After using this product in the past in the insurance industry, I have now purchased in my current office setting dealing with financial PDF's that we receive from customers. This works great for scanned PDF's and we continue to use every month!

I completed a Google search for PDF to Excel and found you guys. I use the product on a daily basis with our time keeping system and love that it can also convert PDF tables into word. Great product and would recommend to others.

I loved how intuitive the conversion software was designed. It allowed for the conversion of PDFs immediately and every time I have a new requirement, Cogniview seems to have already thought out a solution

I must convert very spacious documents to recover them in a database. The majority of giving software the recovery PDF in other formats, does not give suppleness and PDF2XL's precision. After the trial of version PDF2XL BASIC Edition, I converted for version Enterprise without hesitancy.

COGNIVIEW'S PRODUCT WHICH ALLOWED ME TO TRANSFER A PDT TO AN EXCEL FILE DID NOT JUST SAVE ME TIME- LITERALLY DAYS, IT GAVE ME A MEANS TO ACCESS DATA TO TRULY EVALUATE AND ANALYSIS IT. Further, the Cogniview team, jumped in to help me get the product functioning for me in precisely the manner I needed. Their support was excellent. I looked and there was nothing on the market that touched them in terms of utility. I look forward to other products and to seeing the magic these inventive folks can achieve. I will remain a fan looking forward to new developments.

Very easy and intuitive product to use. Extremely useful and reasonably accurate product for converting PDF documents to Excel. Saves a lot of time and effort re-keying and manipulating data -especially numerical documents such as bank statements, reports, etc. Highly recommended.

I believe for every person dealing with PDF files on a daily basis, especially for employees who need to format, convert, modify the PDF documents among other files, PDF2XL products are a standard toolset. If you are looking for "solid" and not "approximate or erroneous" results, this is the right software. Support team will actually solve your specific cases by working on your sample files and deliver the recommended settings and the output file. Something to consider and luxury.

I have used PDF2XL for several years now and absolutely love it! Cogniview is continually updating the product and it just gets better and better. So, no big surprise, when I needed a word conversion product I went to Cogniview. Very happy with the products and the pricing. The rare times I have needed assistance, my emails were answered promptly and one email usually got me back on track. I am so glad someone suggested PDF2XL for my conversion processes!

It is rare that one can get a new software tool and use it immediately. PDF2XL was a dream conversion tool. I have converted multiple documents from a PDF file to an Excel spreadsheet. There is no doubt that I would buy another product from Cogniview.

Actually my contact was previous to the sale, as I was having problems in paying for the software while I was outside US at that moment. However, it was a problem of my operation and everithing was fine in the call I had when trying to sort it out.

The website is easy to use and informative. Product support could benefit from a few more advanced tutorials to educate users about more advanced functions like batch conversions and associated fields, both extremely useful features.

The mid-level pdf2excel is a huge timesaver for me, as I work with a lot of records that are in scanned form that need to be put into a spreadsheet. The spreadsheets it creates saves me a lot of data entry time. I love it!

I am glad I found PDF2XL - I was looking for a tool to copy and paste statement data into the "Batch Enter Transactions" screen in QB Desktop. Since using your product, I've cut my data entry by nearly half. I just wish that scanned documents could be copied/pasted with the same program, but I understand upgrading to include that function is accomplished by paying a nominal fee. Keep up the good work! PS: Does this product work the same in QBO?

The software application has provided a great solution to us. We are a CAP firm and the PD2XL application is great and meets our needs. I would definitely recommend the product. So much client information comes to us on paper. We are able to scan, then populate spreadsheet and start work much more quickly.

I don't know how I lived before, without PDF2XL. I use it regularly to pull tables of data out of documents - either that I scan in or are already pdf. The ability to select artibrary areas and adjust the columns and all that are indispensable. And I'm sure I've only scratched the surface of what it can do. I was a little underwhelmed with PDF2Word. Perhaps I don't understand it, because it hasn't really worked for me very well.

PDFtoXL is my go to program. It seamlessly coverts pdfs in a matter of seconds and is easy to learn. I have not found another product that coverts documents so well. My PC died awhile back and when I contacted customer service they resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend PDFtoXL. You regret your purchase!

When I was looking for something that would convert a pdf to an excel spreadsheet, I really had no idea what was out there. I found the PDF2XL site, thought I'd give it a try since they were advertising what I was looking for. It was very easy to start using this product, it did exactly what I needed it to do, and I have been extremely happy and thankful for it because it saves me so much time.

I bought PDF2XL a few years ago and only occasionally use it. Even if it is only used occasionally, the program has saved many hours of work. The price/performance ratio is therefore excellent. The upgrade prices are reasonable and occasional promotions also allow cheaper updates (if you are on a tight budget). Overall very satisfactory.
