My Tutor/Instructor was beyond brilliant. He relayed the material so well. He was easy to understand, he was knowledgeable and just such a delight to listen to. He was funny and just overall oozed awesomeness!!!

Peter Crack is a world class trainer - his subject knowledge, audit experience and passion exceeded my expectations, which I fully appreciate. The format of the course is well thought through. While it was an intensive week long training with lots of study/ homework after class, they were super useful.

Your trainer was excellent, he had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the standard and delivered what could have been a very difficult topic to understand in a way which engaged everyone.

Instructor clearly very well qualified and knows when not to get bogged down in too much detail on a two day course. Kept attention spans very well. Second day focused and useful.

Not really tailored to our organisation in any way, or providing context for how the Day #1 material is relevant to our roles. Should be more considerate of time allotted and the childcare needs of attendees (verbally at least).

I didn't feel the course manual & the 4 days training were aligned & felt an additional day training would have been more beneficial rather than pushing the class to complete daily assignments. More emphasis on identifying & raising non conformity's, major & minors should have been included during the course. The course stated only knowledge of ISO9001 standard however this was not the case when completing the course. I believe there is an interpretation guide for ISO9001 which would have been useful on this course also.

We were indeed all happy with the course and in particular with the tutor, Ross McIver. He is an excellent trainer, clearly in command of his subject and with an engaging and inclusive manner.

SGS Academy recently completed some internal auditor training for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015, Esters content, delivery, presentation and enthusiasm for the subject was excellent!

The 45001 lead auditor trainer made sure the whole group participated in the sessions to allow us all to meet our individual objectives as well as the course outcomes.

Pre-work was sent promptly and all of those at the Welsh Quality Center went out of their way to help, enhance our experience and support our learning needs. Thanks all

The knowledge, enthusiasm, energy and passion of the tutor Mr Robert Hargreaves was unbelievable. Everyone who attended this training was in the same agreement that it was one of the best training sessions that we had all been on. We all learned so much subject matter and was motivated to really go and make a difference in the workplace and solve some big problems. Thank you Robert for igniting our fires.

This was a week long course condensed down to a one-day bite-size session run by Peter. It was just right in terms of length and information (without being overloaded in one day) Peter kept it flowing very well with lots of interesting pictures and real-life stories and events, I learned a lot and found it very worth-while.
