We ordered a simple 3-way splitter online on a Sunday. Great and easy website. HOWEVER, the site did NOT bother to say that they were out of stock! While I was expecting the switch to be shipped the next day - that did NOT happen... On Thursday, FOUR business days later we received our first email from their "customer service" supervisor, Kelsey, saying that I could expect DELAYED SHIPMENT in 3 - 5 business days!!! Since today is New Year's Eve, Kelsey said that we could POSSIBLY expect the item in a WEEK - TWO WEEKS MAYBE!!! I requested a callback from the manager or owner and Kelsey said that she was not authorized to do that either. Way too many "gee I guess we screwed up" problems to deal with this company again!

I ordered an HDMI switch that came without the HDMI cable. When I spoke with the rep. he did not say anything about ordering the cable. I called to ask why and was given the total run around. The rep was rude and arrogant. NEVER use this company, NEVER

I ordered some ethernet jacks from an account I've had for twelve years, and after I got the confirmation email, I got a poorly formatted, suspicious email from their domain demanding I send them pictures of my credit card and driver's license. I don't know what game they're running, but I'll be staying the hell away in the future. They could be reputable and well-intentioned with some unprofessional processes, but I wouldn't bet my account information on it.

Nice website for video, audio, and network cables. I was hunting for RCA and audio cables and easily found what I was looking for. Offered the lowest price for what I was looking for and had a thorough listing of various cable types with pictures and descriptions. In addition, my order arrived quickly. Unfortunately, there is a bizrate scam pop-up upon ordering. You don't actually get $100 or so dollars they offer, they just take your information and try to make you PAY for something obscure.

I was told by the salesman the order would arrive the 21st but the tracking information said Friday late. Turns out the address was wrong. I picked the package up Monday at UPS 10 miles away.

Excellent service and even though I called at the end of the day, my Next Day order was shipped and I was able to complete my project before I had to leave.

I had a few items I did not need....returning was a breeze (waiting for the credit)...had another order where one item was missing...spoke with a csr and he sent out the missing item the same day...great service!!

I needed to wire a new cable outlet in my home from the attic with about 60 feed on coax cable. The incoming signal is not very strong and I was looking for a cable with as little losses as possible and, of course, still to a good price.
Show Me Cables had nicely posted the coax cables with their specifications. I decided for a RG11 cable not the usable RG6 cable Home Depot or Lowe's are selling.
I ordered the cable as a bulk cut to a great price. The cable was delivered in three days (Ground 3-5 days) for $11.20.
I have stored the link to Show Me Cables for all my future cable needs.

I'm fortunate enough to work 1/4 mile from their office. Quick, friendly, competent, and great prices. What more could I ask for? I had previously bought a bunch of stuff and left with the wrong jacks for my 2 way faceplate (Cat 5 instead of Cat 6). They took back the one and said they would issue my account a credit. I need to double check that it hit my account, but assuming it did I have nothing but praise for this company. I've probably bought $150-$200 worth of wiring and accessories and it's all worked flawlessly, from a 10 meter HDMI cable to the 1 meter Cat 6 cables, everything is great!

I had to call back 3 days in a row. The first person I talked to was going to get back to me in a couple of hours and did not. I called the second day but that person was at lunch. The second person said they would get back to me and did not. On the 3rd day i ordered a portion of the order from you and the big portion from another vendor.

The cable connector was 1/2 the price of most online specialty company's price. Also, shipping was more reasonable. Got the connector in 4 days with regular post. Very satisfied with ShowMeCables.com
