great service always very attentive, have been with Select for nearly 2 years and they've never let me down.

they had been informed i am over 65 years ,as such do not pay NIC contributions. they refunded my nic contribution . BUT STILL CHARGED ME (EMPLOYERS CONTRIBUTION , this should be paid to the agencey by the employer

I was introduced to Select Umbrella Ltd via a broker. I felt at the beginning they were not as helpful as i had expected and I had to do a lot of chasing up to understand how their processes worked. However since then they have improved and have been helpful, answered all my queries and payments made smoothly.

I would definitely recommend them just would advise that their approach to new customer's is slightly improved a bit more in order to not scare them away.
