Order on website - next day delivery; order via PO - two week wait - yes they were in stock. Very poorly packaged - most stuff lose on a pallet that was barely held together by shrink wrap - handwipes have no seals on them, so they all leaked their fluid as they fell over on the pallet - meaning (a) a mess; (b) they will dry up sooner than usual and be worthless - and they weren't cheap either.

I ordered around midday and the flammables cabinet arrived before 9 the next morning! This was the quickest delivery I've ever had and we didn't pay for an extra fast delivery.

Courier Delivered to incorrect address, time and effort to resolve the issue was almost painful and more than 3 weeks after the initial order still waiting for it to be fully resolved. Parcel force at fault as they delivered 2 out of 3 parcels to wrong address and subsequently managed to deliver 1 out of 2 to same place on the 2nd attempt.

from the minute they receive the order, it is despatched and we receive it the next day, perfectly packed.
also we receive a confirmation email telling us the order was received and when it was despatch and when we will receive it.

perfect.!!!!!!!

This was my 1st order and immediately after placing it I realised I have ordered too many of one item. I called their helpline and the agents were extremely helpful and, even though the order was already being packed, they were able to have the items adjust before dispatch.

Very pleasant and helpful, fast delivery, would definitely recommend.

Waited for over 5 weeks for an in stock item. sent two emails to seton sales without reply. Very disappointed with the service this time. Usually very good service.

One of the items was delayed in being delivered, however the other two were received in a timely manner.

I would have given 5 stars but on the two occasions when the delayed item was supposed to be dispatched, I did have to call to ask where the item was though I do appreciate I had also slightly jumped the gun on the second occasion as I was informed by the customer service representative that they had been due to send the email notification that afternoon to advise of the additional delay.

service was excellent ordered one day and delivered the next which is great, I also have goods on hold until we move into our new premises.

Although I ordered 150 items only 147 were delivered. This is the second occasion exactly the same occurred. If the quantity delivered had been correct they would have scored higher.

From looking at the website it wasn't obvious that I could get what I needed, one quick phone soon assured me this was possible and within a few days the artwork was agreed and the labels printed and dispatched. I am happy with the final result great service

Ordered Wed and estimated date of delivery was following Mon - acceptable you may think. However, goods actually arrived before the weekend. Very Prompt. Only drawback was that assembly instructions were a bit lacking, therefore loss of the fifth star overall.

Had a deadline to get items to site, the order wasnt processed until 4 days after I had asked and they were delayed leading to customer being very unsatisfied. From my enquiry to delivery took almost 2 weeks when I was informed everything was in stock and would be on site in a matter of days. No help or apology.
