parking in the short term car park which is poorly surfaced and with numerous ruts in the ground.Just a fairly short walk to the terminal,although it did seem somewhat pointless having to use the lift to go up 2 floors,then walk along the walkway before using the lift to get back down 2 floors and then walk to the uncovered area to the terminal.However my wife and i were far more impressed with multi storey parking than previous car parking.We will certainly be using it in the future,although i would be more delighted if it didn't cost so much.

I had misentered my reg no online so the barrier didn't open at the car park at Belfast International Airport, causing a bit of a panic, but the BCP staff member had it sorted out for me very quickly & was so polite & professional. A rare thing unfortunately these days where staff can be rude & unhelpful. 10 out of 10!!

I use long stay car park at least 3 times per year-have yet to see bus in service

Got the both inwards and outwards with less than 2 min waiting time.

On my return journey my car was back with me in approximately 15 minutes after my phone call.

Driver very pleasant and accommodating buses very frequent although had difficulty getting into and out of carpark also signage for BCP not clear as signs read Leeds Bradford long stay carpark not BCP

I have always used BCP to park at Stanstead Airport. Easy booking, easy to find, regular busses and very friendly drivers. Never had any problem nor had to call customer service. Thank you.

I had to extend my holiday by two days. I originally paid approx. £39 for seven days parking, so i expected to pay no more than £15 for two days. I was shocked and upset that i had to pay an extra £45 for the two days. Paying that extra means it was dearer to park at the airport than to get a taxi there and back. I wont be using the long stay parking again. a very disappointed customer.

long wait for pickup back - there were so many of us waiting that the bus was full and people had to stand just from the one bus stop at north terminal - driver had to phone through that he did'nt have any room to do a south terminal pickup - not very frequent! the APH coaches passed by us all about 3 to 4 times before purple parking showed up.

I wasn't able to use the car park and have previously emailed about a refund but never received a reply.
