Although the buying process is rather straight forward, I've had an already cancelled order due to extraordinary fraud rules such as different billing and shipping address. That is something that has to change due to both time consumption as well as frustration and practicality. I am asking for a follow up because I still thing something may block this transaction too.

One needs a pop up to say what is wrong with my existing/previous mailing/billing address. It took a little longer to figure out that now I needed to add a phone number when I last shipped it did not ask for this.

Another company claimed their pen had audio capability -WRONG!!! Looked at Spy Pen reviews and chose the Ultra 2K HD. Had a couple verbal lies about me (naturally with no witnesses) so hope to catch this person with proof positive.

Mild learning curve. One of the buttons is difficult to press, have to use my thumbnail. Aside from that it looks great. I've used it as a voice recorder, not yet as a phone recorder, but it's a cool little item.

For some reason payment first time did not came thru. Another/different page later shows up to complete the payment transaction. I have a bit concern if credit card information has been expose due to that process or dbl charges were applied.

step 1 needs to be fix box was checked where to ship to billing address but it wouldn’t let me go forward until i picked ship to different address and then went back to ship to same address as billing for card thank you

I have shopped with your company before, your products are very good. however, I must say, you still do not mention that there may be a duty to pay for the customer, some companies offer insurance for its customers? that is the only flaw I find with your company. My order came and costed an extra £25 due to custom duty

Website was easy to browse. Checkout was fast and easy. A little confusion on returning to shop and being able to reflect on "cart." Ended up with two pens in cart and deleted one. Thanks for the easy delete function on the order form.

I placed an order a couple months ago but unfortunately had to cancel it quickly (unexpected bill came). Ordering it was easy and cancelling it was easy. I'm re-ordering the product today as a gift for someone and everything was easy. I would like an email after the item has been mailed and received so that I can give feedback on the shipment and product (only to help you improve anything). So far so good. We'll see how the shipment, delivery and product measure up. Thank you! Received my order within a couple weeks, had one missing item (earbuds). Had difficulties at first getting through to a representative on the phone, but when I did (12/5) the rep (Tom) was very professional, caring, and concerned. He promised the missing item would be mailed that day and it was. I received it quickly and am very satisfied with the PenRecorderPro product(s) and the customer service they provided to me. I will definitely purchase from them in the future. I have my eyes on several other items of interest.

Can't say enough about my HD500. I dropped it in water (completely submerged) and it worked like it never happened. 100% legit product. Unfortunately, I misplaced it but fortunately, it means an upgrade. Thank you so much.

Ive been a long time buyer of pen recorder pro and the pens have always been so reliable, from video/photo to audio, even using the pen to transport pdf files or software to and from work, i will always recommend these products

I purchased one Penrecorderpro pen for my grandson's Christmas gift. Since today is Christmas Eve I can't give you any feedback on how he liked it, etc. Once he starts making use of it in college I will try to give you some feed back on how it is working out for him.
