I submitted my order online late one night, I received a phone call within an hour of their office opening the next morning advising me that one of the items on my order was unavailable and that I would be refunded for it. They then proceeded to ship part of my order while waiting on stock for another item, and that other item was subsequently delivered a few days later as a separate delivery with no extra charge. In short, their customer service was excellent and I will happily buy from them again.

I found Michael & David at Pittman to be excellent to deal with. I have recommended Pittman to some friends who will need some products from them in the future. I will absolutely have no problem dealing with Pittman in the future.

I order four items. Two arrived as I would expect 1-2 days. At time of ordering nobody told me that the other items where going to be late. Had to email Milan on Tuesday, who told me they would arrive Thursday & Friday.
Got the third item a 8 days after order , emailed again cause fridays never came , then got fourth item 10+ days.

Hi Pittman, Everything went marvellous, ordering delivery etc. One little quibble no bolts included in the package, which was a little disappointing. Otherwise very happy.

Product itself was 5 star but on sales order received on the 7/8/18 the total was 195.57. on the invoice received on the 14/8/18 the total was 207.26. was disappointing that it was different than I was led to believed.

Brilliant service, I needed an item delivered the next day and Pittman did not let me down. I had previously purchased items from Pittman when I was working in my last job and then my new job had a signage requirement and I immediately recommended Pittman and everybody was happy with their product and service.

Delivered goods whit in 24 hours and sorted out delivery issue (ie damaged goods again with in 24 hours) A good company to deal with and i would have no problem in recommending them as an excellent company to deal with..

I purchased some very basic items on the 7th October, just signs that could fit in a small padded envelope and could have been sent to me in the post.
On the 17th October I received a mail asking me to comment on your service. At that stage I hadn't received any goods so I rang to enquire as to where the order was. I was told by Michael that he would investigate and the following day (18th) I got an e-mail from Michael explaining the delay. He said that I would have them, the following day. He was nearly right, they arrived on the 20th.
I have made purchases from Pittman on several occasions and have never had a problem before. I believe it to be a one off incident and if wouldn't discourage me from purchasing from Pittman.

Asked for Saturday delivery, nobody took head had to leave work and pay a fee for local collection when i could not take delivery, poor execution.

I was very surprised to find out they did not install the items they sell, they are expensive enough without paying a further 200 euro for installation. So for this I did not purchase in the end almost 400 euro is way to high

I have only recently starting using Pittmann and I am very happy with my experience so far. Orders dealt with professionally, lead-times and delivery were correct.
