I wish I could give this place 0 stars - it does not even deserve one!! Every review here that says how bad it is is correct. I ordered a wetsuit from there over 3 weeks ago. I kept phoning and emailing them to find out where it was, as it was showing as 'in transit' for at least 2 weeks. I kept speaking to incompetent people who said they would 'find out where it is', but never got back to me. They finally emailed me today to say it has been lost! Great! If I had been told this 2 weeks ago I could have started looking for another one in time for my diving trip.

I ordered 2 life jackets, one adult and one child, 11/07/2014: The vests to rescue the little girl was not available in the warehouse stocks, I had to wait 4-5 working days. We arrived on the 25th of July and still do not know when they will arrive, maybe when the season is over!
On 18 July, after my email, I have risporto telling me that if I wanted I would be refunded the amount spent, but since I had been told that the product would arrive July 21 for three days, I decided to wait.
From 21 July I did not know anything, I had to call this morning for I always have the same answers and justifications.
If you do not go running and you have a month to receive the goods ordered then you can always hoping that in the end merchandise is available.

I have ordered two diving masks and paid for it via a bank transfer (BIG mistake). They send a non existing track & trace and promised delivery within 10 days. Needless to say, I have never received the goods. All calls to customer service as well as emails and WhatsApp where answered in a fraudulent way. To date I have not received any goods nor my money back. BIG fraud ! Stay away !

It's been 10 days and I'm STILL waiting for the 1 item that I ordered that was in stock. So far they have shipped it from Spain to Germany and England.

The customer service team were rubbish yesterday. The woman tried guarenteeing me that it would be delivered to my house yesterday based on the fact it "had left Germany already". She was purely guessing which after I questionned her she admitted and guess what... it didn't arrive at all.

I've been a diver for 15 years and bought from many a website and they generally take 2-3 days tops. This place is a joke.

I wouldn't ever buy with them agian.

Hello All,

Please consider this message before dealing with this company... I’ve bought two orders total 3 items (scubapro make) Order numbers: 17001995 & 17219399, which I should receive 2 weeks ago.. I still didn’t receive any items yet, and I’ve added request over the website to change the address of the items at the same day of purchase, but I didn’t get any replay on any of them! Now I’ve received a message of the post office asking me for nearly half of the item prices to reroute the item to my state again.. which is unfair...

I’ve tried calling their number (internationally) and the guy picked up the phone sound drunk! And not even bothered to answer my simple questions...
honestly Im regretting dealing with those people and I wouldn’t do in the future.. and guys please be carful

I ordered a watch of 141 euros the 2nd of Dec , the estimated delivery was the 17th or 18th of december.
I got no email to say that the delivery is delayed.
This present was for christmas

I have been buying items from Scubastore.com for the last two years. Sometimes it was hard-to-find items that were not available in the US and sometimes it was a high value item that my LDS couldn’t hope to approach. Without exception transactions have been smooth and emails quickly responded to...until now (isn’t that always the case?).

My girlfriend and I are both reaching “that point” in our lives where presbyopia strikes, my VR3 just isn’t doing it for me, and in general for our type of diving we wanted something “else”. With that in mind after reviewing many computers we found nothing perfectly fit the bill (when does that ever happen?) and compromised on the Galileo Sol. After reviewing the pros and cons of pricing, support, and our requirement that we buy from an authorized reseller we bought two Sol’s from Scubastore.com in late June. On our first unwrapping of the units we tried out the Heartbeat Monitors. This is a very easy process – wet the HBM contacts, put it around your chest, and turn on the Sol. My girlfriend’s connected just fine (oh my!) however mine refused to sync. After swapping units and monitors we quickly found that one of the HBMs refused to sync. The Sol’s themselves appeared to function correctly.

A prompt email went off to Scubastore.com informing them of the situation and asking how to get a replacement HRM. The answer a week later was that the Scubapro warranty group required both the Sol and the HBM returned. Fair enough…there could be something “wrong” with the Sol even though it successfully synced up with several other HBMs. Better safe than sorry even though the Sol did not appear to be an issue.

Now the saga begins. It took 10 more days of back-and-forth emails to get the full RMA info from Scubastore.com that Scubastore.com itself had to provide. Then after a week pause on my end since I was leaving on vacation I boxed and shipped the unit to Spain . Once the unit arrived in Spain it appears to have sat at Scubastore.com for 10 days before it was shipped to Scubapro. So far it has sat at Scubapro for the last 2 weeks and I’ve been informed that there is only one person at Scubapro who can do warranty evaluations / service and they are out on vacation.

I guess I am perplexed (and yes, venting). A lot of money (to me) was paid for the unit and it has been out of my possession for far longer than it was in my possession. Adding to the irritation email communication from Scubastore.com has been mostly one sided – me repeatedly asking for status and getting long silent responses nd most recently they are becoming contradictory. First one email says "sure, refund no problem" and then the next "so sorry, you will have to wait".

I consciously made the trade-off of dollars vs. the possible “inconvenience” to get warranty work accomplished. Now, looking back on it, knowing what I have gone through and am still going through, and in light of the fact that I will be without my Sol for my upcoming two week dive vacation with little recourse would I make that same decision? I’m not so sure. Would working through a LDS have improved the situation? Given past experience it is very unlikely that a LDS would provide a “loaner” Sol. It certainly would have eliminated at least 25+ days out of the equation, and avoided what is becoming a protracted adversarial relationship with a vendor where I am now attempting to get a refund.

So...while I did weigh the pros and cons prior to the purchase using past experience as a guide the future doesn’t always follow the same path. For those considering overseas purchases even at authorized resellers the answer appears to be the same – weigh the options and buyer beware.

This company advertises products and explicit;y lists them as in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours, but the item is actually not in stock and can take several weeks to be shipped from the date they tell you at check out.
I ordered a dive computer from them, and the delivery estimate was 4 to 5 days from when I made the purchase... then, after the order was completed, I was notified 2 days later that the item was not in stock, and it would take over 5 days to get the item, and then ship it. That's a minimum of a week of delay from the date they told me when I made the purchase. I then checked their website for the item, and it was still listed as in stock and shipping in 24 hours.
Oh, and calling their customer service number results in a minimum of 20 minutes on hold before they pick up the phone.
They simply lie about the items availability and shipping dates.
I would not trust this store after this. horrible experience.

I placed an order for a dive computer last week, I paid for it with paypal which didn't have any problems, and I received the computer today by DHL.

5 days transport from Barcelona to Hobart was excellent service,

I found the team at Scubastore fabulous and have recommended Scubastore to several other people, I will definately be using Scubabstore again.

I agree that it's unfortunate that there is no "0 star" option.

I needed a couple of batery sets for my and my wife's computers and I paid extra for express delivery. Having ordered on a Monday, their website (shortly to be awarded the Booker award as an amazing work of fiction) assured me that my order would arrive by Wednesday/Thursday. It's now the fiollowing Monday and there's no sign of my order.

It's no surprise that there is utter silence from all channels of their "customer service" portal.

This isn't a business, it's just someone's pitifully executed fantasy.

I'm just glad that I haven't wasted a large amount of money suffering thanks to their incompetence.

I have paid for DHL (one day) delivery and made my order on the 5th of Sept. All items I have ordered were in stock according to their website.
Two days after, and having heard nothing of them I sent them an e mail. They said one item was out of stock and it was supposed to be delivered to them on the 8th and immediatly they would send my order.
No news of the on the 8th. I have send them another mail late on the 8th. No news of them still.
On the 9th I have send another mail asking for explanations. Still no news of them.
Frankly, I am worried for my credit card security with them!!

Continuing on the above:
2 days after writing my comments here I received my order.
Since scubastore has a section on trekking and mountaineering (two activities that I also do excpet from diveing), I decided to continue shopping from them, despite my previous experience. After all their prices are very competitive and the transport costs are reasonable.
So I placed 2 more orders on Scubastote and 3 on their treking-mountaineering section. Some items were in stock according to their website and some not and were supposed to be delivered to them in a few days.
Guess what!!!!!!!! The days are passing and I still have no news from them on the possible delivery dates!!! My self , as usual, I have chosen DHL for quick delivery.

S, same story as before, only that this time the amount of money is multiple to my first order, and also my orders are now 5.

This has never happened to me before, and I have been shopping online (especially from the UK) for quite a long time!

I paid for my order back on the 2nd of October 2017, the store shipped the order to an incorrect address and therefore my order did not reach me but posted back to the store despite of a number of telephone calls and mail coresspondence I still (now its the 4th of November 2017) did not receive a refund nor any explanation from the store.

I have been trying to place a 5000 Eur order with them for 10 days. Their payment system does not work. After several phone conversations with them they promised to take the order throgh e-mail. Then they refused. Then they promised again. Then they didn't after all. All the items show in stock but I guess they are not actually in stock. Bottom line - horrible company. DONT SHOP FROM THEM! I am glad that I finally found another store with comparable prices and great customer support. Had I checked their "reputation" beforehand I would have spared myself many days of frustration.
