I ordered a Wall-mount power supply module from them almost a month ago, which was supposedly shipped UPS Ground and paid for by credit card. The order has not yet arrived, and they have not responded to my repeated emails over the past week.

Purchased a part in July & they charged my credit card same month. Did not receive part until late Aug & it was wrong part. Returned the part in Sept & still have not received refund. Have called many times & they don't answer or call back. Tried the Contact Us on their website & got a failure to send message. Bad company practices!

I ordered on line ho officejet 6110xi parts (1) Q1636-60016 Output paper tray and (2)C7296-00014 ADF glass window (ONLY). The former was a perfect fit, but the latter was the glass used to make single copies rather than the ADF glass window. No telephone number is given on the web site, so I have sent three emails to the email addresses listed, but have yet to received a response. The returned part was signed for by the company today, but I would like to get the ADF glass window. The process just should not be this difficult.

I think I probably got the shipment intended for "johnasr" (see his earlier review), as what I received bears no resemblance to what I ordered.

I ordered two OOPS (out of paper sensors) for my HP printer, but received some sort of carriage control band (no way of determining exactly what it is, but it is NOT what I ordered). I hope I don't end up going through the same runaround that johnasr has experienced. Fortunately, I, too, paid by credit card, and in the absence of very fast corrective action on the part of this merchant, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card issuer.

There can be no excuse for this kind of sloppy service.

Follow up: Two unanswered emails plus an unanswered attempt at phoning. Nothing. At least I've discovered that the "encoder band" that they shipped (~$90) is worth several times the price of the missing OOPS units ($12). One would think they'd be happy to make things right, since they're out at least $70 due to their ridiculous error! I suppose if I get no response from PartsHere, I can put the "encoder band" on eBay, perhaps at a nice profit.

FINAL RESOLUTION: This store must be run by imbeciles. After numerous futile attempt to contact them, I issued a Disputed Charge claim to my credit card company. They, in turn, tried to contact PartsHere, but again without success. Bottom Line: I got my money back, and I still heve the misshipped part (worth about $90, if I could find a buyer for it!).

It's been three weeks, and I still have not recieved anything from this company. I tried calling and emailing with no response. Finally 2/26/18 I got ahold of someone in the sales department. After being placed on hold for almost 10 minutes, the lady comes back with "the item was defective, would you like to wait a couple more days for another one?" Ummm, no, please refund me my money, and I will take my business elsewhere. Still waiting on the email for it being canceled.

Ordered this part June 15th. Was given an automated response that it shipped. Card was charged June 19th. It's the 25th and still no part. No contact info on their website (thanks above for the info!) and nobody seems to respond to e-mail, either. The state of California has no info on partshere.com nor toner2print.com (their sister site) and it's just disturbing how these folks seem to do business. Buyer beware!

I did not check with Reseller Ratings until after I had placed an order with this merchant. I placed an order on 2-18-08 for (2) paper pickup solenoids for an HP LaserJet 6L printer. I went with this company as they had the best internet price I could find.

They only offered 2 shipping options, UPS Ground and 2nd Day. I chose the latter option as I had a printer out of service. The following day order showed to be confirmed and shipped but no tracking number was available. I emailed the company for a tracking number 3 times but got no response. I also attempted to call them but only got an answering service.

I then came to this site to check their history and noticed they had a lot of negative reviews. I began to get a bad feeling about this transaction.

I checked the website on the third day and noticed a UPS tracking number was posted with my order. I tracked the package until it's arrival on 2-22-08. The order was exactly as I had placed it and was well packaged.

After reading some of the horror stories here I must be the minority of those who have used this supplier. Although there was a lack of communication via email or telephone my order arrived intact but I'm skeptical about using them again.

I order some printer parts from this on-line store a few days ago. Shipping time was ok, but I was really impressed with their prices. This website has most parts at about 50% lower than all other main printer parts stores. I was amazed to find my part through them - a part that no other dealer could get me. I will defenitely shop here again, highly recommended! I give www.partshere.com a B+. Most stores get Cs from me.

Placed order and within two day received an email saying it shipped, good job. 6 days later get a refund through paypal. No contact or anything from seller just a refund, now I am delayed on the part until I find another reseller. Will not do business with these people ever again.

I did look at the email and two days after I placed the order the status said shipped.

I ordered an HP AC Adapter on Jan 11th and chose UPS ground. After a week I did not receive the part or a tracking number. I did some digging to find their phone number and called them. They could not tell me when the part would ship, so I cancelled the order. Here's their contact information:

Ordered paper feed assembly for HP C8180 printer due to a broken gear. I had to wait 5 weeks before they received the ordered part and shipped it to me. This was supposedly a refurbished assembly, but it had the same broken gear with a missing tooth that my printer had. Refurbished meant that they put some glue on the gear but did not replace or repair the gear. The glue managed to hold the gear in place and also to immobilize the shaft so that nothing worked. Having sent me a defective assembly costing $37.05 with a shipping charge of $12.11 and a return shipping charge of $11.34, they do not refund any shipping charges. So it cost me $23.45 to get a refund of $37.05 for defective merchandise from this vendor. After returning the defective assembly, I only received my refund after I inquired with their sales representative about the refund. They also indicated that another assembly would take about 3 to 4 more weeks. And I still had no assurance that they could actually deliver a paper feed assembly that would not have a broken gear. This is not a company I would ever do business with again. All of my expenses were the result of their mistakes and the slipshod incompetent "refurbishing" of the paper feed assembly. Never before have I had to deal with a company that forced their customers to pay for the company's mistakes.

I've had a couple of rather unfortunate dealings with Partshere.com; almost zero communication with customers, no phone numbers or live people to talk to, emails go unanswered, orders canceled with no explanation, notices that items have shipped, yet the expected ship date is weeks in the future. Try explaining that to your customer who has already been waiting over a week to get their printer fixed. I won't be buying parts from them again. (And I buy a lot of parts.)

I ordered a part on 8/30/16. After repeated online (website) inquiries with no response and four phone calls ref, option 4, order status which directed me to the website, I called sales. Sales rep answered immediately. She stated the warehouse somehow didn't see the order and it was never shipped. This despite order status in "my account" stated "shipped". They charged my credit card on 090/02/16. Rep said they would overnight the part. Poor customer service. I annotated my company's records for Partshere with "DO NOT USE".

I made two different orders one of them was shippped very fast and in perfect condition. The other order I still have not received it and it has been almost 3 weeks. I have dialed the phone number that was previously posted by a user at this forum but I only get an answering machine, I have sent emails... And guess what? STILL NO ANSWER!! I Cannot recommend this site for its lack of reliability. And if you buy form them... GOOD LUCK, I hope you gt your order someday. And I hope I get mine one of this days. Acustomer is giving me a hard time because of them, they could just tell me that the product is in back order or something.

I plan on calling my credit card co. to put a stop payment on my charge to this co. On 11/3/10 I placed an order and paid the $19.50 for UPS 2nd Air. As of today, 11/12 I have not received the part and I can't get the company to respond to my emails or faxes. There is no tele. no. on the website to talk to someone in person.....terrible company - I will never do business with them again!

Sent printer in with a work order that stated printer would not work and it was likely due to a lighting strike. It would print but could not be recognized by any computer. They gave me a quote for legitimate items but the items did not repair the printer, just a basic refurbish and look-over. I though they know what they were doing and that the quote included making it work again. After $251 charge and $160 shipping I have my stand alone copier back in possession. Three emails went unanswered and was finally sent an email stating I received it. Yes, I did receive it, but not working anymore than it was. Stay far away from the cons. Basement techies with no business or customer service skills. JD

Partshere, we very cooperative with me when buying, but as soon as i paid, they shipped my items to me in Africa with a different Courier, and left them at the mercy of this bogus Courier company who highjacked them with Kenyan Customs and randsomed them back to me.
I had to pay for the item, the shipping and then a massive fee to release the item.

I had a machine broken down and was desperate for the spare part.
The overcharged for that but i agreed, they overcharged for shipping and i agreed, but then sent it via another method, and i had warned them about CORRUPTION but they didnt care as soon as they were paid.
I informed them what hapened but they ignored me and said not their fault.

I ordered my printer part before reading the negative reviews posted here. My experience was "mixed". I paid for overnight delivery and according to the email I received it was shipped the same day but arrived 3 days later. The part was correct and I was able to repair my HPZ3100 printer. So overall my experience was positive and the shipping issue appears to have been the shipping company not PartsHere.

However, I have now started receiving spam at the email address I provided to PartsHere. I use a unique email address for each company I do business with in order to isolate and determine which companies are selling email addresses to spammers or have had their systems hacked. PartsHere falls into this category. The phishing emails I'm now receiving are addressed to the email account I gave to PartsHere and are attempts to gather information about my PayPal account. Which I don't have, by the way.

very unhappy---my fuser went out on my HP printer and was sent to this site for speed.... Paid for 2 day air and it is now the 7th and still no part.no answer to emails, no tracking numbers no phone numbers--- thank god officemax stepped up to the plate
update fuser sent on 9-10-07 company has called with many excuses as to what happened.. BUT it still comes down to communications......which this company seems to lack
