I was happy that you offered online coupons that worked! While the wood working itself was of good quality, the hardware was extremely cheap. I had 4 wood screws break after being screwed in ~80-90% of the way in leaving headless screws embedded within the wood, which required me to drill new screw holes. The delivery time was excessive, but that was due to the freight company not leaving messages initially leading me to believe that the repeated calls from unknown area codes might be telemarketers, which in turn lead my to block them, so their inability to get a hold of me was compounded by my actions.

The "Place Order" button was off to the left and not easy to see, so the natural inclination was to click the big green "Submit" button, which forced me to enter info indicating I wanted to sign up for email offers. Didn't care for that the product looks well made so I went back and finally figured out how to place the order.

This was exactly what I was looking for. However, one of the chairs came with a flaw. A nail is poking up into the "skin" of the polywood chair. When I complained I was given an apology and a detailed "self fix." The self fix should work, but it requires that I hire someone with a drill to come fix this as I cannot do this myself. For the price I paid, almost $400 per chair, this chair should have arrived in perfect condition. I think it would be better for a new chair to have been shipped and a pickup issued for the imperfect chair. Additionally, I live up on a mountain, and the largest truck that can get here is a 28ft. moving truck. So I had to drive down to a shopping mall (again, not too far,) and meet the trucker (who was in a 50ft. rig) where he unpacked the chairs and put them in my car. Consequently I was not able to examine the chairs until I was home. I might have been able to "refuse" the less than perfect chair, and so have more control of this issue and achieve better results.

Product is a quality product at a good price. FedEx is a terrible delivery company. They damaged two deliveries that had to be returned. XPO Logistics delivered my third delivery and it came in perfect condition.

Easy. We bought the small trucks for our grandson but they were to small. Hopefully this one is just right for him. And it was. Boys will be boys and he loves his truck. We have caught his younger sister playing with it.

My parents bought us a swing exactly like the one I ordered as a housewarming gift 30 years ago. Somehow, it was lost in a move. I have been searching for this swing. So very thankful that you have the swing. Grateful beyond words.

First time ordering. I was very happy with the chicken coop I ordered. It was exactly as I expected it to be. Took quite a long time to receive it after ordering. I was told they only build the kits after orders have been made. It was a bit pricey but very well made. My chickens are very happy.

Would have liked a reverse-side image of product to view and info on how to hang product from vinyl-sided building ( before purchase). Was given 2 discount codes and both were "invalid" for this purchase.

I have been trying for over 2 weeks to communicate to someone I have emailed and called numerous times. no response. A friend ordered a similar lighthouse so I know the product is fine. But the lack of communication is not really acceptable. If I had not seen the lighthouse we bought I would have not ordered form Pinecraft.

I did have a little difficulty with checking out! Then called left a message and no one called back emailed and still no response so I figured I should just try again, and luckily it went through for me! You guys really do have amazing stuff here!

This is my second order for your wagons. First one was pink. This purple one is for a special little girl who had epilepsy. Diagnosed at 6 months. Is now 4 and just learning to walk. This will be great for her!

I am very disappointed with the workmanship of the picnic table that I ordered. When I think of Amish Made in The U.S.A. I think of attention to detail and quality workmanship. This was not the case for us. There were several issues with our table that demonstrated a lack of attention to detail. I sent a few photos to Pinecraft with my concerns, but there has been no reply. I did not appreciate having to sand off permanent pen markings on the wood and it soon became obvious that many of the predrilled holes were out of alignment with each other. I didn't get a photo of the poor angle cut where the table support meets the table top but it doesn't even touch flush, so the only thing holding that end of the table top are the two screws since the wood does not meet to support the top. This will eventually cause the failure of this table. Structural support pieces were installed crooked. Some pieces were splintered where they were screwed on under the tabletop. Just disappointing to see this. I worked hard for that $485.00 and I honestly believed I was going to receive a quality piece that we could enjoy for years to come. We are very disappointed in the quality and workmanship. It made me sick to know that I paid nearly $500.00 for this table thinking we were making a quality purchase. Originally we had planned to order another table for our deck and one for our orchard garden, but I am sorry to say that we will not purchase again. Sincerely, Faith

Looks like quality merchandise and Made in the USA is great! The tires are made in China and are very smelly. Takes time to air out. The side boards seem somewhat flimsy and should be higher. The paint job looks like one coat and sprayed on. Overall pretty nice cart for the price but could use improvements.

Overall worst customer service I have ever seen. I was given the wrong color wagon; simple issue. The lack of customer service was ridiculous. I couldn't get a call back or a return email over the span of weeks. I finally had to reach out to the builder of the wagon directly to resolve my issue. They were great. If pinecraft.com is run by anyone over the age of 20 they need to quit now and get into a different business because customer service is not for them. Horrible, horrible website and I will be sure no one I know ever buys from them again.

I somehow was expecting a wood product. I still have not mounted it on the house because of not being sure how best to mount it. I emailed you to ask if you had a mounting kit, but nobody got back to me.

I would rather just see the pricing totals for the larger sizes than the+ sign ,took me a minute to figure out how you computed the total, no big deal really, look forward to my unit. Merry Christmas Doug
