Steward with Patient Care Medical has been a God sent. He calls to remind me that it is time for my order every month and to confirm if the same amount is suffice. In case there has been a change in catheter usage. The order always arrive with in a couple of days. Thank you for your amazing customer service and great quality merchandise.

Bess has been an integral part of my medical care and has assisted me in obtaining the necessary equipment needed to independently care for myself. I am a registered nurse case manager myself and I was appalled at the lack of skills within my primary care practices when they set me out on a journey to navigate my own needs. I am fortunate that I know where to look and blessed that Bess was willing to work with me on a personal and emotional health matter.

Patient care medical has supplied my catheter needs for years and I’m very satisfied. Heather always calls first before sending out an order to make sure I’m ready for it and it’s never a problem if I’m not. She’s happy to call me back!

Excellent customer service . Bess is truly an asset to your company ! She goes above and beyond. I have had Ms for 21yrs. Bess truly makes me smile because she understands what I'm going through and is very informative. All I have to do is pick up the phone and explain my situation and she helps. It's great to know there's still good people out there and Bess and your company are awesome !

Bess was super helpful and very compassionate !! Rachel medhurst was also an angel to my rescue!! I can't thank her enough for helping me at the Cleveland clinic. So blessed to have ran into her on the elevator in a time of need!!

I amm 70 year man.Have been self cathing for more than 30 years,because of MS.In this time I have tryed many different cath manufacturers.I will say that Patient Care Medical is by far the best cath that I have ever used.
