As usual awesome service, only issue I did have was I selected next day service (DPD) as Royal Mail was reported as having delays, DPD then failed to deliver next day. Nothing Skate Station could have done about it but in future I will stick with the Royal Mail option.

Being this was the very first time we had dealt with them, they were very friendly and spent time explaining to my 13 year old son what he needed and didn’t need. He’s only just got into ice skating and obviously thinks he’s a Pro..... I can’t stress enough the excellent customer service these guys showed to us. Really worth driving up from Southampton for. Thank you.

The axles and spacers were perfect for fixing my 15yrs-old Bauer in-line skates. The shop upgraded my delivery to first class and got them the day after placing the order! Magnificent customer service! Thank you Skate Station.

Amazing people, I ordered some skate bolts online about 3pm in the afternoon and they were on my doorstep by 10am the next day. All packaged well and exactly what I wanted.

Ordering ice hockey/ recreational boots for my 14 year old son. Good information on website re sizing and type of skate for entry level skater. Prompt e mail with order details and ready for collection. Rang beforehand to make sure they were still open late.
When we collected- we live near the Woking branch- son tried the skates for fit with advice from the assistant who was willing to exchange if necessary. Ready sharpened- definitely a bonus!
All round good experience!
Thoroughly recommend!

I purchased an S1 Mega Lifer Helmet in an L size (24") which I found difficult to find anywhere else at a reasonable price.

The package was delayed slightly, but this was down to the Royal Mail sending it to the wrong depot. As the package was tracked I received updates via text message and I was able to track its progress online.
