I was very disappointed with the delivery time for my items, especially after paying extra for faster shipping. However, the PIKO customer service department went above and beyond to make things right. The products, as always, were wonderful!

I ordered a navy tunic on sept. 20 and have been charged. On oct. 5 I received a message saying the order was being processed. Today is oct. 11, I would like to have my tunic or my money back. Ignored

It's been 15 days since I placed my order and I haven't received it. The FedEx tracking number I was provided in an email doesn't work. This website does not seem legit.

I love the v neck long sleeve tops but there are limited to no colors I want for a long time. Given that limitation I can't order enough to avoid shipping costs. People admire mine all the time and I send to you, but without stock they can't buy from you!

I want to see what the product looks like before I give 5 stars. The only regret I have about the experience was that I couldn't figure out what the return policy was right away.

Received one of your shirts as a gift and it is quite possibly the most comfortable clothing I have ever worn! Immediately went to your website to try some other items. Looking forward their arrival! Received the shirts and love them just like the first one I received as a gift. I can see they are going to be very versatile. Will be visiting your website again!

I paid for 2 day shipping and it's been four days and the order has not even shipped yet. I do understand it's two days from shipped but I expect it to ship in a reasonable amount of time.

Though items appeared available at the time of my order, I was later informed that they were not. I was notified of this but it has taken an additional month to mail the remaining items during which time even more things weren't available. I have dealt with numerous mailorder companies and most do not wait for a response to mail the available items. Had PIKO done this, I would have had my order weeks ago and had more items. This has been one of the worse experiences ever.

The worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. I’ve always been a fan of Piko but I’ve always bought the clothes in stores. The online experience is extremely unorganized... especially when you purchase something and find out weeks later that your shipment hasn’t shipped because part of your order is no longer available? And then find out the other part is on back order?! There should be a disclaimer or warning before and while purchasing if this is an issue. Or even an email After the purchase to warn the customer about their order!!

I was only informed of out of stock items 10+ days after I placed my order. So now I have waited over two weeks for items that were in stock at the time of my order. The site allowed me to place the order, but I was just informed that they were out of stock. Very frustrating and slow experience. Will not order directly from this site again.

Most products that I ordered were on backorder - they were not listed as "sold out" on the website, that's why I ordered them. I placed my order almost a month ago and I am just now getting a shipping notification. I will more than likely never use your website again or recommend anyone to use it.

This was order was placed but shipping cost was not visible until right after I placed it. The shipping cost for one item was $10 which was way too high. I then tried to cancel the order but was unable to do so. Then the order arrived weeks later. The item did not look like what I ordered. This is the first time I've had a negative shopping experience with Piko.

I ordered a Bamboo Log Sleeve Top Small/Wine which was comfirmed on November 2. It is now January 2 and I have not received the top I paid for on November 2! Order #158157. I would appreciate your follow up.
