Would give zero stars if it wS an option. I am incredibly disappointed in Puma's customer service. I placed an order on 4/26 and have yet to receive it after receiving an email that it was shipped on 4/28. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service with no response 2 weeks ago. I also was promised a credit by 2 representatives I chatted with and have not received that either. The last repesentative I chatted with was obvious she was getting agitated as she started typing me in all caps and she ended the conversation without asking if i had additonal questions. I will never purchase a Puma product again. I am sure more people would feel the same if they ever had to come in contact with those that represent this company.

If I could give negative stars I would. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I’m out money and shoes not to mention I have to return a damn item they sent me by mistake. WTH. I wish I would have read these reviews before I spent any money here. Good luck with customer service by the way there a real gem ?.

I sent a return back and they received it on MAY 5, 2020. It is May 27, 2020 and they are just now processing my return. Also when I have them on chat they always end the chat before they give any answers. ll they say is I will get an email when the return is processed. I do not think I will receive my refund.
Do not waste your time with working with them online.
NEVER AGAIN.

I'm so mad, I constantly shop online for everything and never once had an issue occur like this with any other retailer. I was nervous placing an order for shoes and hoping they would fit my husband. My husband suffers from severe nerve damage and I found the disc shoe would be perfect so he won't have to lean down to tie his shoes. It took me days of searching before I decided on this specific puma shoe for Valentine's Day. So I place the order through PayPal, a whole 24 hours goes by then BAM! I get an email of some bs excuse telling me that the item is no longer in stock so my order is cancelled and there sorry for the inconvenience. WHAT? You would think for such a big company they would surely have better inventory keeping system and if they couldn't fulfill my online order for the inconvenience they should have taken time to ship one from one if there actual stores. It was my first time doing business with them and it will be my last. I will not shop nor spend a dime with such a dishonest company. You cannot sell someone something when you don't have it physically in stock, don't they know that's illegal!!! So here I am back to square one no Valentines Day present...I'm thinking of going to adidas but never again puma. Hopefully it never happens to you but if it does just know you aren't the only one! Ooo and by the way the only thing they offered was free ground shipping on a next order and in order for me to redeem it I MUST CALL THEM so no they're so pathetic that they couldn't even offer me a promo for free shipping. So if I ever wanted to order or get the free shipping I must place a phone order...umm sorry that's more than pathetic, that's like a slap in the face with another slap in the face. Like sorry for he inconvenience and by the way here's another if we ever want you money. Apparently they couldn't careless about there customers!

I should've looked at the reviews first. But thinking as puma is a popular brand I didnt have too. I ordered two pairs of shoes, got one pair the next day it said it was shipped. My other pair was shipped before that one and still haven't received it. I emailed customer service and they keep saying to check my tracking it will update. It never did. So I emailed them again , no reply. I emailed again. Got an email saying that the email doesnt exist!!!! So I either will get them late or wont get them at all and lose money.

Puma does not care to honor the quality of their products, bought soccer cleats and within 8 months their is a giant hole making the shoes unwearable and puma won't replace them or give any discount on future shoes.
They don't care about their customers only the money you spend.

I purchased a bag that cost around $100 at the start of July via puma.com's website. Through no fault of my own, their website created a duplicate order. I didn't receive any email confirmation of this duplicate --I found out about it when a second package arrived at my house and my credit card was charged again for the full purchase price. I thought that it wouldn't be a big deal, as companies make mistakes too. I'll just send it back. That's when my difficulties began.

For starters, there is no customer service telephone number listed on their website, only a web-based form. If you have a problem with an order, you will not be able to immediately speak to a real person. I used the form, and a few days later finally received a response with RMA information.

I told them what happened and quite reasonably requested that they refund me the cost of shipping. Don't get me wrong, I would normally eat the cost of a return without complaint, but the shipping was a rather high $26 and after all.. it was their mistake! All I got in response was form letter response with:
"We apologize in advance that shipping fees are non-refundable."
Looks like I would be subsidizing the cost of their errors.

Regardless, I sent the package back and received confirmation that it arrived on July 19th. I waited a full 6 weeks for a refund to show up on my credit card for the $100 cost of the duplicate order. Their website states that a refund will occur within 4-6 business weeks. It didn't.

I called, spoke to someone, and was told that they would find out what happened to the package and call me back within a day or two. So I waited a week, and nothing.

I made a second call the following week. I was told that they couldn't resolve my issue over the phone, they would have "call me back" after "talking to the warehouse." I was promised by the customer sales rep that they would prompty resolve my problem and call me back personally. I was a little irate that I was getting the same response, but decided I had no choice. A week later? No response yet again!

I waited another week, just in case the refund showed up. I called a third time, was promised the refund was put through, and fortunately, finally, it showed up within the week.

It took them until the end of September to correct an error they made at the start of July. In the end, I was out $26 and a considerable amount of time and effort.

I recommend everyone avoid their site. Buy from a puma reseller or a physical store. While my problem was eventually resolved, you run the risk of encountering the same level of unprofessionalism and hassle if (god forbid) you have a problem with your order.

I was robbed of $54+ by Puma Store Online. I returned an order to them, which their own website showed had been returned. And they have refused to give me my refund ever since, claiming the items (which were shipped back in 2 different packages on different days) were "lost in transit". They are obviously a scam operation. Puma AG in Germany should be ashamed that such blatant thieves operate their online store in this country.

I had given my football shoes for repair at first they told me that they will return me my shoe in a weeks time but today its the 15th day and in between I went to ask for it 2 or 3 times so they told me that u will get it on this day that day it is a request to people to plz avoid puma as it's service is very poor.

Mrs. Tiana, the customer service manager saved my life. I placed an order on 5-19-18, only to find out on the 21st, my order was cancelled. Not to mention that it was for my birthday gathering 6-6-2018. I called customer service this morning and I received the best service ever. I reorder my items with Ms. Tiana on hold and she asked for the confirmation number. She then went the extra mile. She credit the overnight and taxes back to my card, which is more than I could have asked for. So now let's just cross our fingers that my items get to me in time.

Bought $350 worth of products from puma.com on 12/22 and paid $25 for overnight shipping. The next day came and went, no delivery. Called PUMA and they told me they are not shipping until after XMAS on Jan 2nd. No apology or legitimate explanation as to why, no word of a refund at all. No call, email or notification to tell me my products would not be arriving in time for XMAS. I will never buy a PUMA product again.

I order 3 skorts from Puma online. On July 2, 2018 I mailed them back via Fed Ex using the Puma provided label. The items were received by Puma on July 10, 2018. I never received notification that the items had been received. About 7/13 I contacted Puma via online chat to inquire if items received and when my refund would be processed. That was when the rudeness and horrible customer service started. Each time I talked to them I was given a different time frame of return. The first person told me 3-5 business days. So after that period I chatted again then I was told up to 10 business days. I got scripted responses from each person with no reason for why it takes so long. I was told items had to go through "inspection" process. Two of the items were in the sealed bags that Puma put them in and one had been tried on but was put in the original bag with the tags on!

I finally reached the 10th day today and did another chat asking where my refund was. It was processed (supposedly) and I was told technically they had until the end of today to process it! Seriously! Very rude customer service! I was told I'd receive a confirmation email stating my full refund was being processed. 24 hours will tell.

Never again will I order from Puma and I suggest anyone who is considering ordering read carefully about a return. I don't have a store near me or I would have taken items there. For a US based company to take this long to process a return is inexcusable. I will happily pay more and order from reputable companies that care about their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

Customer service and management will lie about you order that take two week to ship and 4 weeks to process refunds!i was told my order was cancelled because the items was out stock 5 days after i placed it.i ask why they stated item out stock and card declined,which was a lie!they offered to give credit for false imnformation and i never seen it 2 weeks later.PLEASE,ORDER FROM OTHER STORES THAT CARRY THE SAME PUMA STUFF.Orders are faster and you can return anywhere besides FL

Spent over $150 only to receive the wrong sneakers received my return on 10/12/2017 and still have not gotten a credit posted to my VISA account. I will never purchase a Puma product again!!

I ordered a custom order from a well known website a whole day after I placed my Puma order. (which was almost a $200) WELL, my CUSTOM ORDER has shipped and Puma STILL has not even sent my "on its way" email. Contacted customer service and apparently, as of right now it takes 4 days (or more) just to put shoes in a box!

On October 6, 2019 I purchased an online order for Puma motorsport sweat pants. It was supposed to be a gift for my
brother- in- law. On the same night at the same time I ordered the same sweats but a different color from Amazon. I went with Puma initially because your price was cheaper. On October 9th my sweats arrived, while my brother-in-law's sweats are in no man's land. On October 10th an email confirmation from Puma was received notifying me that my product had shipped. The shipment date was already past the 2 day promise of when Puma is supposed to ship the from your warehouse.
A week passed and still no sweats. The tracking details said it would arrive on the18th of October. Now I am really bothered by this entire process. The first representative I spoke to from the Puma online customer service had no knowledge of the location of my order or when it would be delivered. The representative made me believe justify this is the normal time frame for deliveries. Not being convinced with her explanation I spoke to a manager. The manager was unable to provide any specifics about my order. Even when I told the manager that the tracking said the sweats would be delivered to me by Friday, October 18th, she was unable to confirm the information. The manager mentioned having issues with FedEx in the past, and I questioned why continue to use them.
I was told I couldn't cancel my order cause it had already shipped (really!!!). The manager credited my account $7.00 and couldnt tell me anything else. So now it is October 16th and I have not received the shipment, an update from Puma or Fedex.
Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything else from your company. And I will also be contacting BBB.
Thank you for your quick response. This experience with Puma has been horrible. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, in addition to writing a review on social media outlets.
The delivery has taken approximately 2 weeks. Everyday my 14 year old brother-in-law inquires about the sweats and each time I have to tell him they haven't arrived.
In Pumas website it implies that Puma is the fastest, but that is far from

I ordered the Fenty fur slides a few days ago, and during checkout it said it would take about 7 days to arrive. They were shipped out 2 days ago and when I went to track my package the puma site is saying it's going to be another 20 days!!!!!! (there was no option for faster shipping during checkout) I tried to speak to someone but no help, they couldn't care less, none explained they just said that's just how it is. Crappy customer service. I'll never buy from puma again!

I placed an order on December 3 using a Friends and Family coupon that happened to stack multiple times. While the cancellation of the order on the following Monday did not surprise me, the fact that my credit card funds as of 12/14 STILL have not been released irritates me.

Their customer service email will take over 1 business day to provide and response, a generic one at best. Their phone customer service also seems to disconnect you often or just keep you on hold for an infinite amount of time. It's one thing to not honor a mistake in a sale, but it's another to not remedy it and return funds in a prompt manner.

Terrible store; stick with the retailer stores or 3rd party sellers.
