Purchased a 100-pack of Taiyo Yuden DVD-Rs on 10/29 at 11:32 AM, received tracking confirmation at 3:02 PM. This quick response time is typical of basically every order I've placed through Rima. I've placed orders with them off and on for the past year or more, and to be honest I can't recommend them highly enough. One of the best ecommerce sites out there.

I've placed at least five orders with Rima for media and supplies over the last few years. Never had any problems so figured it was time to put in a good word.

Prices are good, packaging is fine and shipping/order notification has always been prompt. Can't speak for customer service since it was never needed. Highly recommended overall.

I ordered some DVD-R discs from them on 03/19/2003, arrived on 03/27/2003 from the U.S. to Canada. Great communication, fast shipment via UPS, tracking number provided. Grade A retailer, excellent prices on CD and DVD media and everything else they sell; they will get my continued business.

Ordered some Taiyo Yuden 8x DVD-R and 52x CDR. Shipped within hours and arrived as expected. It's worth the extra couple $$ to get the good stuff IMO.

Was great ordered taiyo yuden dvd-r 8x. ordered on june 17 and came on june 22. Sent me emails and their tracking works great. i was always updated at all times. the discs are real to and are not fakes. i checked with a dvd identifier and the dye was tyg02 as promised. The site was extremely easy to navigate. im so happy i found this site. I highly recommend this site.

I am very pleased with Rima. I've ordered twice from them. Each time the web ordering went smoothly and the discs were shipped that day. I received a confirmation email with a hot link containing the UPS tracking information. Product came as ordered and on time. Great prices on product and shipping (at least intra-Calif). Can't comment on their customer service since I've not had to contact them.

Super fast shipping - across the country in 4 days. The Taiyo Yuden appear authentic and I'm enjoying the quality after the first burn. Best price, fast shipment. What more could I ask for?

Ordered 100 DVD-rs and 100 cases.
Fed ex seperated order.
Got the first box. When I emailed Rima they very promptly told me after contacting Fedex where the second box was. Due to 4th Holiday I knew I wouldn't get other package monday. Waited for delivery tuesday. Freaked out when it didn't show. Called Fedex. They put a tracer on package saying it was lost.
Next morning Rima called me on the phone and said Fedex would deliver it that day (wednesday) and that they had been closed for home delivery both monday and tuesday. Why the Fedex guy couldn't tell me that in the first place I don't know. Made me feel stupid.
Rima even emailed me the info.
I got my package as promised wednesday.

Quoting myself in my last email to Rima:

I would never have caused so much trouble if the Fedex guy I called tuesday night had told me what Fedex told you - that they were closed tuesday as well as monday.

I ordered a pack of 100 DVD-R's at around 10:30am EST and had a UPS tracking Number within 4 hours. They have the best prices I have ever seen for DVD-R Media, and their shipping is cheap ($5.83 for ground shipping in my case) The package arrived 6 days later in excellent shape. You cant ask for anything more. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a spindle of CDRs on the night of Tuesday the 5th. Item was shipped the next day and arrived 5 business days later (ground shipping from California to Virginia). Great price on the item, reasonable shipping price, fast service, and the item was packaged nicely.

Ordered on Tuesday, got it on Friday. They shipped within hours of my order. 100 black DVD cases came with padding in between each case. My prodisc DVD's were genuine and in good condition as I confirmed with DVDinfo pro. Great prices, ship fast and packaged well.

After shopping around unsuccessfully for good reliable media and burning my fingers with some of the worst esellers, meritline(avoid them like plague, supermediastore), I chanced upon Rima.com and their range of T-Y products. I was impressed by their pricing, so ordered a 50 pack. They arrived yesterday and I am impressed, first disk I burned, worked like a charm, xbox backups are very picky when it comes to media and T-Y are the best. I will be doing all my shopping here from now..Good work!!!

I ordered some Taiyo Yuden DVD-Rs from Rima.com on Mon. 1/23 early in the afternoon, it shipped out the same day via UPS ground. I received the discs on Fri. 1/27 with no damage. Overall, everthing went smoothly, they had good prices, and the discs appear to be real.
