Very pleased with furniture which came within a week of ordering. Delivery men polite and helpful,allowed time for checking and offered to take away packaging. Only down side was no contact evening before or morning of delivery as promised. Lucky we had stayed in that day!

Placed order took £864 kept money for one month then told out of stock till November offered refund which I agreed. Still waiting seven days later. Can not get through on telephone as it cuts off. Only correspondence through email which takes ages for response. Asked them to call me they don’t. Then reply to say can not find order. Getting very worried as it’s a lot of money. Would never use this company again. Ordered new garden furniture last weds 17/6 coming today 24/6 that’s what I call service. If no response by 26/6 going through credit card to get money back

Really upset and disappointed with the quality. I am happy with the quality of the cushions, the frame and the table are but the rattan weave on the actual corner sofa looks terrible and is sagging in the corner. It looks like the rattan has stretched as well as all moved downwards. It hasn’t had much use. There are 3 of us at home and we have never had all seats occupied at the same time despite the set being a 9 seater with 6 sofa seats. After contacting Sixty Stores customer services, including photos, I had a short email back saying “ This is general usage and not related to the warranty which only covers the metal framework. The rattan weave can move when used this is nothing abnormal!” Followed by “unfortunately we are unable to help you any further” Really disappointed with the ‘I don’t care attitude of Sixty Stores ‘Business Operations Manager’ especially after spending £999 on garden furniture which will probably need replacing after this summer. I have done some research and family/friends have paid less for their rattan garden furniture and had it longer yet their rattan hasn’t moved or stretched. It’s very frustrating when you’ve saved up for something nice, spent hours trying to get good quality at a good price and then finding it is poor quality and falling to pieces after one short summer. I wasn’t asking for a refund or money back I just wanted advice and an opportunity to have the sofa repaired. Please think twice before ordering from this company.

Had this furniture for a year, the rattan weave has sagged in so many places, and has melted on the table. This is similar to other reviews on this company. Asked for assistance on a repair and was told that it is out of warranty. Not had a response yet further than this. The set cost nearly £1,000, and just to get a simple 'we can't do anything its out of warranty' is disappointing. I would avoid and go for a more reputable company.

we bought a corner unit Rattan. We had to wait a while as stock was due to come in. Two delivery drivers , very pleasant and left where we needed with no hassle . the quality of the furniture is very good and build, and believe that with care looking after it will last a good few years. have bought covers to make sure winter does not get to it . cushions also very good quality , and make a very good part of our garden to relax and enjoy time out side

Excellent service. Ordered when out of stock which we knew from the website and were kept informed and then notified when the parasol would be available and shipped. The product (Mayfair 3m Cantilever Parasol) is excellent. Build quality and the granite base are top notch. The delivery was also excellent with the driver placing all boxes in our Garage and taking a photo for proof of delivery and no damage to boxes etc.

arrived earlier than date given came nicely packaged did not need to fix it together already done..Nice colour and quality very happy with the service and furniture. would buy again from the store and also recommend it

Ordered my rattan dining set on the 30th July, the website stated it was in stock, and delivery would be up to 10 days maximum. 8th September and still no dining set. The website now says it is out of stock and to 'contact them for more information'. I contact them and get a reply saying they are looking into it. After 15 emails back and forth i have no answers, and now i have requested for a refund 12 days ago which it said would take up to 7 days and still no refund. You cannot take the money for items which you don't intend to deliver. Absolute shocking customer service!

Dont go anywhere near. Stay away. 27th may was my delivery date that too 15 days after i placed the order whereas the website advertised 10 days. It has been 6 days after the delivery date, forget delivery i have had no communication from sixty stores or the website. Ibhave been calling them everyday as well as emailing them Absolutely no response.Shocking.

Service was excellent, right from placing the order online, the telephone call to confirm delivery was really thoughtful, to the text 30 minutes before delivery. Our furniture looks fabulous & was definitely very good value for money, this is our 3rd set of rattan furniture & seems to be of excellent quality. The 2 guys who delivered it were really nice & helpful, they unpacked it all for us & took away all the packaging, as well as ensuring we know about the guarantee & how to look after it. We would definitely recommend them & would buy from them again.

Rattan material on the table started to sag within a few days... I sent it pictures to their customer service team, which were first dismissed with an ‘it should resolve itself’ response. It hasn’t, so I sent in further photos. I’m now in a loop of continuously being asked for more photos to send to their supplier to ‘prove’ the issue, despite the pictures doing so. I’m being completely fobbed off and rattangardenfurtiture.co.uk will not accept they have supplied a poor quality product and appear to be hoping I will go away. I paid £900 for what I hoped would be a good quality set of table and chairs. In fact They sell expensive poor quality items and aren’t offering to exchange it. Luckily I have paid via credit card so I think I should be able to recover my losses, but am shocked at the way I’ve been treated by this company.

Had my corner sofa delivered yesterday by 2 great lads who put it together abd in place then took all the packaging away so very pleased. Furniture looks great on my new decking just waiting for the sun to return now.
