Skull Candy makes my favorite headphones. They don't break as quickly as all the other cheaper and comparably priced ear buds. Honestly I don't love the brand name or the logo, but when it comes to durablility and value, I go with Skull Candy.

I am not an audio expert but I think these earphones are great. I have a one hour commute of the train and these headphones give me great sound. For my ears they have great range and I enjoy listening to them to and from work. They also fold up and are real easy to carry in my work bag.

Recently purchased wireless ear buds from the website. The website itself is easy to navigate. Ordering from it is fairly simple. I had no problems with ordering or delivery. Delivery was free and only took about three days via UPS. Skull Candy does a great job of letting one know the stages one's order goes through from first ordered to delivery. The ear buds I purchased were only 20 dollars. The quality is okay. However, I have purchased ear buds from Skull Candy in the past that cost a lot more and sound better. Thus, one gets what he or she pays for. No complaints here!!!

I first learned about Skullcandy years ago through a Groupon for some earbuds. I've gone back for other purchases. Great quality and style on their headphones - without the Beats price. I'd definitely recommend.

I purchased a headset for my son. He choose the aviator and really loves the product! Plus after he had them for a month of so, our cat bit the connecting wiring, making the headset unuseable. Fortunately it is detachable and we were able to order a replacement part for $10.00 plus min. amount for shipping, which made us VERY HAPPY!!!.. We would highly recommend both the quality of the product we purchased and the customer service, when we had our issue!!! Sharon A.

its the best headset with best sound.. but now i have some issue in the head set sound clarity and there is no service center near me airoli.. or within 50km distance.. what the $#*!.. i need the spend my next head set money on travelling which i wont...

The earphone and other cellular components from the skullcandy is good. The sound and phone calls are very clear to listen to. It is made up on the today's technological innovation for the client wants. For my hearing they have great variety and I appreciate paying attention to them to and from work.

The headphone always break. They lost my order and once they found it they didn't upgrade to faster shipping. From the time I ordered to the time I got the headphones it was 7 weeks. They have terrible customer service. Don't ever order from them

Skullcandy products are sold through retailers, specialty outlets, and their online store.I have bought that on one month ago. It is very efficient and convenient for me. The audio and calls are very clear to hear. It is made up on the modern technology for the customer wants. It have change you lifestyle. It is more useful phone for my life. I am suggest to all my friends to purchase that immediately.

We decided to get 4 pairs of various headphones for the family in November because we had a discount. Now, 3 out of 4 have had to be replaced. You have to pay for the shipping of the headphones to get new ones. The last ones that need to be replaced we just received and they are a pair that is $30 cheaper than the original ones we sent back in. AND they won't even power off. So now we've paid way more than ever intended for subpar headphones that don't last. Never going to buy a Skullcandy product again.

It sounds better than some others by a little bit, but every pair I've bought over the last 4 years, a couple times a year, have all gone to crap within a month, TOPS. It does NOT matter if I buy the low end or their higher end ones--they all stop working, every time. I am a distance runner going to school for medicine, and cheap JVC gummies last about 4 months for me, maybe 5, and those are only 10 bux. Ill buy the skull candy 30 to 40$ ones and every time---they fail. FAIL GARBAGE

I bought Skullcandy headphones for £ 70 And they broke within 2 months. When I opened them up, to fix the issue, I found that the wire connecting to the speaker, had disconnected. Very poorly brazed, to speaker. Also after half an hour of listening, I couldn't feel my ears any more, as they sit too tight on ears. Very stiff, hard padding.

Loved my wireless earbuds! Great sound quality, good fit, easy to connect. However, lost my charging case a few months after purchase. When I contacted skull candy to ask how (or if) I could purchase a new charging case, they informed me I was covered under their "fearless use promise" all I had to do was ship them my earbuds, and they'd send me a customized link to order a brand new pair for a super discounted price (I think it was like $20CAD). Sounded awesome! So I shipped them my earbuds, let them know they'd been sent and proceeded to wait until my email containing my purchase link came in..... email with link never came. I sent countless emails to the customer service rep I had previously been in contact with, and even sent a new inquiry email to their main help/support email address, NOTHING! Worst possible customer service I have ever encountered. Considering I could have likely searched around on eBay/amazon and eventually found a replacement charging case but instead I was lied to and tricked into sending them my practically brand new earbuds. Ridiculous considering I was looking to BUY a replacement case in the first place. In the end I spent nearly $100 to learn a valuable lesson: this company is terrible for customer service, they don't stand behind what they say, and they clearly don't care about their customers! I should've just spent the extra $ and went with AirPods

I've returned mine 3 times, paying for one-way shipping each time. Not even worth getting them replaced. They work, for about a month until one of the earbuds just stops producing any sound, probably due to a microscopic wire connection breaking internally at a stressed joint (where cable goes into plastic button section on the Ink'd Wireless models).

Here's the jist of this company. For what it's worth I will say that I've probably bought at least 6 pair's of Ink'd from them & other models over a 2 year period. The bass & yes this is the main reason people buy this, & the fact that it can compete with other big brands for a measly $30 price tag. Seems legit right? I forgot to mention the part that they are so easy to break & it's almost guaranteed that the left & right bud will stop working completely after yes a few months. Your lucky if they last a year. The build quality is just so cheap. I mean c'mon? The samsung buds I got with my C9 Pro smartphone are going on 3 years now with no issue's, & those are just entry level. If your 1 of those individuals that think it's better to buy cheap & replace, your better off purchasing something premium or high-end that will last you light year's to come. It's cheaper in the long run blieve me.

the website does not have a customer service number for the uk and there are numbers which never work or dont exist, ones you purchase something on the receipt there wont be a contact number and when you send a email to them regarding something they never reply

I have never used a WORSE set of speakers in my life like skull candy. TOO MUCH FRUSTRATION with this speaker and NO proper set of instructions come with it....push this button .... push that button....they DO NOT WORK and I just threw my speaker against the wall in frustration at yet ONCE AGAIN turning it on and NOT having it say "connected".....NOPE never does that each time and I constantly have to take it out of my computer and reload the stupid thing....ENOUGH OF THIS GARBAGE...it is now garbage.....in my garbage.

I had two broken headphones purchased from 3 and 5 years ago respectively. I am absolutely amazed by the speed of this company with regards to my warranty claim. I'm not sure if it was a recent change with their warranty system, as I recall several horror stories dealing with returns/warranties, and I bit the bullet regardless.

I am glad I decided to claim my broken headphones for warranty, as they only took 5 days to ship from British Columbia to Utah, and then an astounding 2 days to ship brand new headphones to me from Washington. From the time it took to ship my broken headphones to getting brand new pairs, it was only a week.

All in all, extremely satisfied with their service! Thanks Skullcandy for the great services and policies; that in itself makes buying from this company very reliable and assuring.

Ordered an item on the 27th and it's not scheduled to arrive until the 7th. It was shipped via UPS Ground, to say this is slow is an understatement. According to Google Maps I could have bicycled to their warehouse and gotten the item myself in 11 days. I didn't realize the Pony Express was still around. I'm not expecting overnight or 2-3 days, but come on.
