I ordered the carpenter pencils as a means to market to my local construction workers. I haven't received them yet but ordering was fast and easy. Only thing I wish this site would incorporate is a design generator for immediate proof instead of waiting. Overall ordering and design was seemingly easy.

I see that you're an Amazon seller.... but I was unable to use my Amazon prime to place the order....

I placed my order in 5 minutes flat. No muss no fuss

I ordered 500 pens. Prior to ordering I checked to see how long before I would receive the pens as we are in the middle of a campaign and needed them ASAP. I was assured that I could have them in 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark I received a notice that they were not yet in production and it would be another MONTH before I would receive them. I called, ended up talking to a supervisor who had all kinds of excuses and ended up saying they would "try" to have it done sooner. No real commitment. Given this poor service I had to cancel the order and will have to seek out another company that will hopefully honor their commitment. Since the Pen Factory advertises they are an AMAZOM preferred vendor I will also be notifying Amazon of my experience. Don't be fooled, this is a poor company that will not honor it's commitments!

I received email on 3-9-2020 & I tried to place order for 15% discount- tried to order on 16th-would not process discount. maybe another company would be better next time I order. made me sad. I ordered but unhappy

I tried to order 100 pens, they said they were not able to do them do to this policy "Please be advised that due to our policies we can not apply offensive language for imprint, or language that we consider to be abusive or to offense others". So I said that is fine then just cancel my order and refund my payment. this was on the 4th of Feb. Their Answer "In response to your request, order has been cancelled. You may keep this response as verification of the cancellation." No refund of yet 5th of Feb. So I asked them why on the 6th Feb. Their Answer "We apologize for the delay, you should see this reflected in your account within the next 3-4 business days." Todays date 13th of Feb. And still nothing. I informed that on the 12th of Feb. I will file a complaint with my card company and end of day. Their Answer "Thank you for contacting PenFactory.com We are truly sorry for the delay and inconvenience. Your request has been escalated to our credit department for them to solve this as soon as possible." So I had to file the complaint still waiting on a refund. And nothing. Poor service. Will not do or recommend their company. I still have not heard a word on my refund.
